USEOFTHEAPPLIANCE

Beforeoperatingtheappliance,theusermustreplacetheredstopper(5A)onthereductionwiththeblackair

stopperwiththeopeningturnedupwards.Thisblackstoppercanbefoundintheplasticbagonthecable.Donot

starttheappliancewhentheblackairstopperisn’tinplace.Theapplianceisdeliveredreadytousewiththecorrect

amountofoilinthereduction.Thisisalonglifetypeoilsuitableforoccasionalfoodcontact.Theoildoesnot

evaporatewhentheapplianceisusedcorrectlyandthereforedoesnothavetobereplaced.Incaseofaccidentalloss

ofasignificantamountofoilpleasecontactyoursupplier.



TOMATOMILLACCESSORY

Thebaseofthetomatomillismadeofcastirontreatedwithepoxypaint,suitableforfoodcontact.Theendless

screwismadeofhighqualitysyntheticresin,suitableforfoodcontact.

Transmissionspindlemadeofnylonandtinnedsteel.Theconicalfilter,thefunnelandcatchcontainerareentirely

madeofstainlesssteel18/10.



INSTRUCTIONSTOMATOMILL

Asamatterofconveniencetheapplianceispartiallydisassembledinthepacking.Thetransmissionspindlewith

springmustbeplacedintheopeningofthecastironbase(9).Inserttheendlessscrew(10)inthecastironbase

fittingittothesquareofthetransmissionspindle.Placetheconicalfilter(11)ontotheendlessscrew,thenpushand

turnitcounterclockwisetofitthetabsoftheringnutintothedesignatedholesinthebase.Fixthefunnel(8)onto

theneckofthebase.Fixthecatchcontainer(12)ontotheconicalfilterandthecastironcasingusingtheclips.The

applianceisnowreadyforuse.Neverusetheappliancewhenempty.Shouldtheendlessscrew(10)jam,alwaysset

thepowerswitchto“OFF”(‐0‐)andpulltheplugoutofthesocketbeforetakinganyactionontheappliance.

Afteruse,unscrewthefunnel(8),removethecatchcontainer(12),turntheconicalfilter(11)clockwisetoremove

theendlessscrew(10)andthetransmissionspindle.

Removethecastironbase(9)fromthereductioncover(6).Thoroughlyclean,dryandeventuallygreasealltheparts

thatcameincontactwithfood.

Replacetheblackairstopperwiththeredonebeforeyoustoreawaytheappliance.



Plugtheapplianceintoaneasyaccessiblesocket.Alwayssetthepowerswitchto“OFF”(‐0‐)andpulltheplugoutof

thesocketbeforetakinganyactionontheappliance.

Afteruse:unscrewthenuts(11)andremovethenyloncover(10).Nowyoucanremovethetoothedroller(9)which

supportsthespindle(4)andthesmallgearwheel(3).Thoroughlyclean,dryandeventuallygreaseallthepartsthat

cameincontactwithfood.

Replacetheblackairstopperwiththeredonebeforeyoustoreawaytheappliance.



Doughmixerholderinaluminiumalloy.Steelconicaltransmission.MixerinstainlesssteelAISI316.

Containerandcoverinhighqualityfoodgradeplasticandcaneasilybedismantledforeasycleaning(dishwasher).

Withsafetyswitchtopreventmixingwhenthecoverisopen.Theconicaltransmissionisgreasedwithaspecificlong

lifetypeoilthatdoesnotneedtobereplacedoradded.

Suitableforanykindofdough:pasta,bread,pizza,pastry.



INSTRUCTIONSDOUGHMIXER

Usethestartkeyforaccessories(13)tomountthedoughmixertothemotor.Carefullyfollowtheinstructions

suppliedwiththeaccessory.



Thedoughmixerisnowreadyforuse:

‐Plugtheapplianceinasocketwithavoltageasmentionedonthetechnicaldatalabel.Youcanfindthislabel

ontheblackbaseoftheappliance.

‐Removethecover(7)byturningitcounterclockwise.

‐Fillthecontainer(8).Respecttheamountofingredientsasrecommendedinparagraph“recipesandadvice

foruse”.

‐Mountthecover(7)ontothecontainer(8)enturnclockwise,fasteningthecoverentirelyinordertoswitch

ontheappliance.

‐Duringoperationitispossibletoaddliquidorflourwithoutturningtheapplianceoffbyusingtheopeningin

thecover(7).

‐Turnthedoughmixeroffafterabout2,5‐3minuteswhenthedoughisthoroughlymixed.Removethecover

byturningitcounterclockwiseandremovethedoughoutofthecontainer.Ifyouhavefollowedthe

instructionsasdescribedinparagraph“recipesandadviceforuse”thedoughshouldbeacompactmassand

caneasilyberemovedfromthecontainer(8).Nowyoucanshapethedoughtoaspecificformoritcanbe

cuttopiecesforusewiththepastaset.Thepastasetcanbeusedwiththesame400Wmotortomake

spaghettior10otherkindsofpasta.

‐Oncemixingisfinishedturnthemixer(9)about5mmcounterclockwiseenliftituptoremoveitfromthe

base.Toremovethecontainer(8)alsoturnitcounterclockwise.

timesit’spossiblethatthecontainerhastobetiltedinordertofixitproper).Placethemixer(9)inthe

containerandfastenontotheopeningsofthepowerspindle(16)byturningthemixercounterclockwise.

Placethecover(7)ontothecontainer(8)byturningitclockwise.Itisrecommendednottofastenthecover

entirelyinordertoavoiddamagetothesecurityswitch(23).



Recipesandadviceforuse

‐Themixturemostsuitableformakingspaghetti,macaroniorothertypesofpastaexistsofthefollowing

ingredients:1.000gofflourtyp0or00and430gofliquid(quantityofwaterandeggsdependsonpersonal

tasteorlocaltradition).Whenyouonlyuseeggsthedoughwillbeverycompact.Thisisrecommendedwhen

usingthepastaset.

‐Themixturemostsuitableformakingbreadorpizzaexistsofthefollowingingredients:1.000gofflourtype

0or00and580gofliquid(quantityofwaterand/oroiland/ormilkdependsonpersonaltasteorlocal

tradition).

‐Themixturemostsuitableformakingcrumblepastryorcookiesexistsofthefollowingingredients:500gof

flourtype00,250gofbutteratroomtemperature,250gofsugar,1wholeeggand2eggyolks.



Warnings

1. theamountofliquidandtheweightofthemixturecanvarydependingonthehumiditylevelandthetypeof

flourthathasbeenused.

2. whole‐wheatflourand/orpoly‐cerealflourhaveadifferentadhesivecapacitythanrefinedflour.Themixture

couldbelesssmoothandcompact.Itisadvisabletoreducetheamountofdoughinordernottodamagethe

doughmixer.
