I - DESCRIPTION
Le PC-3112 est un interphone de puissance destiné à des
applications industrielles (usines, bateaux, garages,
entrepôts …). Une large gamme de postes secondaires
permet de répondre aux besoins de la majorité des secteurs
d’activité. Un microphone « paume de main », livré avec
l’appareil, permet l’utilisation en milieu bruyant.
The PC-3112 is high power intercom unit intended for
industrial use (factories, boats, garages, warehouses …).
A complete range of substations is available to satisfy the
requirements of most situations.
A fist microphone is supplied with the unit for use in noisy
areas.

IV - INSTALLATION
Mise en place
Le coffret peut-être soit fixé avec la fourche orientable
(Fig. I), soit encastré (voir gabarit de fixation Fig. III).
Le PC-3112 est livré avec un support de microphone.
Branchements
Relier chaque poste secondaire à une des paires de plots
du bornier, numérotées de L1 à L12, et repérer la
correspondance avec les numéros de touches en face
avant (Fig. II).
Utiliser un câble blindé, blindage relié à la masse
mécanique sur le bornier ⓮au centre.
Voir section des fils préconisés (Fig. IV).
L’alimentation 24 V est raccordée aux bornes + et –⓬.
Le microphone doit être branché en face avant sur la
prise XLR ❺.
Choix des postes secondaires
Suivant le niveau sonore requis, choisir les postes
secondaires correspondants aux utilisations (voir Fig. VI).
Pour les lignes secondaires non équipées d’un bouton
poussoir d’appel, insérer dans la ligne 2 condensateurs
électrolytiques, en position tête-bêche (Fig. V).
Fitting
The unit may be either fixed by its tilting bracket (Fig. I) or
flush mounted (see attachment template Fig. III).
The PC-3112 is supplied with a microphone support.
Connections
Connect each substation to one of the pairs of terminals
numbered L1 to L12, and locate the corresponding the
numbers of buttons on the front face (Fig. II).
Use screened cable connecting the screen to
mecanical mass on terminal strip ⓮in the center.
See recommended cable diameters (Fig. IV).
The DC power supply 24 V is connected to the + and –
terminals ⓬.
The microphone must be connected either to the XLR
socket ❺on the front panel.
Selection of substations
According to the required sound level of the area to be
covered, choose a suitable substation (see Fig. VI).
When using substations not equiped with call button,
insert on the line two electrolytic capacitors side by side
(Fig. V).

V - USE
Mettre le poste chef sous tension 1 (Fig. I). ❶
Appeler un poste secondaire
Enfoncer la touche de ligne correspondante ❷.
Le voyant ❸ s’allume. (Fig. I)
Dans le cas d’un appel avec sonnerie, appuyer
simultanément sur les touches ❾et ❽.
Ensuite appuyer sur la touche ❾pour parler et la
relâcher pour écouter.
Dans le cas d’un appel vocal, appuyer sur la touche ❾
pour parler et la relâcher pour écouter.
En fin de conversation, relâcher la touche ❷.
Le voyant ❸s’éteint.
Appel Général
Pour parler aux 12 postes secondaires en même temps,
appuyer sur la touche ❿.
Pour faire un appel sonnerie vers les 12 postes
secondaires, appuyer simultanément les touches ❿ et
❽.
Pour isoler d’un appel général un ou plusieurs postes
secondaires, appuyer la ou les touches correspondant à
ces postes (voyants allumés) avant d’appuyer sur la
touche ❿. Après l’appel général, relâcher la ou les
touches secondaires (voyants éteints).
Appeler le poste chef
Utiliser le poussoir d’appel du poste secondaire qui
allumera le voyant correspondant et déclenchera la
tonalité d’appel du poste-chef. Plusieurs appels peuvent
être mémorisés simultanément au poste-chef. Le fait de
maintenir enfoncée la touche de conversation d’un poste
PS-901, élimine l’utilisation du haut-parleur de puissance
auquel il est associé.
Remarque : le fait de placer le jack d’un micro-casque
dans le boîtier PS-901 provoque automatiquement l’appel
vers le poste chef.
Power up the masterstation (Fig. I). ❶
Call a substation
Press the line push-button ❷.
LED ❸ switches ON (Fig. I)
To make a call with chime, push simultaneously push-
buttons ❾and ❽.
Then, press push-button ❾to talk and unlatch to listen
To make a call by speech, press push-button ❾to talk
and unlatch to listen.
At the end of the conversation, unlatch the push-button
❷.
LED ❸switches off.
All Call
To be in communication with the 12 substations at the
same time (all call mode) press button ❿.
To make a call with chime to the 12 substations, press
simultaneoulsy button ❿ and ❽.
To exclude from an all call on or several sustations, press
the dedicated button (LEDS ON), before pressing button
❿. When the call is finished, unlatch these buttons
(LEDS OFF).
Call the master station
Use substation call button which will activate the
corresponding call lamp on the master station and will
activate sound the call tone.
Several calls can be memorised simultaneously by the
master station. If the speech button on the PS-901 unit
remains depressed, the loudpseaker to which it is
connected is muted.
Remark : The action os inserting the microphone headset
jack plug into the socket on the PS-901 automatically calls
the master station.

Réglage des volumes
Les boutons ❻ et ❼ (Fig. I) permettent d’ajuster les
volumes de la conversation et de la sonnerie.
Un appui sur la touche ❼ augmente le volume d’écoute
d’un pas, un appui sur la touche ❻ diminue le volume
d’écoute d’un pas. Il y a au total 64 pas de réglage.
Un appui sur la touche ❼ tout en maintenant la touche
Parole/Ecoute ❾augmente le volume de parole d’un
pas. Un appui sur la touche ❻ tout en maintenant la
touche Parole/Ecoute ❾diminue le volume d’écoute
d’un pas.
Un appui sur la touche ❼ tout en maintenant la touche
Sonnerie ❽ augmente le volume de sonnerie d’un pas,
un appui sur la touche ❻ tout en maintenant la touche
Sonnerie ❽ diminue le volume d’écoute d’un pas.
Configuration de la prise de parole
Le commutateur situé sur le flanc inférieur configure
l’appel soit avec le haut-parleur interne (main libre) en
position gauche, soit avec le microphone externe en
position droite (Fig. VII). Utiliser un tournevis fin pour
déplacer ce commutateur.
Volume control
Pushing buttons ❻ and ❼ (Fig. I) allow the volume
control of the conversation and of the chime.
Pressing button ❼ increases Listen volume by one step.
Pressing button ❻ decreases Listen volume by one step.
The number of adjustments is 64 steps.
Pressing button ❼ while keeping the Talk/Listen button
❾ pressed increases Talk volume by one step.
Pressing button ❻ while keeping the Talk/Listen button
❾ pressed decreases Talk volume by one step.
Pressing button ❼while keeping the Chime button ❽
pressed increases Chime volume by one step. Pressing
button ❻while keeping the the Chime button ❽
pressed decreases Chime volume by one step.
Call configuration
The switch on the bottom side configures the call either
with the loudspeaker (hand free) in the left position, or
with the external microphone in the right position (Fig.
VII). Use a fine screwdriver to move this switch.
