Apply adhesive to the two faces
on Items A(x2) and B(x2).

Secure Items A(x2) and B(x2) to Item E
(x2). Secure with short pins on all four
corners.

Secure Item D(x2) with 8 long pins through
Item Eas shown.

Apply adhesive to both edges of Item D(x2). Slide Item D(x2) into
the slots on Item E(x2) until the bottom face is ush with Item A.

Secure Item D(x2) with 8 short
pins through Item Dand into
Items A&B.
5Secure Item C(x2) to Item D(x2)
with 8 brass pins.

Assemble Item A(x4). Secure with 16 panel pins. (Check for square).
Ensure assembled items taper inwards from bottom to top.
Important: Apply glue to all faces of the joints before attempting to assemble.
This will help lubricate the joint prior to assembly.

height shown and secure with 12 galvanised
nails.
Note: If not square, compress longest diagonal so
it becomes shorter.

Drill 3 clearance holes through
one side of Item Aas shown.

Position Item Donto Item C,
secure with short pins.

Slide in the doors, Item E(x2).

Position the sub-assembly on the
lift side and secure with 3 short
screws through Item A.

Ensure bottom is ush.

Position Item C(x4) as shown.
Secure with 12 short galvanised
nails.

(x2) and secure around edge
with 14 short galvanised nails.

Insert 2 short screws
through Item Fand into
Item E.

Secure conical wasp traps (x2)
with 8 brass pins onto the
outside of Item A(x2) over the
holes.

grooves in Item A(x2).

Position Item Donto apex of
roof and secure with 4 long
screws through Item Fand into
Items A&E.

Remove Item F(x2) from Item E(x2).
Apply adhesive along the top edges of Items
A(x2) and B(x2). Place Item Eonto the
frame, locating Item Ainto the slots on Item
E. Secure with 12 short screws through Item
Einto Item A. Add more screws if desired.

Begin by making the frame
using Items B,C,D&F.
Secure with 8 short pins.
(Check for square).

Place Items I&Jonto the frame, ush with the rear face. Secure with 5
short pins per side, through Items I&J, into Items B&C. Apply adhesive to
the mating faces on Items B,C&D.

Place Item Ponto the frame and secure with 6
short pins per side, through Item Pand into Items
B&C.

Slide Item Einto the slots on Items B&C.
Secure with 4 long pins through Items B&C,
into Item E. Apply adhesive to the two end
faces of Item E.

Position the Legs, Items L(x2) & M(x2) at the corners. Secure with screws
through the pre-drilled holes in Items B,C,D&E. Apply adhesive to the two
mating faces of Items L&M.

Place Item Hcentrally on the frame, 17.5mm from all 3
edges. Secure with 4 short pins.

Place Item G(x2) against Item H, 17.5mm from the side. Secure with 5
short pins per side. Apply adhesive to mating face on Items I&J.

Place Item Kagainst the inside face of Item P& ush with the
recessed faces on the top of Items I&J. Secure with 3 short pins.
Apply adhesive to mating face on Item P.

Slide Item O(Wire Mesh) onto the supports I,Jand K.
Secure to the underside of Item Hwith 3 brass tacks.
10
Slide in Item N(Inspection Tray), ensure it is free
to move.

Slide Item A(x2) under Item Gand onto Item P. Ensure that
the top face of Item A(x2) is ush with the top faces of Items
I&J. Secure with 4 short pins per side. Apply adhesive to the
upper & underside of Item A.
