GENERAL
The machine is a capper for Ø26 and Ø29 crown caps and for mushroom shaped plastic caps.
This machine is height adjustable and enables capping bottles with a maximum height of 46 cm and
maximum diameter of 12.5 cm.
It operates with a minimum 20 litres compressor with adjustable pressure from 8-10bar.
With protective screen and two buttons.
Weight: 11.2kg
Valve for speed adjustment.

SAFETY STANDARDS
Incorrect use or maintenance could cause physical or material damages. To avoid any risk of accident,
please strictly comply with the safety standards:
1) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: If you lose this manual, you may order a copy of it from
Brouwland bvba.
2) USE: Please prohibit children, unauthorised people or people who do not know how to use this
machine from using it.
3) Ensure that your face is always protected by the protective screen. Wear safety clothing and
gloves when you work with the machine.
4) Clean and lubricate the machine’s components with paraffin.
5) Disconnect the compressor before carrying out an adjustment, as well as after each use.
INSTALLATION – OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the capper on a level surface.
Place the bottle on the support base. Adjust the bottle support using the clamp screw. The neck of the
bottle must be correctly centred with capping machine head.
Before starting you must also adjust the bottle height using the adjustment screws.
Connect the compressor and start it.
Place a crown cap in the capping machine head (the magnet holds it in place).
Place both hands on the pneumatic buttons.
Push both buttons at the same time and wait until the bottle is correctly closed.
Release the buttons and remove the bottle.





