How to replace an iR ADV 4025i & iR ADV 4035i series toner cartridge
Open the Toner Replacement Cover, and pull out
cartridge.
Open the package of the toner cartridge, and remove
the toner cartridge.
Remove the protective cap of the new toner
cartridge.
Twist the protective cap of the new toner cartridge
in the direction of the arrow (counterclockwise) to
remove it.

Press when lit to show how to replace toner
Push the new toner cartridge in the direction
indicated by the arrow on the cartridge until it stops.
Close the front cover of the main unit.

How to replace an iR ADV 4025i & iR ADV 4035i series waste toner unit
Open the front cover of the machine. Remove the waste toner unit. Remove the cover from the used waste toner unit.
Use the provided cover to cover up the opening of the
used waste toner unit.

Follow the instructions on the Control Panel, when the message “Replace Waste Toner” appears:
Remove the cover from the opening of the new waste
toner container.
Attach the cover to the waste toner unit.
Insert the new Waste Toner Unit.

Turn the lever to the right.
Turn the lever to the left.
Close the Front Door.
