Safety Tips
• Position on a flat, stable surface.
• A service agent/qualified technician should carry out installation and any repairs if required. Do not
remove any components on this product.
• Consult Local and National Standards to comply with the following:
• Health and Safety at Work Legislation
• BS EN Codes of Practice
• Fire Precautions
• IEE Wiring Regulations
• Building Regulations
• DO NOT immerse the appliance in water, or use jet/pressure washers to clean it.
• DO NOT touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Always use the handles/protective gloves.
• DO NOT overfill the appliance. Keep the water level below the ‘MAX’ level.
• DO NOT allow the water level to drop below the ‘MIN’ level during operation.
• DO NOT move the appliance when it contains hot liquid.
• DO NOT use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the appliance when not in use.
• Not suitable for outdoor use.
• Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance to the regulations of
local authorities.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an BUFFALO agent or a recommended qualified
technician in order to avoid a hazard.

this appliance will provide the best possible performance from your BUFFALO product.

The following is included:
BUFFALO prides itself on quality and service, ensuring that at the time of packaging the contents are
supplied fully functional and free of damage.
Should you find any damage as a result of transit, please contact your BUFFALO dealer immediately.
Operation
1. Connect the appliance to the power supply.
2. Fill the tank with water to a level between the ‘MIN’ and ‘MAX’ marks on the inside of the tank.
3. Switch the power switch to the On position [I]. The red power indicator light will turn on.
4. Turn the thermostat to the highest setting (90°C) to heat-up the appliance.
5. Once the appliance has heated the water the power indicator light turns Off.
6. Reduce the heat setting. An operating temperature of 75°C - 80°C is sufficient.
Maintaining Water Levels
It is important to regularly check the water level in the Bains Marie tank.
• Always keep the water level above the ‘MIN’ mark on the inside of the tank during operation.
• Damage to the heating element can occur if the tank boils dry and the element may have to be
replaced.
• This is not covered by the BUFFALO warranty.
Note: BUFFALO recommend that fresh water be used each time the appliance is used.
WARNING: Do not allow the water to drop below the ‘MIN’ level during operation.
Severe damage to the heating element could result.

Emptying the Appliance
L310/S047 - Turn on the tap to drain the water. Ensure a suitable container is used to collect the water.
L371/S007/S077 - Use a suitable container to remove the water from the appliance.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Wipe down the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
• Some cleaning agents may cause damage when used for a prolonged period on stainless steel. Use a
suitable stainless steel cleaner.
• Dry the exterior thoroughly.
• Wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water.
Troubleshooting
If your BUFFALO appliance develops a fault, please check the following table before making a call to the
Helpline.
Note: Always switch the appliance off allow the water to cool before emptying.

Verpakkingsinhoud
De verpakking bevat een:
BUFFALO is trots op de haar productkwaliteit en dienstverlening en controleer de inhoud van de
verpakkingen, tijdens de verpakkingsfase, op functionaliteit en schade.
Mocht u product door transport zijn beschadigd, neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met uw BUFFALO
dealer.
Bediening
1. Steek de steker van het apparaat in het stopcontact.
2. Vul het reservoir met water tot boven de 'MIN' en onder de 'MAX' markeringen aan de binnenzijde van
het reservoir.
3. Zet de stroomschakelaar in de On (Aan) positie [I]. Het rode indicatorlampje gaat aan.
4. Draai de thermostaat naar de hoogste instelling (90°C) om het apparaat op te warmen.
5. Wanneer het apparaat het water heeft opgewarmd dan gaat het indicatorlampje uit.
6. Verlaag de temperatuurinstelling. Een werktemperatuur van 75°C - 80°C is toereikend.
Waterniveaus handhaven
Het is belangrijk om regelmatig het waterniveau van de stoomreservoirs te controleren.
• Houd tijdens werking het waterniveau altijd boven de 'MIN' markering aan de binnenzijde van het
reservoir.
• Door het droog koken van het reservoir kan het verwarmingselement beschadigd raken en een
vervanging noodzakelijk zijn.
• Dit wordt niet gedekt door de garantie van BUFFALO.
Opmerking: BUFFALO raadt aan bij elk gebruik van het apparaat vers water te
gebruiken.
WAARSCHUWING: tijdens werking het water NIET onder het 'MIN' niveau laten zakken.
Dit kan het verwarmingselement ernstig beschadigen.

Het apparaat leegmaken
L310/S047 - Draai de kraan open om het water weg te laten lopen. Zorg voor een geschikte container
om het water op te vangen.
L371/S007/S077 - Gebruik een geschikte container om het water uit het apparaat op te vangen.
Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud
• Reinig de buitenkant van het apparaat met een vochtige doek.
• Bepaalde reinigingsmiddelen kunnen bij langdurig gebruik het roestvrij staal beschadigen. Gebruik een
geschikte reiniger voor roestvrij staal.
• De buitenkant goed droogmaken.
• Was alle verwijderbare delen met warm zeepwater.
Oplossen van problemen
Indien er een storing van uw BUFFALO product optreedt, dient u de onderstaande tabel te raadplegen
alvorens contact op te nemen met uw BUFFALO dealer of de Hulplijn te bellen.
Opmerking: schakel het apparaat altijd uit en laat het water afkoelen alvorens het
apparaat te legen.
Opmerking: alvorens het apparaat te reinigen dient men altijd de stroomvoorziening uit
te schakelen. Alvorens het reinigen of het leegmaken altijd het apparaat laten afkoelen.

Elektrische bedrading
Men dient de steker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:
• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L

Utilisation
1. Branchez l'appareil à la prise d'alimentation secteur.
2. Remplissez d'eau le réservoir, entre les repères 'MIN' et 'MAX' prévus à l'intérieur du réservoir.
3. Mettez l'interrupteur de mise sous tension sur 'On' (marche) [I]. Le témoin rouge d'alimentation
s'allume.
4. Mettez le thermostat sur la température maximum (90°C) pour faire chauffer l'appareil.
5. Une fois la température atteinte, le témoin d'alimentation s'éteint.
6. Baissez le réglage de température. Une température de service comprise entre 75 et 80°C suffit.
Maintien du niveau d'eau
1. Le niveau d'eau dans le réservoir des bains-marie doit être vérifié régulièrement.
2. En service, veillez à toujours maintenir le niveau de l'eau au-dessus du repère 'MIN' prévu à l'intérieur
du réservoir.
3. L'évaporation totale de l'eau dans le réservoir risque d'endommager l'élément chauffant, qui devra, le
cas échéant, être remplacé.
4. Ce cas de figure n'est pas couvert par la garantie BUFFALO.
Remarque : BUFFALO vous recommande d'utiliser de l'eau fraîche à chaque utilisation
de l'appareil.
AVERTISSEMENT : Ne laissez pas le niveau d'eau tomber au-dessous du repère 'MIN' en
service. Vous risqueriez de sérieusement endommager l'élément chauffant.

recueillir l'eau.
L371/S007/S077 - Recourez à un récipient adapté à cet usage pour vider l'eau de l'appareil.
Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance
• Nettoyez l'extérieur de l'appareil à l'aide d'un torchon humide.
• En cas d'utilisation prolongée sur l'inox, certains produits de nettoyage risquent d'endommager les
surfaces de l'appareil. Utilisez un produit de nettoyage conçu pour l'inox.
• Séchez minutieusement l'extérieur de l'appareil.
• Lavez toutes les pièces amovibles à l'eau tiède savonneuse.
Dépannage
Si votre appareil tombe en panne, procédez aux vérifications suivantes avant d'appeler notre service
d'assistance téléphonique.
Remarque : N'oubliez jamais d'éteindre l'appareil et de laisser l'eau refroidir avant de le
vider.

Betrieb
1. Das Gerät an den Netzstrom anschließen.
2. Den Tank bis zu einer Höhe zwischen den Markierungen "MIN" und "MAX" innen im Tank mit Wasser
füllen.
3. Den Ein-/Ausschalter in die Position Ein [I] bewegen. Die rote Stromanzeige leuchtet auf.
4. Das Thermostat auf die höchste Einstellung (90°C) stellen, um das Wasser zu erhitzen.
5. Sobald das Gerät das Wasser erhitzt hat, schaltet sich die Stromanzeige aus.
6. Eine niedrigere Temperatur einstellen. 75°C - 80°C reichen für den Betrieb aus.
Wasserstand halten
Es ist wichtig, dass der Wasserstand im Bain-Marie-Tank regelmäßig überprüft wird.
• Während des Betriebs muss der Tank stets mindestens bis zur Markierung "MIN" gefüllt sein.
• Sollte das gesamte Wasser während des Betriebs verdunsten, ist eine Beschädigung des Heizelements
nicht auszuschließen. In diesem Fall müsste das Heizelement ausgewechselt werden.
• In diesem Fall ist das Heizelement nicht von der BUFFALO-Garantie erfasst.
Hinweis: BUFFALO empfiehlt, bei jedem Gebrauch des Geräts frisches Wasser zu
verwenden.
VORSICHT: Der Wasserstand darf während des Betriebs NICHT unter die
Mindestfüllhöhe (MIN) fallen, da sonst das Heizelement stark beschädigt werden
könnte.

L310/S047 - Den Hahn aufdrehen, um das Wasser ablaufen zu lassen. Das Wasser in einem geeigneten
Behälter auffangen.
L371/S007/S077 - Das Wasser mit einem geeigneten Behälter aus dem Gerät schöpfen.
Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung
• Das Gerät außen mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen.
• Bei längerer Anwendung können einige Reinigungsmittel Edelstahl beschädigen. Ein geeignetes
Reinigungsmittel für Edelstahl verwenden.
• Das Gerät von außen gründlich abtrocknen.
• Alle herausnehmbaren Teile mit einer warmen Seifenlösung waschen.

Sollte Ihr Saftdispenser defekt sein, prüfen Sie bitte zunächst folgende Punkte, bevor Sie sich an die Helpline
