Choosing a wireless bite alarm from Carp-Sounder
has made you choose one of the most reliable and
robust devices on the market. The units are 100%
waterproof and have a long range, depending on
the model, from approx. 150 m + to 450 m +.
With proper use and appropriate care, our bite
alarm will provide years of reliable service.
This manual is intended to familiarize you with the
operaon of this product. Always keep this manual
in a safe place so that you can access it at any me.
We wish you a lot of fun with your Carpsounder
product and successful hours on the bank.

AGE ONE Bite alarm:

AGE ONE Bite alarm:
Signal tones:
Bite:
Bites are indicated by short notes corresponding to the
cord pull. The LEDs of the bite indicator light up in the
preset color for approx. 20 seconds. The CS receiver
signals a single tone and a 20-second LED.
Drop bite:
Bites are indicated by short double tones corresponding
to the cord pull. The bite indicator LEDs ash for about
20 seconds in the preset color. The CS receiver signals a
double tone and a blinking LED for 20 seconds.
Fast bite:
Bites are indicated by short quick twists corresponding to
the string move. The LEDs of the bite indicator light up in
the preset color for approx. 20 seconds. The CS receiver
signals a fast double tone and a 20-second LED.

AGE ONE Bite alarm:
Switch on the device:
Hold the buon (2) for about 3 seconds.
The device will now turn on and perform a self-test,
playing a tone sequence.
By ashing the LEDs 4 mes, the baery charge status is
displayed.
Greenï❸ð > 80 %
Yellow ï❸ð = 50 %
Red ï❸ð < 20 %
Turn o the device:
Hold the buon (2) for about 3 seconds.
The device will now turn o. Switching o is indicated
on the device and on the CS receiver with a sequence of
tones
Cauon:
Do not operate the keys with sharp objects or nger-
nails!

AGE ONE Bite alarm:
Adjust sensivity:
The adjustment of the sensivity is carried out with the
buon (1).
Sensive ❶ ❷ ❸ ❹ ❺Insensive
The set level is indicated by fast or slow ashing of the
LEDs and a matching tone sequence. The LEDs ash
green at maximum seng, red at minimum, and blue in
between.
Adjust the volume:
The adjustment of the volume is made with the buon
(2). The LEDs light up green at maximum seng and red
at minimum.
Mute ❶❷❸❹❺❻❼❽❾ Loud
Adjust pitch:
The adjustment of the pitch is made with the key (3).
The LEDs light up green at maximum seng and red at
minimum.
Low ❶❷❸❹❺❻❼❽❾ High

AGE ONE Bite alarm:
Set LED color:
Turn on your AGE ONE bite alarm. Hold down the buon
(3) permanently. The LED color now changes in the
following order:
❶❷❸❹❺❻❼❽
When the desired color is displayed, release the buon
(3). The LED color is now taken over and saved.
Nightlight On / O:
Turn on your AGE ONE bite alarm. Hold down the buon
(1) for about 3 seconds.
When the nightlight is switched on, it will be switched
o and the LEDs will briey turn red. This sounds a low
receipt tone.
When the nightlight is o, it will be turned on and the
LEDs will briey turn green. This sounds a high receipt
tone. The night light now lights up in the LED color.

AGE ONE Bite alarm:
Reset to factory sengs:
Hold the buon when turning on your AGE ONE
(2) connue to press for about 8 seconds. A 3-way tone
and red LEDs indicate a successful reset. The device
restarts with the following sengs:
Default sengs:
• LED color: red ❶
• Sensivity ❶
• Volume ❺
• Pitch ❾
• Night light ON
• Radio code NEW
Cauon:
When reset, the AGE ONE switches completely to factory
sengs. The code for the CS radio system is recreated.
The device must be reconnected to the CS receiver.

AGE ONE Bite alarm:
Changing the baery:
Open your bite alarm by loosening the four screws in
the corners of the case. Replace the baery inside with a
new one and close the housing again. Required baery:
1 x CR123A
Cauon: When closing the housing, make sure that the
seal is seated correctly and that no cable is trapped
between the housing halves. The waterghtness is then
no longer given.
Troubleshoong:
No funcon:
Baeries empty, defecve or inserted incorrectly.
Sound is distorted:
Baeries defecve or the speaker has aracted a metal
part. Change the baeries and check the speaker for
foreign objects.
No radio transmission:
Device is not registered to the CS receiver.

Switch on the device:
Hold the buon (1) for about 3 seconds.
The device will now turn on and perform a self-test.
By ashing the LED 3 mes, the baery charge status is
displayed.

The device will now turn o. Turning O will be indicated
on the XRS Receiver with a double beep. At the CS recei-
ver the sound sequence for shutdown is signaled.

Campsecure transmier:
Set sensivity:
Press the buon (1) to adjust the sensivity. The LED
now ashes once in the color of the set sensivity level.
Sensive ❶ ❷ ❸ Insensive
There are a total of 3 levels adjustable of which the most
sensive is indicated by a green LED. The middle with
yellow LED and the most insensive stage with red LED.
Set LED brightness
Press the buon (2) to adjust the LED brightness. The
LED now ashes once in the color of the set brightness
level.
O ❶ ❷ ❸ ❹ ❺ Bright
There are a total of 5 levels adjustable of which the
brightest is displayed with green LED. The lowest level
with switches o the LED lighng.

Campsecure transmier:
Select radio system:
Open your Campsecure transmier by loosening the four
screws of the housing. On the back of the board is a DIP
switch for radio system selecon.
Switch posion XRS:
The switch posion XRS selects the XRS radio system.
Long key press on key (2) carries out the radio coding.
Switch posion ONE:
The switch posion ONE selects the CS radio system.
Long press on buon (2) to adjust the LED color
XRS

Campsecure transmier:
Radio coding XRS:
Switch on your XRS receiver and your Campsecure
transmier. At Campsecure, press and hold the buon
(2). The LED color changes 8x 4 mes from red -> yellow
-> green -> blue

As soon as the desired LED on your XRS receiver ashes
and sounds, release the buon (2) to save the seng to
the desired LED.
If you change the encoding on the receiver, you can use
the procedure described above to set the Campsecure
transmier to your receiver.
Radio coding ONE:
Put your CS receiver into registraon mode.
See point registraon of devices in the user guide CS
receiver. Now switch on the Campsecure transmier, this
automacally registers to the CS receiver. When all de-
vices are registered, quit the registraon mode by briey
pressing the (2) buon on the CS receiver.

Campsecure transmier:
Set LED color (ONE only):
This funcon is only available if the system ONE is set in
Campsecure. See point Select radio system.
Turn on your Campsecure transmier. At Campsecure,
press and hold the buon (2). The LED color changes in
the following order:

When the desired color is displayed, release the buon
(2). The LED color is now adopted and saved.

Campsecure transmier:
Installaon recommendaons:
Point the Campsecure Sender to the object or area to be
monitored. Fix the transmier with the rod (Banksck,
Stormrod) rmly and wobble-free in the ground. The
installaon height should be approx. 1m.
Go through the monitoring area and make sure that you
have posioned the transmier correctly.
Cauon:
There is no liability for damages incurred by the or to
persons. The Campsecure alarm system is a warning and
should be used to support your own cauon and aen-
on. Technical changes and errors reserved!

Campsecure transmier:
Reset to factory sengs::
Turn on your Campsecure transmier and keep the
buon (1) pressed for about 8 seconds. A ashing LED
indicates the successful reset.
Default sengs:
• LED color: red ❶
• Radio XRS: Code 2 LED 1 ❷❶
• Sensivity ❶
• LED brightness ❹
Cauon:
When reset, the Campsecure transmier switches
completely to the factory seng; if the XRS radio coding
has been changed, it must be set again (see Radio Coding
XRS). The code for the CS radio system is recreated. The
device must be reconnected to the CS receiver.
