lease check the contents of the box immediately after unpacking the device.
Maintenance
The keypad panel is maintenance-free. The device cannot be renovated or repaired to extend its life.
In case of any damage please contact the Customer Care service.
Cleaning
Dirty keypads may be cleaned with a dry cloth. Corrosive cleaning agents or solvents must never be used
to clean the push button panels as these chemical products can affect and impair the function.

The touch panel’s touch buttons sequence starts from up-left corner and continue through right-down.

Nevertheless, it has fixed and always available sensitive areas (buttons) according to the keypad type, the
sequence starts from up-left corner and continue through right-down as following:

Keypad panel wiring
As per the KNX standard the wiring is done according to the following drawing:
Then the WAGO 243-211 terminal, carrying the KNX
communication and power supply, must be plugged into
the connector “A” and the WAGO 243-212, carrying the
24V power supply, into the connector “B” as shown at side.
Cable for application is Cable KNX/EIB, 2x2x0.8mm
WARNING
●Do not connect the power supply cable to KNX line
●
Always test the cable polarity before connecting

Warranty exclusion
The Warranty does not apply in the following cases
●Damage caused by accident, flood, fire, earthquake, abuse, misuse, neglect, or other external
causes.
●Damage caused by improper use or inappropriate operating conditions including unstable
connection, poor grounding, external electromagnetic fields, exposure to direct sunlight, high
humidity, or vibration.
●Damage caused by service, including the installation of updates or extensions, or repairs performed
by anyone who is not authorized.
●Damage caused by connecting devices to the products of other manufacturers.
●Replacement of consumable parts, including cables, batteries, unless damage is caused by
defects in materials or workmanship.
●Cosmetic damage including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, or broken plastic.
●eriodic maintenance and inspection of the device including, but not limited to, cleaning,
adjusting, testing, or errors in programming.
●The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by normal or excessive operation.
