Put the thermometer into the appropriate hole and tighten it with a M10 nut. It is located at the front of
the fermenter body as shown. Tip: attach the O-ring to the sensor rst.
Put the ball-valve into the provided hole on the conical bottom and tighten it with a M12 nut. It is located
at the front of the fermenter, on the conical part as shown. Tip: insert the rotating arms into the valve
inlet as shown, the racking arm direction can be adjusted by rotating the ball-valve during fermentation.
Seal the strainer valve with some PTFE tape (not included), screw the strainer valve onto strainer pipe as
shown. Tip: make sure the PTFE tape is sealed enough to prevent leakage.
Attach 3 detachable stands with M6 screws and M6 nuts.

• It is very important to prepare and clean the fermenter and accessories before fermentation. We
recommend using cleaning agents like Chemipro Wash and Chemipro San.
• Please ll the fermenter with water up to top and make sure there is no leakage before transferring
the wort to fermenter.
• Do not overll the fermenter (not more than 30 litres of wort), ensure that there is enough headspace
to prevent blow-off.
• Fill the airlock with a small amount of water and put it into the lid, as shown.
• It is very important to clean the fermenter and accessories after every use; the dry ingredients may
stick to the metal. We recommend using a cleaning agent such as Chemipro Wash.
• Do not use any sharp metal utensil to remove any residue. Use a soft cloth or soft scouring pad to
clean the inside of the boiler.
• Suitable cleaning products can be used; we recommend Chemipro Wash and Chemipro San.
• Store the fermenter in a dry place.
• Lock the lid with 4 clamps.
• The fermenter must be positioned on a stable, secure and horizontal support structure prior to use.
