2. Safety Warnings
Each lighting device TRACKALPHA
Series has been projected and
manufactured according to the
state of the art technique. It is
made of well-selected quality
materials. It is carefully tested
beginning from row materials
throughout the production
process as far as packaging
according to a manufacturing
schedule in order to guarantee a
safe and reliable product.
Nevertheless, it might cause
material damages as well as
injuries to people while it is used.
This manual must be well-
maintained close to the
apparatus. it is integral part
of it.
Read All the instructions and
information contents by the
manual.
Warning indicated by the
instructions and on the
product itself must Strictly be
followed.
Considering warnings and
safety risks, Install and use
the product only if in perfect
conditions.
CCEA refuses any
responsibility in case of
tampering or wrong use of
the product itself .
2.1 Proper use for employment
All TRACKALPHA Lighting properly fit
for being installed inside machine
tools as well as in existing humid
environment.
2.2 Product Safety
Electrical Risks
If the product is incorrectly used, it
might cause injuries to people and
material damages to objects.
Connection procedure must be
carried out by a qualified
electrician.
Switch off power supply before
installation, maintenance or
reparation.
24VDC version: Connect only to
safety SELV. low tension. Follow
cable polarity (see paragraph
5.3).
Pay attention that power supply
rated tension and frequency
answer to requirements shown
by the label stuck on the
product.
Maintenance and reparations
must only be carried out by
qualified electrician.
Risk of explosion
Risk of explosion might occur if this
product is installed and use into
applications with high risk of
explosion. It might cause heavy
individual injuries.

fasten using proper screws
according to the application,

product is mounted.

sightless effect. This could cause
irritation, aches, damages or
accidents.

The Device must be adjusted so

The TRACKALPHA lighting is not
allowed where high power laser such
us laser cutting is operating, it may
damage the led source.
Damage because of high
temperature
To install and use this device into
environments where an existing high
working temperature exceeds the
device operating temperature, it
drastically reduces the Led lifetime as
well as cause damage to built-in
electronic components.
Do not use this Device into
environments where the Device
operating temperature is
exceeding.
Avoid direct solar radiation.
Danger due to reparations
To repair or take apart without
appropriate technical and electrical
knowledge of the product itself, can
cause personal injuries and damages
to objects.

4.3 Installation
The lamp fall-down may cause
injuries and damages to objects
In order to install the lamp use
only original fastening parts
purchasable from the supplier.
Install accurately the fastening
parts
Turn off the power before
proceeding to installation.
Correct installation using only
ALPHA.CLIP:
Note: The item ALPHA.CLIP is made
up of aluminum clip along with an M5
screw that allow to fix the fastener to
the lamp.
Rear fixing exploiting slots alongside
aluminum profile.
1.1 According to the hole distance
given by the machine tool
drawing fix the two clips to the
machine surface using two M6
screws for each fastener. Make
sure that both fasteners have
securely fasten.
2.1 Hook up the lamp to both clips
already fixed to the machine
making sure that it is perfectly
balanced (see 4.1)
3.1 Adjust lamp Flow light position up
to 30° rotating the lamp on its
lengthwise axis exploiting the
groves along the aluminum
structure (see 4.2).
4.1 Once the right position is found,
tighten both M5 screws as much
as needed to guarantee that both
clips have securely fasten to the
lamp.

Side Fastening
Correct installation is using
ALPHA.CLIP along with ALPHA.ADP
ALPHA.ADP is an aluminium Adaptor
for side adjustment 100° lamp
rotation tighten by an M6 screw.
1.1 Bore the machine surface
according to drawing 4.3

2.1 Fix the two clips to the machine
surface using two M6 screws for
each fastener. Make sure that
both fasteners have securely
fasten
3.1 Joint the two adaptors to both
lamp sides (see picture 4.4) and
tighten M6 screws making sure
the adaptors can freely rotate on
their axis.
4.1 hook up the two adaptors already
joined to the lamp to both clips
already fixed to the machine
5.1 Tighten both M5 screws as much
as needed to guarantee that both
clips have securely fasten to the
adaptors.
6.1 Adjust lamp Flow light position up
to 100° rotating the lamp on its
lengthwise axis.
7.1 Once the right position is found,
tighten both M6 screws as much
as needed to guarantee that both
the adaptors have securely
fasten.
Replacement of old lamp
Remove the old fitting. According to
the existing holes, choose rear
fastening or side fastening procedure.

Damaging or broken lighting.
The product be damaged or be
broken because of fall.
During maintenance, operations
do not completely untighten M6
screws. The lamp may fall down.
Fasteners must be timely
Checked as well as check that M5
screws have securely tighten to
the machine.
5. PLUG-IN

Ingress of liquid into the lamp cause

6. Switching On and Off
The lamp is not equipped with
self-switching on and off.
The lamp Turn on when receives
tension and Turn off with the
power off.
7. Solving product Troubles
If the lamp does not turn on:
Check that the lamp is properly
wired to the supply voltage.
Check that polarity junction have
correctly carried out.

8. Replacement of the Led
light source
Thanks to the long-lasting life of the
LED light source, more than 50.000
hours, to replace the PCB LED is not
necessary if the lamp is properly
installed and used according to this
manual. Contact CCEA Technical
Support or your Seller, in case of
replacement of the PCB LED for
failure not covered by the warranty.
9. Product Maintenance and
Cleaning
Turn Power Supply off before
proceeding to Maintenance.
This product does not need special
maintenance.
Cleaning operations must be
done only after the power supply
has been turned off and the
surfaces have been cooled down.
Afterwards the surfaces of the
lamp shall be carefully rinsed
with not aggressive cleanser and
then wiped off with a soft cloth
Leakage of liquid cause Damages to
the lamp.
Cleaning operations must be
done at the end of any Working
cycle when the lamp is installed
in a wet environment or
presence of lubricants.

10. Repairing
Material Damages by wrong repairing
can cause damages to the lamp.
Repair must be performed by
the producer or trained staff.
Use only replacement parts
authorized by the producer.
11. Warranty
TERMS OF WARRANTY
During the Product lifetime, the CCEA
Warranty of the purchased product
applies to checking and repair of the
equipment to be performed exclusively
at the CCEA Technical service
Department or at one authorized official
dealer service, therefore:
Taking custody of the equipment
presented for repair;
Cost of components parts, including
labour, on defective equipment.
The warranty does not cover:
Transport, packing and shipping
expenses;
Deterioration or damage caused by:
-Installation and/or operation
according to methods other than
those given in the user manual;
-Repair or attempted repair by
personnel not authorized by CCEA
Srl;
-Operation of the equipment under
environmental conditions other than
those specified in the user manual;
-Failure to observe due precautions
during transport and shipping
disregarding use of suitable packing
(original packing is recommended to
use).
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period is 24 months;
starting from the date of purchase. Once
this period has expired, reparation
service will be performing with the cost
of replaced spare parts and labour
charged according with CCEA Srl rates.
12. Waste Disposal
Disposal of obsolete electrical and
electronic devices (directive
2002/96/EC-WEEE):
The crossed-out rubbish bin logo means
that used electrical and electronic
products shall not be mixed with
unsorted municipal waste. For more
detailed information about recycling of
this product, refer to the instructions of
your country for the disposal of the
products.
Do not dispose of this equipment as
miscellaneous solid municipal waste, but
arrange to have it collected separately.
The re-use or correct recycling of the
electronic and electrical equipment (EEE)
is important in order to protect the
environment and the wellbeing of
humans.
In accordance with European Directive
WEEE 2002/96/EC, special collection
areas are available to which to deliver
waste electrical and electronic
equipment. The equipment can also be

handed over to a distributor now of
purchasing a new equivalent item.
The public administration and producers
of electrical and electronic equipment
are involved in facilitating all processes of
the re-use and recovery of waste electrical
and electronic equipment through the
organization of collection activities and the

Unauthorized disposal of waste electrical
and electronic equipment is punishable
by law with the appropriate penalties.
