1.3 ATTACHMENTS FOR THE BTL-5000 DEVICES
1.3.1 Attachment for one BTL-5000 Device

Together with the attachment there are supplied components (M4x16 and peg) for fixing the BTL-5000 device to the attachment,
and the manual locking bolt (M5x16) for fixing the attachment with the device in the required angle.
The attachment is supplied according to the ordered cart type.
1.3.2 Attachment for Two BTL-5000 Devices

Together with the attachment there are supplied components (2 manual bolts M4x16 and 2 pegs) for fixing the BTL-5000
devices to the attachment, and the manual locking bolt (M5x16) for fixing the attachment with the devices in the required angle.
The attachment is supplied according to the ordered cart type.
1.4 RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the cart is assembled by 2 persons.

1.6 FIXING OF THE BTL-5000 DEVICE TO THE ATTACHMENT OF THE
CART
The BTL-5000 devices are fixed to the attachment by a manual bolt and a peg.
• By the screwdriver screw the peg into the bottom of the BTL-5000 device.
• Place the BTL-5000 device on the attachment so that the peg fits into the hole on the top side of the attachment.
• Align the front side of the BTL-5000 device with the front edge of the attachment.
• From under the attachment put the manual bolt M4x16 through the hole and screw it into the device.
• Connect the BTL-5000 device(s) according to the User's Manual.

1.7 PLACEMENT OF THE BTL VAC DEVICE
The BTL vac device shall be placed in the wooden box of the cart
• After unpacking of BTL vac remove the water container on the left side.
• After removing the water container put BTL vac into the wooden box.
• The front bottom edge of BTL vac must be aligned with the edge of the wooden box.
• Put the water container back in.
• Connect the BTL vac device according to the User's Manual.
1.8 MAINTENANCE
All movable parts of the device are manufactured and finished in the way that in case of standard use it is not necessary to
maintain (grease) them during the whole lifetime of the cart.
1.8.1 General Principles of Cleaning
Foreign substances (paint, etc.) on the surface remove by a cloth and tepid water. Never use steel wool, metallic sponges,
knifes or scouring washcloth. Stains of oil or grease can be removed by denatured alcohol.
Never use strong solvents such as acetone, paint thinners, benzine, ammonia or chloride agents, or abrasive polish,
otherwise the finishing or plexiglass could be damaged.

1.9 PRINCIPLES OF SAFE HANDLING
• When moving the cart make sure that all conductors of the devices are securely attached and will not be dragged on
the ground. The cables of electrodes of BTL vac shall be looped round the blue columns on the plexiglass.
• When moving the cart the castors must be unlocked.
• After placing the cart on the final place lock the castors so as to prevent spontaneous or undesired moving of the cart.
• When setting the required angle of the device always carefully tighten the rotary handle of the attachment so as to
prevent spontaneous moving of the BTL-5000 device.
• After putting the attachment with the device(s) to the required direction lock up the attachment by the locking bolt
M5x16 which is located on the rear side of the attachment.

supplied together with the devices.
