Kit per cordone luminoso a 24V, lungo 50
m, ogni metro ha una simbologia () per
permettere la tranciatura della lunghezza
necessaria.
Procedura di montaggio
1) Inserire il cavo di alimentazione passandolo
attraversoilforocentraledellapiastradell’albero
di trasmissione.
Forare il quadro elettrico in uno dei punti
predisposti,avvitareil pressacavoin dotazione
e collegare il cavo di alimentazione ai morsetti
10-E del quadro elettrico (ZL38), 10-E7 del
(ZG5) o 10-E6 del (ZG6).
2) Posizionare la piastra intermedia e il copri
attacco asta sulla piastra di ancoraggio,
imboccare n°1 vite UNI5931 M8x20, montare
l’asta e fissare il rispettivo attacco porta asta
tramite le viti in dotazione.

Montage
1)DasSpeisekabeleinführenundesdurchdas
mittlere Loch der Antriebswellenplatte leiten.
Die Schalttafel an einem der vorgesehenen
Stellen bohren, die mitgelieferte Kabelpres-
se anschrauben und das Speisekabel an die
Klemmen 10-E der Schalttafel (ZL38), 10-E7
der (ZG5) oder 10-E6 der (ZG6) anschließen.
2) Die Zwischenplatte und die Abdeckung für
den Anschluss des Schlagbaums auf der Ve-
rankerungsplatte anbringen, eine Schraube
UNI5931 M8x20 einsetzen, den Schlagbaum
montieren und das entsprechende Schlagbau-
mhalter-Kupplungsteil mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben befestigen.

Kit for 24V lighted cord, 50 m long. A ()
symbol is marked at each meter to make it ea-
sier to cut to the length necessary.
Assembly procedures
1) Thread the power cord through the central
hole of the drive shaft plate.
Make a hole in the electrical switchboard at
one of the pre-marked spots. Screw in the
cable clamp provided and connect the power
cord to the terminals 10-E of the electrical
switchboard (ZL38), 10-E7 of the (ZG5) or 10-
E6 of the (ZG6).
2) Mount the intermediate plate and the bar
junction cover on the fastening plate. Fit the
UNI5931 M8x20 screw, mount the bar and
fasten the respective bar junction attachment
using the screws provided.

Kit para cordón luminoso a 24V, 50 m de lar-
go, cada metro tiene un símbolo () para
poder cortar a la longitud necesaria.
Procedimiento de montaje
1) Introduzca el cable de alimentación pasán-
doloa través del agujero central de la placa del
árbol de transmisión.
Perfore el cuadro eléctrico en uno de los pun-
tos indicados, enrosque el prensaestopas en-
tregado y conecte el cable de alimentación a
los bornes 10-E del cuadro eléctrico (ZL38),
10-E7 del (ZG5) o 10-E6 del (ZG6).
2) Monte la placa intermedia y la cubierta del
enganche del mástil en la placa de anclaje, in-
troduzcaun tornillo UNI5931 M8x20, monte el
mástil y fije el enganche porta mástil con los
tornillos entregados.

m. Le symbole () est prévu à chaque mètre
pour pouvoir couper la longueur nécessaire.
Procédure de montage
1) Introduire le câble d’alimentation en le faisant
passerdans letrou aucentre dela plaquede l’ar-
bre de transmission.
Percer le tableau de distribution à un des endroi-
ts prévus, visser le serre-câble fourni de série et
brancherlecâble d’alimentation auxbornes10-E
du tableau de distribution (ZL38), 10-E7 du ta-
bleau (ZG5) ou 10-E6 du tableau (ZG6).
2) Placer la plaque intermédiaire et le couvre
raccord de la lisse sur la plaque d’ancrage
et les maintenir avec 1 vis UNI5931 M8x20,
monter la lisse et fixer le raccord porte lisse
respectif à l’aide des vis fournies.

Kit voor de lichtgevende buis op 24V, met
lengte 50 m, op elke meter staat een symbool
() zodat de nodige lengte makkelijke afgele-
zen en doorgesneden kan worden.
Montageprocepure
1) Steek de voedingskabel door de centrale
opening van de plaat van de transmissie-as.
Boor een gat in het elektrisch bedieningspa-
neel op één van de voorziene punten, draai
de bijgeleverde kabelstopper vast en sluit de
voedingskabel aan op de klemmen 10-E van
het elektrisch bedieningspaneel (ZL38), 10-E7
van (ZG5) of 10-E6 van (ZG6).
2) Plaats de middelste plaat en de afdekking
van de slagboombevestiging op de veranke-
ringsplaats, plaats 1 schroef UNI5931 M8x20,
monteer de slagboom en bevestig de sla-
gboom bevestigingsdrager met behulp van de
bijgeleverde schroeven.

nel punto indicato ().

so, inserire nell’altra estremità lo spinotto di
collegamento del cavo e isolarlo con la guaina
termorestringente.
5)Inserire i copriprofilo nelle canalette, fissare
il tappo di chiusura dell’asta e la copertura di
protezione anticesoiamento.

3) Insert the lighted cord into the grooves
(length of the cord = L x 2 + 1m) and cut at
the point indicated ().
4) Insert the insulation stopper provided into
one of the two ends of the lighted cord; insert
the connection pin of the cable into the other
end and insulate it with the heat-shrinking
sheath.
5) Insert the section covers into the grooves,
fasten the stopper of the bar and the anti-
shearing protective cover.

nures (Longueur du cordon = L x 2 + 1 m) et
couper à l’endroit indiqué ().
4) Mettre le bouchon d’isolation fourni à une
des deux extrémités du cordon lumineux,
montrer la broche d’alimentation du câble à
l’autre extrémité et l’isoler avec la gaine ther-
morétrécissable.
5) Placer le couvre profilé dans les rainures,
fixer le bouchon de fermeture de la lisse et la
protection anti-cisaillement.

gebenen Stelle abschneiden ().
4) Eines der beiden Leuchtschnurenden mit
der Isolierkappe schließen und in das andere
Ende den Anschlusssteckerstift des Kabels
einführen und mit dem wärmeschrumpfenden
Mantel isolieren.
5) Die Profilabdeckung in die Rillen einführen,
die Verschlusskappe des Schlagbaums und
den Anti-Abscherschutz befestigen.

4) Cierre uno de los extremos del cordón
luminoso con el tapón de aislamiento entre-
gado, introduzca en el otro extremo la clavija
de conexión del cable y aíslela con el recubri-
miento termorretráctil.
5) Introduzca el perfil de cierre en las canale-
tas, fije el tapón de cierre del mástil y la cu-
bierta de protección anticizallamiento.
