Installing the Receiver:
1.
Open the
front over of the re eiver unit.
2. Determine how the re eiver will be powered. Either insert three "C" batteries
(observing orre t
polarity, not in luded) or onne t to 6VDC power supply (not in luded).
Low battery is indi ated
when the notifi ation light flashes on e every 5 se onds.
3. Program pushbutton and any other a essories (see Pairing Accessories pg. 6).
4. Re eiver may either be pla ed on a table or other surfa e, or it may be mounted on a wall.
For Wall Mounting
1. Hold the re eiver unit against the wall to get an idea of where the re eiver should be installed.

Remove
the
front over of the pushbutton by inserting a paper lip in the not h at the top of the
unit. Push down on the paper lip with for e and pull the top of the front over from the
pushbutton.
2. Mount the pushbutton to a wall or other surfa e using s rews (not in luded) through the two
mounting holes.
3.
On e the pushbutton has been mounted, snap the front over onto the unit.

Replacing the Pushbutton Battery:
1.
Remove the front over of the pushbutton by inserting a paper lip in the not h at the
top of the
unit. Push down on the paper lip with for e and pull the top of the front over from the
pushbutton.
2. If there is a previous battery installed, use a fingernail or small obje t to remove the battery
from the battery holder.
3. Slide a CR2032 batter
y into the battery holder, making sure to observe orre t polarity (positive
fa es out).
4. Snap the front over onto the pushbutton.

1.
Enter programming mode by holding down the

2. Press the hannel sele t button to y le through hannels until the desired hannel is sele ted.
3. Press the tone sele t button to y le through ringtones until the desired ringtone is sele ted.
4. Trigger the pushbutton or other a essory. On e the a essory is triggered, the re eiver will
beep indi ating the units have been paired. If another hannel lights up, this a essory is
already programmed on the indi ated hannel.
Note: If pairing an a essory to a hannel that is already paired with another a essory, the
original paired a essory will be deleted.
5. Press the hannel sele t button to move to the next hannel or to exit paring mode.
Note: If no a tivity for 30 se onds the re eiver will automati ally exit pairing mode.
Note:
Low battery for this and other a essories is shown on the re eiver. When an a essory
battery is low, the zone LED for that a essory will blink ontinuously.

Deleting Paired Accessories
:
1.
Enter programming mode by holding
down the hannel sele t button until
the
Channel 1 LED flashes on the hannel
notifi ation panel.
2. Press the hannel
sele t button to y le
through hannels until the desired
hannel is sele ted.
3. Press and hold the hannel sele t and
tone sele t buttons simultaneously until
a beep is heard and the hannel LED
flashes. Press hannel sele t button to
exit pairing mode. If no a tions within
30 se onds, the re eiver will
automati ally exit the pairing mode.

The reset button is used to res
e
t a hannel after it has been triggered. It is
not used to
lear any programming.

Changing the Ringtone and Volu e
:
1.

hannel notifi ation panel.
2. Press the hannel sele t button to y le

through ringtones until the desired
ringtone is sele ted.
4. Press the hannel sele t button to exit
programming mode.
5. To adjust volume, use a small
s rewdriver to adjust the volume knob.

Setting the Notification Mode:
1.
The wireless alert re
eiver has three modes
–
Audible
Alarm, Visual Alarm, and Audible and Visual Alarm.
2. When the Notifi ation sele tion swit h is flipped to
Audible Alarm the re eiver speaker will sound and the
zone LED will light up.
3. When the swit h is flipped to Audible and Visual Alarm
the re eiver's speaker will sound, the notifi ation LED
will light up, and the zone LED will light up.
4.
When the swit h is flipped to Visual Alarm the re eiver's
notifi ation LED will flash and the zone LED will light up.

Wiring an Auxiliary Device:
1.

3. Wire the auxiliary devi e to the wiring terminal a ording to the diagram below.
4. When hannel 4 is a tivated, the auxiliary devi e will also be triggered.

Default positions are "OFF" (rel
ay) and "2" (time).
