Cadco, Ltd.
Please note: This Model is a carry-in service item customer is
responsible for packaging the unit securely and returning it to Cadco* for
service, along with a copy of your original purchas r c ipt, a d scription of
th probl m, and your nam , shipping addr ss and phon numb r. Ship to:

Call Cadco at 860-738-2500 for Return Authorization Number BEFORE
returning any item for repair. Return Authorization Number MUST be
written on outside of carton to track the unit and avoid service delays.
Warranty covers repairing the unit and returning it to customer.

heat and moisture in foods, keep lids on steam pans when not serving.
9. Foods containing littl or no liquid should b k pt warm on Low s tting, and
stirr d p riodically.
10. If using th unit as a r gular warming tray without th st am pans, b sur
to us contain rs that ar h at-proof. Not : Th bas is not d sign d to k p
larg , d p pots full of food or liquid warm.
CARE AND CLEANING

ar r movabl with a Phillips h ad scr wdriv r.) Th most ff ctiv and saf way
to cl an th warming tray bas is with a mild d t rg nt and a soft moist cloth. Do
not us any scouring ag nts! DO NOT SUBMERGE THE WARMING TRAY
BASE OR LET THE HEAT CONTROL COME IN CONTACT WITH WATER.
If th r is any food r sidu r maining on th surfac , it should b r mov d
aft r ach us . To do so, scrub g ntly with a fin cl ansing pad such as nylon
m sh or oth r ordinary cl ansing pad. DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL OR
ABRASIVE KITCHEN CLEANERS. To polish, us a non-abrasiv glass
cl an r. Any food r sidu r maining can b whisk d away with a g ntl strok
of a nylon m sh pad. Rins and wip dry. Do not allow wat r to spill or s p
into fram . Any maintenance required for this product, other than normal
care and cleaning, should be performed by our Factory.

HOW TO USE
B for using for th first tim , b com familiar with th Warm r f atur s,
Figur A. Wash r movabl parts in warm sudsy wat r, rins and dry. Cl an th
warming tray bas with a mild d t rg nt and a soft moist cloth. Do not us any
scouring ag nts! DO NOT SUBMERGE THE WARMING BASE OR LET THE
PLUG COME IN CONTACT WITH WATER. Rins and wip dry. Do not allow
wat r to spill or s p into th fram .
Initial Use:
H at th warming bas without foods on it for approximat ly 10 minut s at
maximum s tting in ord r to s al th sp cial coating. T mporary smoking is
normal during initial us .
Subsequent Use:
1. Ass mbl Mod l CMLW-2SG by snapping th sn z guard onto th tops of th
4 l gs/posts. S Figur C.
2. Each l v l is quipp d with a s parat variabl th rmostat knob. L v ls may
b op rat d at diff r nt t mp ratur s simultan ously. H at rang is from 1550
to 2000 F, to k p foods at s rving t mp ratur s. For b st r sults, us maximum
h at s tting to quickly r ach your d sir d t mp ratur , th n adjust to d sir d
t mp ratur .
3. Th signal light(s) will com on only during h at cycl . Du to th low wattag
n c ssary for warming trays, it can b 20-30 minut s b for th light cycl s
off.
4. Mod l CMLB-24P com s with four 4.3 quart stainl ss st am pans. Each pan
holds ov r 30 four ounc s rvings. Th cl ar polypropyl n lids hav ut nsil slots.
5. You may us Mod l CMLB-24P ith r fully ass mbl d with st am pans, (Figur
A) or us th warming bas alon as a warming tray (Figur B).
