INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Lea las siguientes instrucciones atentamente antes de usar
el producto. Guarde este manual para referencias futuras o
nuevos usuarios.
- Cuando se utilizan aparatos eléctricos, siempre se deben
tomar precauciones básicas para reducir el riesgo de
incendios, descargas eléctricas y lesiones.
- Asegúrese de que el voltaje de la red eléctrica coincide con
los requisitos de voltaje especicados en la etiqueta de
clasicación del aparato (220 - 240 V).
- Recomendamos que la habitación en la que vaya a utilizar
el aparato esté equipada con un extractor de humos o bien
esté ventilada.
- Utilice este aparato para los nes que aparecen descritos en
este manual, cualquier otro uso no está recomendado por el
productor y podría afectar negativamente a la vida útil del
aparato y/o la vida del usuario.
- Este producto no puede ser utilizado por niños ni personas
con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas,
o con falta de experiencia y conocimiento sin estar
supervisados o sin haber recibido instrucción concerniente
al uso del aparato de una forma segura y entienden los
riesgos que este implica.
- El aparato no debe ser usado por niños desde 0 hasta 8 años.
Este electrodoméstico puede ser usado por niños a partir de
8 años de edad si están continuamente supervisados.
- Mantenga el dispositivo alejado del alcance de los niños
menores de 8 años.
- La limpieza y mantenimiento del aparato no debe ser

Protéjalo de bordes alados y fuentes de calor. No permita
que el cable toque supercies calientes. No deje que el
cable asome sobre el borde de la supercie de trabajo o la
encimera.
- No utilice alargadores, a no ser que se lo recomiende
un electricista cualicado. Utilizar el tipo incorrecto de
alargador puede causar daños en el dispositivo o lesiones
en el usuario.
- No utilice el producto si el cable, el enchufe o la estructura
presenta daños o si no funciona correctamente, ha sufrido
alguna caída o ha sido dañado.
- No use el producto en lugares potencialmente peligrosos,
como ambientes inamables, explosivos, con presencia de
químicos o húmedos.
- Sitúe la freidora en una supercie plana y resistente al calor.
No sitúe el dispositivo cerca de fuentes de calor, lugares con
niveles altos de humedad o cerca de materiales inamables.
- No hay piezas útiles en el interior de la freidora. No intente
desmontar el producto.
- Este dispositivo no está diseñado para funcionar a través de
temporizadores o sistemas de control remoto externos.

- No encienda la freidora si no hay aceite en la cubeta.
- No llene la bandeja de aceite, podría causar riesgo de

de acuerdo con este manual de instrucciones. Apague y
desenchufe el producto antes de moverlo o limpiarlo. Deje
que se enfríe completamente antes de limpiarlo o guardarlo.
- Asegúrese de que el aparato está conectado a la corriente.

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance.
Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.
- When using electrical appliances, basic precautions must
always be followed to reduce the risk of re, electrical shock,

- Make sure the voltage of your mains supply matches the
voltage requirements specied in the rating label of the
appliance (220 V – 240 V).
- We recommend that the room where you intend to use the
appliance is equipped with a working extractor fan or it is
well ventilated.

- Use the device only for the purposes described in this
instruction manual, any other use is not recommended by
the manufacturer and could have a detrimental effect on
the lifespan of the appliance and/or the safety of the user.
- This appliance is not intended to be used by children
or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
- The appliance is not intended to be used by children under
the age of 8. It can be used by children over the age of 8, as
long as they are given continuous supervision.
- Keep the device away from the reach of children below 8
years.
- The cleaning and maintenance of the appliance should not
be carried out by children under 8 without supervision.
- Supervise young children to make sure that they do not play
with the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains supply before moving
it, carrying out any cleaning or maintenance task, or when
not in use.
- Do not operate outdoors.
- Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the ofcial Technical
Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of
danger.
- Do not twist, bend, strain, or damage the power cord in any
way. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not
let it touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the
edge of the working surface or counter top.
- Do not use extension cords, unless advised by a qualied

electrician. Using the wrong type could cause damages or
injuries to the user.
- Do not use the appliance if its cord, plug, or housing is
damaged, nor after it malfunctions or has been dropped or
damaged in any way.
- The appliance must not be used in potentially dangerous
locations, such as ammable, explosive, chemical-laden, or
wet atmospheres, nor near ammable materials.
- Place the fryer on an even, heat-resistant surface. Do not
placethe device near heat sources, placeswith high humidity
levels, or combustible materials.
- There are no internal serviceable parts. Do not attempt to
disassemble the appliance.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Do not insert or allow ngers or foreign objects to enter
any ventilation or exhaust openings, as it could cause an
electrical shock or re.
- Do not turn the fryer on if there is no oil in the tank.
- Do not ll the container with oil as this may cause a re
hazard.
- Do not touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
- The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when
the appliance is operating. Be careful not to burn
yourself.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable
part of the product in water or any other liquid. Do not expose
the electrical connections to water.
- Always put the ingredients to be fried inside the basket, to
prevent them from coming into contact with the heating
elements.
- Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or
switching on the appliance.

- Unplugthedevicefromtheoutletwhenitisnotinuseorbeing
cleaned. Allow it to cool down completely before attaching
or removing parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not leave the fryer unattended while connected to the
mains supply.
- Do not lean over the fryer while in use.
- Be careful not to touch the surfaces of the fryer as they will
become hot when in use.
- Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out according to
this instruction manualto make surethe appliance functions
properly. Turn off and unplug the appliance before moving
and cleaning it. Allow it to completely cool down before
cleaning or storing it.
- Make sure the device is correctly plugged into a socket.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall. Leave at least 10
cm of free space on the back and sides and 10 cm of free
space above the appliance. Do not place anything on top of
the appliance.
- During operation, hot steam is released through the air
outlet openings. Keep your hands and face at a safety
distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings.
Hot air may also come out when removing the basket from
inside the device.
- Unplug the device immediately if you see black smoke
coming out the device. Wait until the smoke disappears to
remove the basket from the device.
- We recommend the use of gloves when touching the basket
and grill.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
- Place the device on a stable and level surface.
- This product is designed only for household use.
- Do not try to repair the device by yourself.

- After using the device, unplug it and disassemble it.
