page lists all the contents included in the box. Please
take the time to identify the hardware as well as the
individual components to this product. As you unpack
and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a
carpeted or padded area to protect them from damage.
Note: 2 people are required to safely assemble this product.

A) Insert 4 cams into left and right fixed shelves
as shown.
B) Insert 2 cams and 4 wood dowels into
crossbar as shown.

Insert 8 wood dowels, 5 cam screws and 2
cams into partition as shown. Secure, but do not
over tighten, cam screws with a phillips head
screwdriver. Make sure arrows on each cam
points toward nearest edge with holes.
Insert 6 cam screws into top panel as shown.

A) Insert 6 wood dowel, 2 cam screws and 2
cams into left side panel as shown.
B) Insert 6 wood dowels, 3 cam screws and 2
cams into right side panel as shown.

Fit dowels of partition and left/right side panels
into corresponding holes of bottom panel as
shown. Secure bottom panel with 6 bolts, 6
spring washers and 6 flat washers as shown,
using an phillips head screwdriver.

With the assistance of another adult, carefully
position unit upright. Slide back panel into
grooves of assembled unit as shown.

A) Fit dowels of assembly into corresponding holes
of right fixed shelf as shown. Secure cams.
B) Fit dowels of crossbar into corresponding holes
of assembly as shown. Secure cams.
C) Fit dowels of right side panel into
corresponding holes of right fixed shelf. Secure
cams.
D) Fit dowels of crossbar into corresponding
holes of right side panel. Secure cams.
Fit dowels of left side panel and partition into
corresponding holes of left fixed shelf as shown.
Using a screwdriver, turn each cam clockwise until
it securely engages each cam screw.

Fit groove of front wine rack shelf into
corresponding groove of back wine rack shelf as
shown.

Fit back wine rack shelf into assembled unit as
shown.

A) Attach 2 hinges to small/large door fronts with
2small screws per hinge as shown. Secure, but
do not over tighten, screws with a phillips head
screwdriver.
B) Attach pull to small door front with 2 pull
screws as shown, using a screwdriver.

A) Fit dowels of assembled unit into corresponding
holes of top panel as shown. Secure all cams.
B) At this point, cover all exposed cams with cam
covers.

Slide drawer bottom into groove of drawer
assembly as shown.

Fit dowels of drawer back into corresponding
holes of drawer assembly, and secure with 2 large
screws, using a screwdriver.

Fit dowels of inner drawer front into
corresponding holes of left drawer side, and
secure with 2 large screws, using a screwdriver.

Refer to Hinge Adjustment
diagram for adjusting the
alignment of the door hinges.
Attach hinges of each door front to left and right
side panels as shown. Secure each hinge with 4
small screws, using a screwdriver.

cleaning and care
Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the
unit is finished with a protective clear lacquer. It is
recommended to use coasters to protect surface from heat
and water.
Insert drawer assembly into assembled unit as
shown. Push drawer back until you hear a click.
Assembly is now complete.
Fit dowels of drawer assembly into
corresponding holes of right drawer side and
secure with 4 large screws.

hinge adjustment
If the doors do not appear square or aligned,loosen or tighten the appropriate screws on each case hinge as illustrated.
Depth adjustment:
Loosen screw A, push hinge arm
forwards or backwards, re-tighten
screw Aand secure screw Bwith
a 1/4 turn clockwise
Height adjustment:
Loosen screw C, adjust door
height and re-tighten screw C
