Le molle danno maggior spunto al
motoriduttore reversibile in fase di
apertura dell’asta.
Tutte le operazioni di seguito
descritte devono essere effettuate con
il connettore del motore scollegato dalla
scheda.
Al termine delle operazioni, ricollegare il
connettore.
1- Sbloccare la barriera.
2- Portare l'asta in posizione di chiusura.
3- Tensionare le molle agendo sulla vite a
testa quadra fino al punto in cui un ulteriore
tensionamento farebbe sollevare l’asta.
Durante questa operazione l’asta NON
DEVE sollevarsi.
La misura H non deve essere maggiore
di 137 mm.
4- Bloccare il tensionamento avvitando il
grano del gruppo molle.
Lubrificare le guide su cui scorrono
le molle, almeno ogni 6 mesi o 50.000
manovre.
Sostituire le molle ogni 200.000
manovre.

manufacturer. • Only use this product
for its intended purpose. Any other
use is hazardous. • The manufacturer

erroneous use. • This product complies
with the applicable standards in force at
the time of manufacturing.
Dismantling and disposal
Dispose of the packaging and the device
responsibly at the end of its life cycle, in
compliance with the laws in force in the
country where the product is used. The
recyclable components are marked with a
symbol and the material ID marker.

The springs give the reversible gearmotor
greater thrust when opening the boom.
All the operations described below
must be carried out with the motor
connector disconnected from the board.
After completing the operations,
reconnect the connector.
1- Unlock the barrier.
2- Move the boom to the closed position.
3- Tension the springs using the square-
head screw up to the point where any
further tensioning would lift up the boom.
When doing this, the boom MUST
NOT lift up.
The H dimension must not be greater
than 137 mm.
4- Block tensioning by tightening the grub
screw on the spring assembly.
Lubricate the guides the springs run
on at least every 6 months or 50,000
manoeuvres.
Replace the springs every 200,000
manoeuvres.

Mise au rebut et élimination

figurent sur les composants recyclables.

Les ressorts augmentent l'intensité de
démarrage du motoréducteur réversible à
l'ouverture de la lisse.
Toutes les opérations décrites ci-
dessous doivent être effectuées avec le
connecteur du moteur déconnecté de la
carte.
Reconnecter le connecteur au terme des
opérations.
1- Débloquer la barrière.
2- Amener la lisse à la position de fermeture.
3- Mettre les ressorts en tension en agissant
sur la vis à tête carrée jusqu'à presque
soulever la lisse.
Durant cette opération, la lisse NE
DOIT PAS se soulever.
La mesure H ne doit pas dépasser 137
mm.
4- Bloquer la mise en tension en vissant le
goujon du groupe ressorts.
Lubrifier les glissières des ressorts, au
moins tous les 6 mois ou toutes les 50 000
manœuvres.
Remplacer les ressorts toutes les 200
000 manœuvres.

Пружины обеспечивают более высокий
пусковой момент неблокирующегося
привода на стадии открытия стрелы.
Перед выполнением указанных
далее работ следует отключить разъем
двигателя от платы.
После выполнения работ подключите
разъем к плате.
1- Разблокируйте шлагбаум.
2- Установите стрелу в положение
закрытия.
3- Натяните пружины, воздействуя на
винт с квадратной головкой, до тех пор,
когда дальнейшее натяжение вызвало бы
подъем стрелы.
Во время этой операции стрела НЕ
ДОЛЖНА подниматься.
Размер H не должен превышать
137мм.
4- Зафиксируйте натяжение, закручивая
винт пружинного блока.
Смазывайте направляющие пружин
как минимум каждые 6 месяцев или
50000 движений.
Заменяйте пружины каждые
200000 движений.
