Compact, Flexible Design
Motorized tables change the
direction of operation 90° or 180° to
fit high volume operations into small
spaces.
Quality Construction
These rugged stainless steel tables
are welded to withstand the heaviest
use, yet remain leakproof and rigid.
Separate “Power Drive”
Motorized tables are equipped with a
separate 1/4-Hp drive motor that is
protected from overload for safe,
reliable operation.
Integral Control System
The automatic rack advance curve is
operated by the dishwashing machine
controls . . . one pushbutton on the
machine control console starts the
fully-automatic warewashing operation.
Extra Drying Space
Motorized rack advance systems not
only unload the machine automatically,
but also extend the drying space for
clean ware and save operator steps.
Easy-to-Reach Rack Storage
The roller table provides convenient
lower storage for clean racks.
Table Limit Switch
For safety, the table limit switch
automatically stops the warewashing
operation when a rack reaches the
end of the Roller Conveyor Table.

Cantilever Sideloader
Provides 90° Load Operation
The cantilever table lets the operator load racks from
the front of the machine, offering layout flexibility and
saving valuable dishroom space.
Durable Stainless Steel
This table is constructed of welded heavy-
gauge #304 stainless steel, and has a
removable rack guide for ease of cleaning.
Extended Pawl Bar
The cantilever table includes an 11" pawl bar
extension that connects to the reciprocating
pawl bar in the machine. The extended
pawl bar may be purchased separately.
Optional Hood
For splash protection, cantilever tables are
available with an optional stainless steel
hood with vent cowl opening.

Construction
Motorized Rack Advance Curves
and Roller Conveyor Tables are
constructed entirely of heavy-
gauge #304 stainless steel with
1-1/2" tubular stainless steel
legs with leveling feet.
“Power Drive”
Motorized Rack Advance Curves
advance standard 20" x 20"
racks with a reciprocating pawl
bar driven by a 1/4-Hp drip-proof
motor. The conveyor automati-
cally advances up to 320 racks
per hour.
Roller Conveyor Table
84" and 64" Roller Conveyor
Tables are available either
mobile or stationary. Stationary
tables have leveling feet to com-
pensate for uneven floors.
Mobile tables can be “broken”
either right or left and are
equipped with four 4" stainless
steel casters with neoprene
rubber treads; two have locking
brakes. Table rollers are 5"
apart on center and lift out easily
for cleaning.

ard table limit switch, which
automatically stops the ware-
washing operation when a rack
reaches the end of the unload
table. As a safety feature, a
table limit switch is strongly rec-
ommended on the unload table
of every rack conveyor installa-
tion. Champion offers an
optional unmounted table limit
switch for use with table
systems by others.

non-standard lengths, contact
the Factory.)
