Bedienungsanleitung.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das CCA 47 ist ein Coach Bedienteil/Verstär-
ker für den mobilen Einsatz. Es wird in
Kombination mit dem Coach Radiogerät
CRD 47 MP3 betrieben.
Der Einbau erfolgt in einem 1 DIN-Schacht im
Armaturenbrett eines Busses.
Mit dem CCA 47 steuern Sie die Wiedergabe
von Audio- und Videoquellen im Fahrgastraum.
Dabei dient das angeschlossene CRD-
Radiogerät als unabhängige Radio- und CD-
Audioquelle.
An das CCA 47 können Sie Mikrofone und
weitere Wiedergabegeräte wie z. B. einen CD-
Wechsler, einen DVD-Spieler und einen TV-
Tuner anschließen.
Die Betriebsspannung beträgt 24 V, die
Ausgangsleistung 2 x 20 Watt.
Verkehrssicherheit
Die Verkehrssicherheit ist oberstes
Gebot.
Machen Sie sich vor Fahrtantritt
mit dem Gerät vertraut.
Bedienen Sie das Gerät nur,
wenn es die Verkehrslage
zulässt.
Akustische Warnsignale der Polizei,
Feuerwehr und von Rettungsdiensten
müssen im Fahrzeug rechtzeitig
wahrgenommen werden können.
Hören Sie deshalb während der
Fahrt Ihr Programm in angemes-
sener Lautstärke.
Hinweise für den Einbau
Verwenden Sie für den Einbau des
CCA 47 den mitgelieferten Einbaur-
ahmen und für die elektrischen
Anschlüsse die beigelegten Kabel und
Stecker.
Altgerät-Entsorgung
Entsorgen Sie Ihr Altgerät bitte nicht
in den Hausmüll!
Nutzen Sie zur Entsorgung des
Altgerätes die zur Verfügung
stehenden Rückgabe- und Sammel-
systeme.

Ein-/Ausschalten
Zum Ein- bzw. Ausschalten des Gerätes stehen
Ihnen folgende Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung:
Ein-/Ausschalten mit der Taste 1
Zum Einschalten drücken Sie die Taste
1.
Das Gerät schaltet ein.
Zum Ausschalten halten Sie die Taste 1
länger als 2 Sekunden gedrückt.
Das Gerät schaltet aus.
Hinweis:
Damit Sie das Gerät einschalten
können, muss das angeschlossene
CRD-Radio bereits eingeschaltet sein.
Aus-/Einschalten über das ange-
schlossene Radio
Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht mit der Taste 1
ausschalten, können Sie es durch Aus-/
Einschalten des angeschlossenen CRD-Radios
aus- und wieder einschalten.
Ein-/Ausschalten mit Mikrofon 1
Wenn das Mikrofon 1 an das Gerät angeschlos-
sen ist, kann das Gerät mit dem Mikrofon 1 für
Durchsagen ein- und ausgeschaltet werden.
Lesen Sie dazu auch den Abschnitt „Mikrofon-
betrieb“ im Kapitel „Lautstärke einstellen“.
Schalten Sie Mikrofon 1 bei ausgeschal-
tetem Gerät ein.
Das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch ein und
ermöglicht Durchsagen über die angeschlos-
senen Lautsprecher.
Schalten Sie Mikrofon 1 aus.
Das Gerät schaltet sich wieder aus.

Lautstärke einstellen
Die Lautstärke für den Fahrgastraum ist in
Schritten von 0 (stumm) bis 66 (maximal)
einstellbar.
Um die Lautstärke zu erhöhen,
drehen Sie den Lautstärkeregler 2nach
rechts.
Um die Lautstärke zu verringern,
drehen Sie den Lautstärkeregler 2nach
links.
Einschaltlautstärke
Das Gerät schaltet sich mit der Lautstärke ein,
die Sie vor dem Ausschalten gehört haben.
Hinweis:
Die Einschaltlautstärke beträgt
maximal 45, auch wenn die Laut-
stärke vor dem Ausschalten höher
war. Dadurch wird eine unbeabsich-
tigte und unerwartete hohe Laut-
stärke bei Einschalten des Gerätes
verhindert.
Stummschaltung (MUTE)
Sie können das Gerät stummschalten.
Drücken Sie kurz die Taste 1.
„MUTE“ erscheint im Display.
Um die vorher gehörte Lautstärke wieder zu
aktivieren,
drücken Sie erneut kurz die Taste 1.
Mikrofonbetrieb
Sie können 2 Mikrofone an das Gerät anschlie-
ßen. Mikrofon 1 steht dem Fahrer, Mikrofon 2
z. B. dem Reisebegleiter zur Verfügung.

Mikrofonbetrieb starten
Schalten Sie eines der Mikrofone ein.
Im Display erscheint „MIC1“ bzw. „MIC2“.
Die Mikrofondurchsage wird über die Autora-
diolautsprecher wiedergegeben.
Hinweise:
Bei Betrieb von Mikrofon 1 wird
die aktuelle Audioquelle des
Gerätes stummgeschaltet. Bei
Betrieb von Mikrofon 2 bleibt die
Audioquelle im Hintergrund
hörbar (siehe auch Abschnitt
„Hintergrund-Audioquelle für
Mikrofon 2“ in diesem Kapitel).
Sind beide Mikrofone gleichzei-
tig eingeschaltet, hat Mikrofon 1
Vorrang und Mikrofon 2 ist
stummgeschaltet.
Lautstärke der Mikrofondurchsage
einstellen
Um die Lautstärke einzustellen,
drehen Sie während des Mikrofonbe-
triebs den Lautstärkeregler 2.
Hinweis:
Die zuletzt eingestellte Mikrofon-
Lautstärke bleibt gespeichert.
Hintergrund-Audioquelle für Mikro-
fon 2
Wird Mikrofon 2 eingeschaltet, bleibt die
aktuelle Audioquelle weiterhin im Hintergrund
hörbar (MIX-Funktion).
Um die Lautstärke der Hintergrund-Audio-
quelle einzustellen,

drücken Sie die Taste oder 9.
Im Display wird während des Einstellvorgangs
„M2 MIX“ und die relative Lautstärke der
Hintergrund-Audioquelle (von „0“ bis „10“)
angezeigt. „0“ bedeutet, dass die Hintergrund-
Audioquelle stummgeschaltet ist; „10“
bedeutet volle Lautstärke der Hintergrund-
Audioquelle.
Hinweis:
Mit Taste 1kann die Hintergrund-
Audioquelle schlagartig stummge-
schaltet werden.
Pegel der externen Audioquelle
anpassen (GAIN)
Falls sich die Pegel von externen Audioquellen
unterscheiden, werden sie mit unterschied-
licher Lautstärke wiedergegeben. Um diesen
Unterschied auszugleichen, können Sie den
Pegel für die externen Audioquellen CD-
Wechsler und Video anpassen.
Wählen Sie die Audioquelle mit der Taste
CDC 5bzw. VIDEO 6.
Drücken Sie die Taste MENU :.
Drücken Sie die Taste oder 9so
oft, bis im Display „MORE“ angezeigt wird,
und warten Sie, bis „CODE“ im Display
erscheint.
Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die Tasten RADIO
3und MAP 8.
Im Display werden „GAIN“ und die aktuelle
Einstellung angezeigt.
Stellen Sie den Pegel mit der Taste oder
9zwischen -9 und +9 ein.
Um das Menü zu verlassen,
drücken Sie die Taste MENU :.

Quellenwahl
Radiowiedergabe wählen (RADIO)
Um die Radiowiedergabe für den Fahrgastraum
zu wählen,
drücken Sie die Taste RADIO 3.
Im Display erscheint „RADIO“.
Der gewünschte Radiosender wird am
angeschlossenen CRD-Radiogerät eingestellt.
CD-Wiedergabe wählen (CD)
Um die CD-Wiedergabe für den Fahrgast-raum
zu wählen,
drücken Sie die Taste CD 4.
Im Display erscheint „CD“.
Die Steuerung der CD-Wiedergabe (Titelwahl,
Verzeichniswahl im MP3-/WMA-Betrieb und
Funktionen wie MIX, SCAN oder REPEAT)
erfolgt am angeschlossenen CRD-Radiogerät.
CD-Wechsler-Wiedergabe wählen
(CDC)
Um die CD-Wechsler-Wiedergabe für den
Fahrgastraum zu wählen,
drücken Sie die Taste CDC 5.
Im Display erscheint „CHANGER“.
Die Steuerung der CD-Wechsler-Wieder-gabe
(Titelwahl, CD-Wahl und Funktionen wie MIX,
SCAN oder REPEAT) erfolgt am angeschlos-
senen CRD-Radiogerät.
Hinweis:
Ist am CRD-Radiogerät ein I-Pod oder
ein anderes Gerät anstelle eines CD-
Wechslers angeschlossen, wird
dieses Gerät durch Drücken der Taste
CDC 5als Audioquelle ausgewählt.

Video-Wiedergabe wählen (VIDEO)
Als Videoquellen können z. B. Videospieler,
DVD-Spieler und TV-Tuner dienen. Am Gerät
können zwei Videoquellen über einen separa-
ten Umschalter (nicht im Lieferumfang)
angeschlossen werden.
Um die Video-Wiedergabe für den Fahrgast-
raum zu wählen,
drücken Sie die Taste VIDEO 6.
Im Display erscheint „VIDEO1“. Die Monitore
im Fahrgastraum werden über das zugehörige
Relais automatisch eingeschaltet.
Falls 2 Videoquellen angeschlossen sind,
drücken Sie während der Video-Wieder-
gabe die Taste VIDEO 6, um zwischen
beiden Videoquellen umzuschalten.
Im Display erscheint für die aktuell gewählte
Videoquelle entweder „VIDEO1“ oder „VIDEO2“
Hinweis:
Damit eine zweite Videoquelle über
das Gerät angewählt werden kann,
muss diese im Menü eingeschaltet
werden (siehe nächsten Abschnitt).
Zweite Videoquelle ein-/auss-
chalten
Drücken Sie die Taste MENU :.
Drücken Sie die Taste oder 9so
oft, bis im Display „MORE“ angezeigt wird,
und warten Sie, bis „CODE“ im Display
erscheint.

schalten.
Um das Menü zu verlassen,
drücken Sie die Taste MENU :.
Video-Wiedergabe steuern
Um die Video-Wiedergabe zu starten,
drücken Sie die Taste 9.
Um die Video-Wiedergabe zu stoppen,
drücken Sie die Taste 9.
Für einen schnellen Suchlauf rückwärts bzw.
vorwärts (bzw. bei DVD-Wiedergabe für einen
Kapitelsprung vor/zurück)
drücken Sie die oder -Taste 9.
Um wieder zur normalen Wiedergabege-
schwindigkeit zurückzukehren,
drücken Sie die Taste 9.
Kartendarstellung einblenden
(MAP)
Falls ein Navigationssystem und ein RGB/
FBAS-Wandler oder ein CLX-Monitor am Gerät
angeschlossen sind, können Sie die Kartendar-
stellung des Navigationssystems auf den
Monitoren im Fahrgastraum einblenden.
Um die Kartendarstellung ein- bzw. auszublen-
den,
drücken Sie die Taste MAP 8.
Wenn die Kartendarstellung eingeblendet ist,
wird im Display das MAP-Symbol angezeigt.

Monitore manuell ein-/ausschalten
(MON)
Sie können die Monitore im Fahrgastraum
manuell ein- und ausschalten.
Drücken Sie die Taste MON <.
Im Display erscheint „MON ON“ bzw. „MON
OFF“. Bei eingeschalteten Monitoren wird das
MON-Symbol im Display angezeigt. Beim
Ausschalten der Monitore schaltet sich das
zugehörige Relais mit ca. 4 Sekunden
Verzögerung aus.
Videoquelle für den Fahrer wählen
(CAM)
Auf einem Monitor im Cockpit (z. B. CLX)
können angeschlossene Kameras als Video-
quelle wiedergegeben werden. Diese Kameras
können z. B. für die rückwärtige Sicht aus dem
Bus oder für die Überwachung des Fahrgast-
raums eingesetzt werden. Zusätzlich kann hier
eine weitere Videoquelle, z. B. die Kartendar-
stellung eines Navigationssystems, ange-
schlossen werden.
Um die Kamera- und Videobilder auf dem
Cockpitmonitor wiederzugeben,
drücken Sie die Taste CAM 7.
Um während der Wiedergabe zwischen
verschiedenen Kameras und Video umzuschal-
ten,
drücken Sie ein- oder mehrmals die Taste
CAM 7.
Während die Wiedergabe aktiv ist, wird im
Display das CAM-Symbol angezeigt.

Use as directed
The CCA 47 is a Coach control panel/amplifier
for mobile use. It is operated in combination
with the Coach radio device CRD 47 MP3.
It is installed in a 1 DIN slot in the instrument
panel of a bus.
With the CCA 47, you control the playback of
audio and video sources in the cabin area. The
connected CRD radio device functions as

road and traffic conditions allow
you to do so.
You should always be able to hear
police, fire and ambulance sirens in
good time from inside your vehicle.
For this reason, listen to your car
sound system at a suitable
volume level during your journey.

for installing the CCA 47 and the
supplied cables and connectors for
the electrical connections.
Disposal of old unit
Do not dispose of your old device in
the household trash!

Switching on and off
Switching on/off
There are various ways of switching the device
on/off:
Switching on/off using button 1
To switch on the device, press button 1.
The device switches on.
To switch off the device, press and hold
down button 1for longer than two
seconds.
The device switches off.
Note:
To be able to switch on the device,
the connected CRD radio must
already be switched on.
Switching on/off via the connected
radio
If you do not switch off the device with the
button 1, you can switch it on/off by
switching the connected CRD radio off and on
again.

Switching on and off with micro-
phone 1
If microphone 1 is connected to the device, the
device can be switched on and off with
microphone 1 for announcements. For further
details, read the section "Microphone mode" in
the chapter "Adjusting the volume".
Switch microphone 1 on with the device
switched off.
The device automatically switches on and
allows announcements via the connected
loudspeakers.
Switch off microphone 1.
The device switches off again.

Adjusting the volume
Adjusting the volume
You can adjust the volume for the cabin area in
increments from 0 (mute) to 66 (maximum).
To increase the volume,
turn the volume control 2clockwise.
To decrease the volume,
turn the volume control 2counterclock-
wise.
Power-on volume
The device switches on with the volume you
listened to before the switch-off.
Note:
The maximum power-on volume is
45, even if the volume was higher
before switch-off. This prevents an
unintentionally and unexpectedly
high volume when switching on the
device.
Mute
The device can be muted.
Briefly press button 1.
"MUTE" appears on the display.
To return to your previously set volume level,
briefly press button 1again.
Microphone mode
You can connect 2 microphone to the device.
Microphone 1 is available to the driver,
microphone 2 can be used by the travel guide.
Starting microphone mode
Switch on one of the microphones.
The display shows "MIC1" or "MIC2".

The microphone announcement is played back
via the radio loudspeakers.
Notes:
Operating microphone 1 mutes
the current audio source of the
device. With operation of
microphone 2, the audio source
remains audible in the back-
ground (see also the section
"Background audio source for
microphone 2" in this chapter).
If both microphones are
switched on at the same time,
microphone 1 has priority and
microphone 2 is muted.
Adjusting the volume of the micro-
phone announcement
To adjust the volume,
turn the volume control 2during the
microphone mode.
Note:
The microphone volume adjusted last
remains stored.
Background audio source for
microphone 2
If microphone 2 is switched on, the current
audio source remains audible in the back-
ground (MIX function).
To adjust the volume of the background audio
source,
press the or button 9.

If the levels of external audio sources differ,
they are played back at different volumes. To
compensate for this difference, you can adjust
the level for the external audio sources CD
changer and video.

Selecting radio playback (RADIO)
To select radio playback for the cabin area,
press the RADIO button 3.
"RADIO" appears on the display.
The desired radio station is adjusted at the
connected CRD radio device.
Selecting CD playback (CD)
To select CD playback for the cabin area,
press the CD button 4.
"CD" appears on the display.
The control of the CD playback (track selec-
tion, directory selection in MP3/WMA mode
and functions such as MIX, SCAN or REPEAT) is
carried out at the connected CRD radio device.
Selecting CD changer playback
(CDC)
To select CD changer playback for the cabin
area,
press the CDC button 5.
"CHANGER" appears on the display.
The control of the CD changer playback (track
selection, CD selection and functions such as
MIX, SCAN or
REPEAT) is carried out at the connected CRD
radio device.
Note:
If an iPod is connected at the CRD
radio device instead of a CD changer,
this device is selected as audio
source by pressing the CDC button

Selecting the video playback
(VIDEO)
Video sources can be video players, DVD
players and TV tuners. Two video sources can
be connected to the device via a separate
selector switch (not part of the scope of
delivery).
To select video playback for the cabin area,
press the VIDEO button 6.
"VIDEO1" appears on the display. The monitors
in the cabin area are automatically switched on
via the corresponding relay.
If 2 video sources are connected,
press the VIDEO button 6during the
video playback to switch between the two
video sources.
The display shows either "VIDEO1" or
"VIDEO2" for the currently selected video
source.
Note:
To be able to select a second video
source via the device, it must be
switched on in the menu (see the
next section).

Manually switching monitors on/off
(MON)
The monitors in the cabin area can be switched
on and off manually.
Press the MON button <.
The display shows "MON ON" or "MON OFF".
If the monitors are switched on, the MON
symbol is shown on the display. When you
switch off the monitors, the corresponding
relay switches off with a delay of approx. 4
seconds.
Selecting the video source for the
driver (CAM)
Connected cameras can be shown as video
source on a monitor in the cockpit (e.g. CLX).
These cameras can be used, for example, for
the rear view from the bus or for monitoring the
cabin area. In addition, a second video source
can be connected here, e.g. the map display of
a navigation system.
To display the camera and video images on the
cockpit monitor,
press the CAM button 7.
To switch between different cameras and video
during the playback,
press the CAM button 7once or several
times.
While the playback is active, the display shows
the CAM symbol.
