Disassembly
1. Take out SIM card tray, unscrew 2 bottom screws.
2 Take apart the front and back cover.

3. Take out battery.
4. Take out PCBA and sub-‐board screws.
5. Open volume key FPC, TP, and open coaxial cable connector.

6. Turn PCBA, open FPC connector, LCD-‐FPC connector.
7. Take out PCBA

8. Take front and rear camera out of PCBA
9. Take out motor, open coaxial cable connector, take out the module.
10. Take apart Power key FPC, Volume Key FPC, receiver, light sensor cover

11. Heat and take apart TP
12. Take out LCD

Assembly
1. Put LCD into front housing module
2. Stick TP to LCD+ front housing module

BLU Model: Grand X LTE
3. Install receiver, power key FPC, volume key FPC, light sensor cover
4. Install front and rear camera to the PCBA
5. Install main FPC, LCD-FPC

6. Install PCBA, put in screws
7. Install volume FPC, install TP connector, and coaxial cable connector
8. Install MIC and Motor

BLU Model: Grand X LTE
9. Install sub-board to housing, install main FPC, motor and coaxial cable.
10. Put on sub-board screws
11. Put in battery

12. Put on battery cover
13. Put in bottom screws, and SIM card tray
