Inbetriebnahme und Schnellstart
Bitte beachten Sie folgende Hinweise bei der Inbetriebnahme und Benutzung der Maschine um ein optimales Prüfergebnis zu
erhalten.
Verbinden Sie das Netzteil mit der Steckdose.
Verbinden Sie nun das Netzteil mit dem CCE 1000 NEO und schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem rückseitigen Schalter ein.
Das Gerät führt einen Selbsttest nach dem Einschalten durch und ist nach kurzer Zeit einsatzbereit.
Führen Sie die zu testenden Banknoten nun einzeln in das Gerät ein.
Die Banknoten werden eingezogen und geprüft, akzeptierte Scheine werden je nach Einstellung vorne oder hinten
ausgeworfen und der LED Kreis leuchtet grün auf.
Falschgeldverdächtige Noten werden generell nach vorne ausgeworfen und sie werden über einen Warnton darauf
aufmerksam gemacht, dass diese Note nicht akzeptiert wurde und der LED Kreis leuchtet rot auf.

Einstellung der Funktionen
Sie können den CCE 1000 NEO an Ihre betrieblichen Anforderungen wie folgt anpassen:
Ausgaberichtung der Banknoten
Halten Sie die CLR / ▲▼ –Taste für ca. 3 Sekunde gedrückt um die Ausgaberichtung von akzeptierten Banknoten zu ändern.
Die Banknoten können wahlweise nach vorne oder hinten ausgeworfen werden. Falschgeldverdächtige Banknoten werden
generell nach vorne ausgeworfen. Im Display wird die gewählte Ausgaberichtung über die beiden Pfeile angezeigt.
Währungsanzeige / Währungsauswahl
Bitte wählen Sie vor dem Prüfvorgang die Währung aus, die Sie testen möchten. Halten Sie dazu die Taste CUR für ca. 3
Sekunde gedrückt um die Währungsauswahl zwischen EURO (€) und der zweiten Währung (LOC) zu ändern.
Die ausgewählte Währung wird im linken oberen Displaybereich angezeigt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass nicht alle Währungen in allen vier Längsrichtungen erkannt werden können. Dieses ist auf die Position
der Sicherheitsmerkmale auf den Banknoten zurückzuführen und kann von uns nicht beeinflusst werden. Wird eine Banknote
nicht in der vorgegeben Richtung und / oder Position (z.B. ganz links) eingelegt, wird die Banknote als falschgeldverdächtig
abgewiesen.
Hinweis Schweizer Franken: Der Schweizer Franken muss mit dem Bild auf der Oberseite ganz links in den Einzugsslot
eingeführt werden um ordnungsgemäß erkannt werden.
Updatefunktion
Der CCE 1000 NEO kann über einen speziellen Update Stick bei Bedarf auf eine neue Software upgedatet werden. Eine
Anleitung zum Updaten liegt dann dem Update Stick bei. Der Stick gehört nicht zum Lieferumfang des Gerätes und muss
optional bestellt werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Gerät zum Installieren neuer Software über Netzteil betrieben werden muss. Ein
Update im Akkubetrieb ist nicht möglich!

Einbau des optionalen Akkus
Einbau des optionalen Akkus
Wenn Sie sich für einen optionalen Akku entschieden haben, um den CCE 1000 NEO auch mobil zu betreiben, gehen Sie bitte
wie folgt vor um den Akku einzubauen.

Öffnen Sie den Batteriedeckel auf der Unterseite des Gerätes.

Verbinden Sie das Akkukabel mit der Steckverbindung. Durch die Steckerform ist die Verbindungsrichtung vorgegeben.

Legen Sie den Akku in das dafür vorgesehene Fach und achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel nicht eingeklemmt oder geknickt
werden.

Schließen Sie nun das Batteriefach wieder und stecken das Netzteil in das Gerät ein um den Akku zu laden. Für die erste
Ladung kann das Gerät bis zu 12 Stunden benötigen.

Reinigung und Wartung
Reinigung der Sensoren
Durch die Banknoten und durch sich absetzenden Staub kommt es zu
Ablagerungen auf den Sensoren der Maschine. Diese Verunreinigungen führen
zu vermehrten Nichterkennungen von echten Banknoten.
Bitte reinigen Sie daher in regelmäßigen Abständen die Sensoren
der CCE 1000 NEO. Schalten Sie bei der Reinigung der Maschine
das Gerät generell aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.

Greifen Sie in das Eingabefach des Gerätes und klappen Sie dieses nach
oben auf.

Mit einem weichen Pinsel und Brillenputztuch können Sie die
Ablagerungen von den Sensoren (siehe Pfeile im nebenstehenden Bild)
Transportrollen, sowie von den Banknotenförderbändern entfernen.

Mit Hilfe von speziellen Reinigungstüchern und Druckluftspray können
Sie die Sensoren optimal pflegen.

Commissioning and Quick Start
Please observe the following instructions when installing and operating the machine in order to obtain optimum test results.
Connect the AC / DC adapter to the wall outlet
Connect the adapter to the CCE 1000 NEO and switch on the device by the rear side switch.
The unit performs a self-test after switching on and is ready to use after a view seconds.
Insert the banknotes one by one into the device.
The notes were checked, accepted bills are ejected forwards or backwards depending on the setting and the LED circle lights
up green.
Counterfeit suspect notes are generally thrown forward and you will be alerted via a warning tone that this note was not
accepted and the LED circle flashes red.

Setting the functions
You can adjust the CCE 1000 NEO to your business needs as follows:
Output direction of the banknotes
Hold pressed the CLR / ▲▼–button for around 3 seconds to change the output direction of accepted banknotes. The
banknotes can be ejected either to the front or rear. Suspected banknotes are generally ejected forward. The display shows
the selected output direction indicated by the two arrows on the display.
Currency display / currency selection
Please choose first the currency you want to test. Therefore you keep the CUR button pressed for around 3 seconds to
switch between EURO (€) and the second local currency (LOC). The chosen currency will be display in the upper left display
area.
Please note that not all currencies can be detected in all four longitudinal directions. This is due to the position of the security
features on the banknotes, and can’t be influenced by us. If a banknote is not insert in the specified direction and / or position
(e.g. left side), the note is rejected as suspicious.
Note Swiss Franc (CHF): The Swiss Franc has to be inserted with the image on the top on the left side in the feeder slot to
be detected correctly.
Update function
The CCE 1000 NEO can be updated via a special update stick if a new software is needed. Instructions for updating is then
attached to the update stick. The stick is not included to the unit and must be ordered separately.

Please note that it is necessary to use the power supply for the update procedure. You can’t update the
machine in battery mode.

Installation of the optional rechargeable battery
Installation of the optional rechargeable battery
If you have opted for an optional battery to operate the CCE 1000 NEO also mobile, please proceed as follows to install the
battery.

Open the battery cover on the bottom of the device.

Connect the battery cable to the connector. Due to the shape of the connector fitting direction is given.

Insert the battery in the designated mould and make sure that the cables are not pinched.

Now close the battery compartment and plug the power adapter into the unit to charge the battery. For the first charge,
the device can take up to 12 hours.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning the sensors
Through the banknotes and settling dust deposits will occur on the sensors
of the machine. These leads to increased non-detections of genuine
banknotes.
Therefore clean periodically the sensors of CCE 1000 NEO. Turn
off the machine when cleaning the unit in general and unplug the
power supply.

Grab into the input shaft of the unit and lift it up.

With a soft brush and cleaning cloth you can clean the sensors (see
arrows in the picture) and remove the dirt from the transport belts and
rolls.

By using special cleaning towels you can maintain the sensors optimal.

Puesta en marcha e inicio rapido

Ajustes de las funciones
Usted puede ajustar el detector CCE 1000 NEO a sus necesidades de la siguiente forma:
Direccion de salida de los billetes
Presione el botón CLR / ▲▼- durante 3 segundos para cambiar la dirección de salida de los billetes aceptados. Los billetes de
banco se pueden expulsar o bien a la parte delantera o trasera. Billetes de banco sospechosos se expulsan hacia adelante. En la
pantalla aparece la dirección de salida seleccionado se indica por las dos flechas en la pantalla.
Indicador y selección de divisa
Primero, seleccione la divisa a verificar. Mantener presionado el botón CUR 3 segundos para cambiar entre EURO (€) y la
segunda moneda local (LOC). La moneda elegida aparece en el área de visualización superior izquierda.
No todas las monedas se pueden detectar en las cuatro posiciones de entrada. Esto es debido a la posición de las
características de seguridad en los billetes.. Si un billete no se inserta en la dirección y / o la posición (lado izquierdo, por
ejemplo) que se indica, la nota es rechazado como sospechoso.
Nota Franco suizo (CHF): El franco suizo tiene que ser insertado con la imagen en la parte superior en el lado izquierdo en la
ranura de alimentación para ser detectado correctamente..
Actualización
El NEO CCE 1000 se puede actualizar, mediante tarjeta especial USB de actualización, si se necesita un nuevo software.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Limpieza de los sensores
Por el uso de los billetes se generan depósitos de polvo y suciedad en los
sensores de la máquina. Esto provoca un aumento de rechazos en de
billetes auténticos, por lo que hay que limpiar periódicamente los sensores
de CCE 1000 NEO.
Apagar la máquina para limpiar la unidad en general y desconecte la fuente
de alimentación.

Agarrar en la entrada de la unidad y tire de él hacia arriba.

Con un paño suave y cepillo puede limpiar los sensores (ver flechas en
la imagen) y quitar la suciedad de las cintas transportadoras y rodillos.

Mediante el uso de toallas de limpieza especiales se puede mantener
los sensores en óptimas condiciones
