92451SS Berm Chute Kit
Installation and Operation
1. Remove the Cover Plate from the Passenger Side
bottom of the Lower Tray and reinstall it on the Driver Side
2. Move Anti-Spill Plate from Driver Side to Passenger Side
3. Install the Berm Chute Hanger Bracket to the Lower
Tray on the Passenger Side
4. Install the Berm Chute to the Hanger Bracket using the
included Hinge and Cotter Pins
5. Install the Support Bar to the Berm Chute using the
included 1/2-13 Hex Head Cap Screws, Washers and
Nylon Locking Nuts
6. Connect the Chain to the Support Bar
7. Connect the other end of the Chain to the Chain Anchor
on the Spreader NOTE: If you are using this kit with a
spreader other than SaltDogg model 92450SSA you will
need to attach (via welding) the additional Chain Anchor in
the hardware kit to your spreader

8. Confirm all clearances by raising and lowering the bed
then adjust the Chain length as necessary and remove
excess links if desired
9. Adjust the hydraulic system so the Auger motor changes
direction and moves material to the passenger side

WARRANTY
Buyers Products Co. warrants all truck/trailer hardware manufac-
tured or distributed by it, to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Parts
must be properly installed and used under normal conditions.
Any product which has been altered, including modification, mis-
use, accident or lack of maintenance will not be considered under
warranty. Normal wear is excluded. The sole responsibility of Buyers
Products Co. under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any
part or parts which are returned, prepaid, and are found to be defective
by Buyers Products Co. Authorization from Buyers Products Co. must
be obtained before returning any part. No charges for transportation
or labor performed on Buyers’ products will be allowed under this
warranty.
