IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read this manual in its entirety before operating your Bushnell POWERSYNC product. It contains important information concerning
the setup, operation and maintenance of the product. Keep this manual for future reference.
• WARNING:This product should only be used with the supplied charging unit and accessories (not included with all models). Use of
a charger or accessories not recommended or supplied by Bushnell may result in product damage, re, electrical shock or injury,
and will void your product warranty.
• CAUTION: Do not submerge the product in water, or attempt to operate the product after it has been exposed to water.
• CAUTION: Do not attempt to open the product. There are no user serviceable internal parts. Disassembling the product will void
your warranty. The rechargeable battery must be replaced by a qualied technician.
• CAUTION: Check adaptors for correct t and compatibility before using the product to charge electronic devices. Improperly used
adaptors can be a shock hazard and may damage the electronic device.
• CAUTION: Before operating the product or connecting it to any other device, check to ensure that all cables are not damaged.
Extreme heat, water, petroleum products and sharp edges all have the potential to damage cables. Do not use any cable with
exposed wiring.
• WARNING: EXPLOSION HAZARD! - Do not incinerate any Bushnell POWERSYNC product, or attempt to use it in a microwave oven.
• WARNING: Bushnell POWERSYNC products are not intended for powering any medical equipment, life support devices, or any
other critical equipment.
• CAUTION: Do not clean your Bushnell POWERSYNC product with anything other than a damp rag.The use of cleaning chemicals or
other products may harm the unit and will void your warranty.
• Do not dispose of any Bushnell POWERSYNC product as you would normal household trash. Please contact your local government
authority for directions regarding the proper disposal of products containing a Lithium Ion battery.

HOW THE SOLARWRAP MINI WORKS
The SolarWrap Mini uses an advanced solar panel technology that is flexible, water
resistant and durable. An on-board, internal lithium ion battery stores the electrical
energy collected by the solar panel, so it can be used to recharge your portable
electronic devices-even at night or on a cloudy day. The SolarWrap Mini’s battery can
also be charged from your computer’s USB port, so it’s ready to provide immediate
power on demand. After the battery power is depleted, just roll out the solar panel
and let the sun charge it back up during the day, so you can recharge your devices
while you sleep at night.

USING THE SOLARWRAP MINI
1. Remove the protective end caps from the SolarWrap Mini (C, next page).
2. (Optional Pre-Charge Step) If you want to pre-charge the internal battery before
you leave for your outdoor adventure, connect the supplied USB cable from the
INPUT port (A) on one end of the SolarWrap Mini cylinder to your computer’s
USB port. Avoid connecting to unpowered USB hubs and USB ports located
on keyboards, etc. to ensure you get full power from the computer. The LED
below the INPUT port on the SolarWrap Mini will change from RED (charging)
to GREEN once the SolarWrap Mini’s internal battery has been fully charged
(typically after about 4 hours-you may leave it connected to your computer
overnight without risk of overcharge).
3. Once you arrive at your destination:
If you pre-charged the SolarWrap Mini battery as described in Step 2
above: connect the provided USB cable from the OUTPUT port (B) of the
SolarWrap Mini to your device to recharge it. If your device uses a non-
standard size USB or other type of docking connector to charge it, you
will need to use the cable that came with your device to connect to the
SolarWrap Mini’s OUTPUT port. The charge level indicator on your device

will allow you to monitor the charging process.
If you did not pre-charge the SolarWrap Mini’s battery: detach the end of
the solar panel roll from the cylinder (fabric under the end of the roll helps
hold it in place) and unroll it out to its full length. Place the SolarWrap in
a location where the solar panel surface will be exposed to as much direct
sunlight as possible (D). The hole at the tab end of the solar panel roll can
be used to stake it to the ground to keep it securely in place on a windy
day, or hang it from a tree or your backpack with a carabiner. The LED near
the INPUT port on the side of the SolarWrap Mini’s cylinder will change
from red to green to indicate a full charge. Allow up to 10 hours to charge
the internal battery from a fully discharged condition. Once the battery has
been charged, connect and charge your device at anytime, as described
above in “If you pre-charged the SolarWrap Mini battery...” .
4. The SolarWrap Mini’s solar panel can be rolled back up to help keep it protected
from accidental damage once you are charging your device from the internal
battery, and should always be rolled up when you are storing the SolarWrap
Mini away for travel. Be sure to roll it back onto the cylinder with the solar panel
side facing outwards (E), not inwards toward the cylinder (black lining facing
out). Replace the end caps when storing the SolarWrap Mini if it won’t be used
for a while, to help keep dirt and debris out of the USB ports.

designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation, and are more stringent than“outdoor”
requirements.

This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions,

UTILISATION DU SOLARWRAP MINI
1. Retirez les embouts de protection du SolarWrap Mini (C).
2. (Étape facultative de préchargement) Si vous souhaitez précharger la batterie
interne avant de partir à l’aventure, raccordez le câble USB fourni au port
INPUT (entrée) (A) sur une extrémité du cylindre du SolarWrap Mini ainsi qu’au
port USB de votre ordinateur. Évitez de le raccorder à des concentrateurs USB
non alimentés et des ports USB placés sur des claviers, etc. pour assurer une
alimentation optimale à partir de l’ordinateur. La LED sous le port INPUT (entrée)
du SolarWrap Mini passera du ROUGE (chargement) au VERT une fois que la
batterie interne du SolarWrap Mini sera entièrement chargée (généralement au
bout de 4 heures - vous pouvez la laisser connectée à votre ordinateur pendant
une nuit complète sans risque de surcharge).
3. Une fois que vous êtes arrivé à destination :
Si vous avez préchargé la batterie du SolarWrap Mini : comme décrit à

(sortie) du SolarWrap Mini. L’indicateur du niveau de chargement sur votre
appareil vous permettra de contrôler la progression du chargement.
Si vous n’avez pas préchargé la batterie du SolarWrap Mini : détachez
l’extrémité du panneau solaire en rouleau du cylindre (le tissu sous
l’extrémité du rouleau permet de le maintenir en place) et déroulez-le dans
toute sa longueur. Placez le SolarWrap à un endroit qui permet d’exposer
la surface du panneau solaire à un maximum de lumière solaire directe
possible (D). L’orifice sur la languette à l’extrémité du panneau solaire en
rouleau peut être utilisé pour planter un piquet et le fixer au sol afin qu’il
reste bien en place lorsqu’il y a du vent, ou pour le suspendre à un arbre
ou à votre sac à dos à l’aide d’un mousqueton. La LED près du port INPUT
(entrée) sur le côté du cylindre du SolarWrap Mini passera du rouge au vert
pour indiquer que le chargement est achevé. Jusqu’à 10 heures peuvent
être nécessaires pour charger une batterie interne entièrement déchargée.
Une fois que la batterie est chargée, raccordez et chargez votre appareil
à tout moment, comme décrit ci-dessus dans « Si vous avez préchargé la
batterie du SolarWrap Mini... » .
4. Le panneau solaire du SolarWrap Mini peut être ré-enroulé pour le protéger de
dommages accidentels lorsque vous chargez votre appareil à l’aide de la batterie
interne, et il doit toujours être enroulé lorsque vous rangez le SolarWrap Mini
en vue d’un déplacement. Assurez-vous qu’il soit enroulé sur le cylindre avec
le côté du panneau solaire dirigé vers l’extérieur (E), et non pas vers l’intérieur,
en direction du cylindre (doublure noire visible). Remettez les embouts en place

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SOLARWRAP MINI

UTILIZACIÓN DEL SOLARWRAP MINI
1. Quite las tapas de protección del SolarWrap Mini (C, página siguiente).
2. (Paso opcional de carga previa) Si desea cargar previamente la batería interna
antes de salir de aventura, conecte el cable USB proporcionado desde el
puerto INPUT (entrada) (A) en un extremo del cilindro del SolarWrap Mini al
puerto USB del ordenador. Evite conectarse a concentradores y puertos USB
sin alimentación situados en teclados, etc. para asegurarse de que consigue
la máxima potencia del ordenador. El LED situado debajo del puerto INPUT
(entrada) en el SolarWrap Mini cambiará de ROJO (cargando) a VERDE una
vez que la batería interna del SolarWrap Mini se haya cargado por completo
(normalmente, después de unas 4 horas, puede dejarlo conectado al ordenador
toda la noche sin riesgo de sobrecarga).
3. Una vez que haya llegado a su destino:
Si ha cargado previamente la batería del SolarWrap Mini tal como se ha
descrito en el paso 2 anterior: conecte el cable USB proporcionado del
puerto OUTPUT (salida) (B) del SolarWrap Mini al dispositivo y recárguelo.
Si el dispositivo utiliza un USB de un tamaño no estándar o cualquier otro
tipo de conector de acoplamiento para cargarlo, tendrá que utilizar el cable

incluido con el dispositivo para conectarse al puerto OUTPUT (salida) del
SolarWrap Mini. El indicador del nivel de carga en el dispositivo le permitirá
supervisar el proceso de carga.
Si no ha cargado previamente la batería del SolarWrap Mini: desconecte
el extremo del rollo del panel solar del cilindro (la tela debajo del extremo
del rollo le ayuda a colocarlo) y desenróllelo completamente. Coloque el
SolarWrap en un lugar donde la superficie del panel solar vaya a estar
expuesta a tanta luz solar directa como sea posible (D). El orificio del
extremo de la lengüeta del rollo del panel solar se puede utilizar para fijarlo
en el suelo para que esté seguro en el lugar en un día de viento, o colgado
de un árbol o en su mochila con un mosquetón. El LED junto al puerto
INPUT (entrada) en el lateral del cilindro del SolarWrap Mini cambiará de
rojo a verde para indicar una carga completa. Deje hasta 10 horas para
cargar la batería interna a partir de una condición de descarga completa.
Una vez cargada la batería, conecte y cargue el dispositivo cuando lo
desee, tal como se describe arriba en “Si ha cargado previamente la batería
del SolarWrap Mini…” .
4. El panel solar del SolarWrap Mini se puede volver a enrollar para protegerlo
de daños fortuitos una vez que cargue el dispositivo desde la batería interna
y deberá enrollarlo siempre cuando guarde el SolarWrap Mini para viajar.
Asegúrese de que desenrolla el cilindro con la cara del panel solar orientada
hacia fuera (E), no orientada hacia dentro del cilindro (el forro negro hacia
fuera). Vuelva a colocar las tapas de los extremos cuando guarde el SolarWrap
Mini si no lo va a utilizar durante un determinado tiempo para mantener la
suciedad y los residuos fuera de los puertos USB.

FUNKTIONSWEISE DES SOLARWRAP MINI
Beim SolarWrap Mini kommt ein modernes Solarmodul zum Einsatz, das flexibel,
wasserfest und haltbar ist. Ein integrierter Lithium-Ionen-Akku speichert die vom
Solarmodul gesammelte elektrische Energie, damit tragbare Elektronikgeräte selbst
nachts oder an bewölkten Tagen aufgeladen werden können. Darüber hinaus lässt
sich der Akku des SolarWrap Mini über den USB-Anschluss eines Computers aufladen,
damit er bei Bedarf sofort Strom liefern kann. Wenn der Akku leer ist, rollen Sie das
Solarmodul einfach aus und lassen den Akku tagsüber durch die Sonne aufladen,
damit Sie nachts Ihre Geräte aufladen können.

GEBRAUCH DES SOLARWRAP MINI
1. Nehmen Sie die schützenden Endkappen vom SolarWrap Mini ab (C).
2. (Optionales vorheriges Aufladen) Wenn Sie den internen Akku vor Ihrer
Outdoor-Aktivität aufladen möchten, schließen Sie das mitgelieferte USB-
Kabel am EINGANG (A) am einen Ende des SolarWrap Mini-Zylinders und am
USB-Anschluss des Computers an. Damit Sie die volle elektrische Leistung des
Computers erhalten, sollten Sie das Kabel nicht an USB-Hubs ohne eigene
Stromversorgung oder an USB-Anschlüssen an Tastaturen usw. anschließen. Die
LED unter dem EINGANG des SolarWrap Mini wechselt von ROT (Ladevorgang)
zu GRÜN, sobald der interne Akku des SolarWrap Mini vollständig aufgeladen
ist (üblicherweise nach rund 4 Stunden – Sie können den Akku ohne Gefahr des
Überladens über Nacht am Computer angeschlossen lassen).
3. Nach Ankunft am Ziel:
Wenn Sie den Akku des SolarWrap Mini vorher aufgeladen haben: (wie in
Schritt 2 oben beschrieben), gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Schließen Sie das
mitgelieferte USB-Kabel am AUSGANG (B) des SolarWrap Mini und
am aufzuladenden Gerät an. Wenn das Gerät nicht über einen USB-
Standardstecker aufgeladen wird, müssen Sie das Gerät mit dessen

mitgeliefertem Kabel am AUSGANG des SolarWrap Mini anschließen.
Über die Ladestandsanzeige am Gerät können Sie den Aufladevorgang
überwachen.
Wenn Sie denAkku des SolarWrap Mini vorher nicht aufgeladen haben gehen
Sie wie folgt vor: Lösen Sie das Ende der Solarmodulrolle vom Zylinder (der
Stoff am Ende der Rolle dient zu ihrer Befestigung), und rollen Sie das
Solarmodul vollständig aus. Legen Sie das SolarWrap an eine Stelle, wo
die Oberfläche des Solarmoduls möglichst viel direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
ausgesetzt ist (D). Das Loch im Stoffteil der Solarmodulrolle kann benutzt
werden, um sie bei Wind mit einem Pflock am Boden zu befestigen
oder sie mit einem Karabinerhaken an einem Baum oder am Rucksack
aufzuhängen. Die LED am EINGANG am einen Ende des SolarWrap Mini-
Zylinders wechselt von Rot zu Grün, wenn der Akku vollständig aufgeladen
ist. Bei vollständiger Entladung dauert das Aufladen des internen Akkus
bis zu 10 Stunden. Nachdem der Akku aufgeladen wurde, können Sie Ihr
Gerät jederzeit anschließen und aufladen (wie oben unter „Wenn Sie den
Akku des SolarWrap Mini vorher aufgeladen haben ...“ beschrieben).
4. Sobald Ihr Gerät über den internen Akku aufgeladen wird, kann das Solarmodul
des SolarWrap Mini wieder aufgerollt werden, um es vor Beschädigung
zu schützen. Zur Lagerung des SolarWrap Mini auf Reisen sollte es immer
aufgerollt werden. Rollen Sie das Solarmodul unbedingt so wieder auf den
Zylinder auf, dass die Solarzellen nach außen zeigen (E), nicht nach innen zum
Zylinder (schwarzer Futterstoff nach außen). Bringen Sie die Endkappen bei
längerer Lagerung des SolarWrap Mini wieder an, damit die USB-Anschlüsse
vor Schmutz und Ablagerungen geschützt werden.

Diese Ausrüstung enthält elektrische und/oder elektronische Bauteile und darf deshalb nicht im normalen Haushaltmüll entsorgt werden.
Stattdessen sollte sie an den entsprechenden Sammelstellen für Recycling der jeweiligen Gemeinden abgegeben werden. Ihnen entstehen
hierdurch keine Kosten.
