1. Consignes e sécurité lors u fonctionnement
Il est IMPOR AN de respecter les consignes de sécurité pour éviter tout risque de chocs
électriques, de préjudices corporels ou d'incendie :
• Cet appareil doit exclusivement être utilisé pour la pose de rivets aveugles, il ne peut servir à d'autres
fins, comme marteau par exemple.
• Ne mettez jamais l'appareil en surcharge et faites-le toujours fonctionner conformément à la capacité
prescrite (voir point 1.1).
• N'exposez en aucun cas l'appareil à l'humidité ou à la pluie et n'utilisez jamais l'appareil à proximité
de substances inflammables ou de gaz.
• Si l'appareil est suspendu par son crochet pendant son fonctionnement, veillez à ce qu'il ne puisse
pas tomber.
• Retirez la batterie lorsque l'appareil n'est pas utilisé et lors de son expédition en vue de réparations
ou de l'entretien.
• Lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé, conservez l'appareil dans sa mallette de transport et hors de la portée des
enfants.
• Portez toujours des lunettes de protection lorsque vous vous servez de l'appareil. Il est hautement
recommandé de porter un équipement de protection individuelle (vêtements, gants et casque de
sécurité) et d'utiliser tout dispositif de protection jugé nécessaire.
• N'obstruez jamais les entrées d'air du corps de l'appareil lors de son fonctionnement et n'essayez
jamais d'y introduire quoi que ce soit.
• Assurez-vous que le collecteur de mandrins est en place lors de l'utilisation de l'appareil.
• N'utilisez que des pièces de rechange d'origine pour les réparations.
• Toutes les réparations doivent être effectuées par du personnel compétent. En cas de doute,
renvoyez l'appareil à un distributeur autorisé.
• Utilisez uniquement l'appareil pour des opérations de rivetage. Comme le rivet aveugle pourrait être
éjecté de l'appareil, ne pointez jamais la riveteuse sur vous-même ou une autre personne.

3. Instructions 'utilisation
3.1. Instructions pour la mise en service
IInstallez la batterie sur l'appareil et vérifiez le niveau de charge de la batterie sur l'indicateur d'alimentation :
Pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil, appuyez sur le bouton de l'indicateur d'alimentation pour afficher
le niveau de charge restant.
ISélectionnez la bonne embouchure et fixez-la sur l'appareil.
IAssurez-vous que les trous d'aération de l'appareil ne sont pas recouverts ni obstrués.
IVeillez à ce que le collecteur de tiges soit placé sur l'appareil.
3.2. Instructions pour le fonctionnement
IInsérez complètement la tige du rivet dans le nez de pose, placez-le sur la pièce à traiter et commencez
l'opération en appuyant sur la gâchette.
IAprès la pose du rivet, relâchez la gâchette pour que le mécanisme des mâchoires revienne automatiquement
dans sa position initiale.
IÉjectez le reste de la tige, soit en inclinant l'appareil en arrière pour qu'il tombe dans le collecteur de
tiges, soit en inclinant l'appareil en avant pour qu'il tombe par l'embouchure.
IL'appareil est équipé d'une protection contre la surcharge. Lors d'une surcharge, le rivetage est interrompu
et le voyant avertisseur s'allume. Dans ce cas, relâchez la gâchette pour que le mécanisme des mâchoires
revienne en position initiale.

REMAR UE : dans l'éventualité où les solutions proposées ci-dessus ne remédient pas au problème, l'appareil
doit être réparé par du personnel compétent ou renvoyé au distributeur ou au représentant du fabricant.

INe chargez que des batteries RIVQUICK®B2000 /RIVQUICK®B3000 fournies par des distributeurs
autorisés.
IBranchez le chargeur à une source d'alimentation électrique avant d'y insérer la batterie.
ILa batterie RIVQUICK®B2000 /RIVQUICK®B3000 Li-ion est protégée des décharges poussées
par un système ECP (Electronic Cell Protection - Protection électronique des cellules).

5.3. Consignes de sécurité
ILa batterie doit être retirée de l'appareil avant de ranger celui-ci ou lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé pendant
une longue période.
IN'essayez en aucun cas de charger une batterie endommagée.
IN'insérez jamais une batterie encrassée ou humide dans le chargeur.
INe jetez jamais de batteries dans une poubelle, le feu ou l'eau.
INe chargez jamais une batterie lorsque la température est inférieure à 0 °C ou supérieure à +45 °C.
5.4. Consignes de sécurité pour le chargeur
IAssurez-vous que le chargeur et le dispositif d'alimentation électrique ne sont pas endommagés.
IUtilisez toujours le dispositif d'alimentation électrique d'origine de l'appareil.
IN'utilisez jamais le chargeur dans un environnement humide ou mouillé ni à proximité de substances
inflammables ou de gaz. Tout manquement à cette mesure peut entraîner un risque d'explosion.

6. Entretien et assistance technique
6.1. Entretien
L'entretien de l'appareil se limite à l'ensemble du mécanisme des mâchoires :
IRetirez la batterie ;
IDévissez le nez de pose et le manchon frontal
IDévissez le manchon de serrage et retirez le jeu de mâchoires
IEnlevez le bloc goupille-poussoir et le ressort du poussoir ;
IDévissez le bloc douille à ressort ;
INettoyez et lubrifiez les pièces ou remplacez-les si elles sont usées ;
IRemontez les pièces en suivant l'ordre inverse de la procédure susmentionnée et en veillant à serrer
correctement les pièces.
6.2. Assistance technique
Pour maintenir l'appareil en bon état de fonctionnement, il est recommandé de l'entretenir correctement
et de remplacer régulièrement les pièces usées. L'assistance technique est assurée par les fournisseurs
et les distributeurs.
7. Garantie
La riveteuse est garantie pour une durée de douze (12) mois à compter de la date d'achat mentionnée
sur la facture. La présente garantie ne couvre pas les pièces soumises à l'usure, consommables et
batteries, ni tout dommage causé par une usure normale , une surchauffe, une utilisation inadéquate ou
une manipulation inappropriée de l'appareil. Toute pièce de l'appareil présentant un défaut de qualité est
couverte par la présente garantie et sera réparée ou remplacée gratuitement. Toute réclamation n'est
recevable que si la riveteuse est renvoyée complète au distributeur autorisé.

1. General safety instructions an principles
It is IMPOR AN to follow the safety instructions for adequate protection against electrical
shock, injuries or fire hazards:
• This tool should be used exclusively to apply blind rivets, it cannot be used for other purposes,
e.g. Hammer;
• Do not overload the tool, and have the tool working within the prescribed working capacity (see 1.1);
• Do not expose the tool to humidity or rain, do not operate the tool close to inflammable substances
or gases;
• When the tool is suspended by the operation hook during use, be sure it cannot fall;
• Remove the battery when the tool is not in use and when sent for repairs or service;
• When not in use, keep the tool in the packaging box, out of reach of children;
• When working with the tool, always carry protective goggles. The use of personal protective gear like
clothes, gloves, safety helmet, and other necessary protection is highly recommended;
• Never obstruct the air inlet holes on the tool housing when operating and do not try to put anything
into them;
• When operating, be sure the mandrel collector is set;
• Use only genuine spare parts for repairs;
• Repair work must be carried out by skilled personal. When in doubt, always return the tool to the
authorized distributors;
• Only use the tool in riveting holes. The blind rivet could be ejected from the tool. Never aim the tool
at yourself or at another person or animals!

3. Operating instructions
3.1. Starting instructions
IInstall battery on tool, check battery power on power indication :
During tool operation, press the button on power indication and the remaining power is shown.
IChoose correct nose piece and fit it onto the tool (See §2)
IEnsure that vent holes on the tool body are not covered or obstructed.
IEnsure that the mandrel collector is installed onto the tool.
3.2. Operating instruction
IInsert the rivet mandrel fully into the nose piece, install it onto the work piece, start the operation
by depressing the trigger.
IAfter the rivet is set, release the trigger and the jaw assembly of the tool returns to the start position
automatically.
IEject the rest mandrel by tilting to the rear into the mandrel collector, or to the front through the nose piece;
IThe tool is equipped with overload protection. In the event of an overload, the operation will be
stopped and the warning light shows. Release the trigger and the jaw assembly will return to the
start position.
4. Trouble Shooting
4.1. Blind rivet cannot be set
4.2. No rest mandrel discharge
4.3. Warning light indicates faults
NOTE: in case of remedy measures do not work as described above, the tool has to be repaired by skilled
personnel or to be returned to the distributor or manufacturer’s agent.

battery is damaged, charging must be terminated
5.3. Safety instructions
IThe battery should be removed from the tool when the tool is stored or will not be used for a long
period of time;
INever try to charge a damaged battery;
IDo not insert a dirty or wet battery into the charger;
INever throw batteries into the waste, into fire, into water;
IDo not charge a battery when the environmental temperature is below 0°C or higher than 45°C.
5.4. Charger safety instructions
IMake sure that the charger and its power connection equipment are not damaged;
IAlways use the genuine power connection equipment of this tool;
INever use the charger in a humid or wet environment, or close to inflammable substances or gases.
Failure to comply with this instruction might cause explosion.

6. Maintenance an service
6.1. Maintenance
The maintenance of the tool is limited to the complete jaw assembly:
IRemove the battery;
IUnscrew the nose piece and front sleeve;
IUnscrew the clamping sleeve, take out 3-jaw set;
ITake out the push pin set and push pin spring;
IUnscrew the spring sleeve set;
IClean and lubricate the parts or replace them if worn;
IRe-assemble in reverse order ensuring that all parts are tightened.
6.2. Service
To keep the tool in good working conditions, it is advised to service the tool and replace the worn parts
regularly. Service is available and guaranteed by suppliers/distributors.
7. Warranty
This riveting tool has a 12 month warranty from the date of sales proved by invoice. Wearable, consumable and
battery are excluded from this warranty. Damages caused by common wearing, overloading or improper use
and handling are excluded from the warranty. The quality faults of this tool will be covered by this warranty, and
will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Claims can only be accepted if the complete riveting tool is returned to
the authorized distributors.
