Exposed Pop Up Bath Waste with Over Flow
Installation Instructions & User Guide

Introduction

fitted correctly. These fitting instructions have been created to give you all of the information you

Installation
1. Identify all components are present prior to installation
2. Unscrew clicker mechanism (5) from flange (4). Remove flange (4) from the waste body (1).
3. Secure the waste body (1) underneath the bath by screwing flange (4) and waste body (1)
together. Ensure rubber washer (2) and silicone washer (3) are in place.
4. Screw clicker mechanism (5) beck into flange (4). DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
5. Loosely secure the sealing washer (11) and the nut (12) to hold the L pipe (6) into the waste
body (1). Insert L pipe (6) into the waste body (1), tighten nut (12).
6. Use the same process to assemble the over flow elbow (10) to the L pipe (6).
7. Secure the overflow elbow (10) to the bath using the overflow cap (7), ensuring rubber
washer (8) and (9) are in place.
8. Tighten nuts (12) to secure l pipe (6) into place.
9. Ensure waste is installed where exit pipework can be connected.
10. Check all joints and connections for leaks

Cleaning & Maintenance
Your fitting has a high quality finish and should be treated with care to preserve the visible surfaces.
All finishes will wear if not cleaned correctly. The only safe way to clean your product is to wipe with
a soft damp cloth. Stains can be removed using washing up liquid. All bathroom cleaning product
(powders and liquids) will damage the surface of your fitting, even the non-scratch cleaners.
NOTE:- Never use abrasive detergents or disinfectants or those containing alcohol,
hydrochloric or phosphoric acid.
