1. INTENDED USE
Examination and treatment tables, adjustable for height by means of a low voltage pedal-controlled electric actuator (24V).
Wide head, back adjusting gas-spring servomechanism. Versions 12174, 12179 and 12187 feature a split leg section for the
“FLEXION” and “RELAX” positions. Versions 12179 and 12186 furthermore allow TRENDELENBURG positioning, easy to
obtain even with the patient loaded on the table.
2. SPECIAL WARNINGS AND LIMITS OF USE
The equipment must not be used:
−in an explosive or flammable atmosphere;
−in a corrosive atmosphere or in inclement weather;
−when having been tampered with and/or if the original product has undergone changes.
−Always unplug from the mains:
1. when moving the equipment
2. before working on any electrical parts.
− Do not damage the pedal unit and power cords (avoid crushing, do not pull the cable when
unplugging, etc.). Check the cable regularly and have it replaced when in doubt.
−Do not spill any liquids over the table’s electrical parts.
−Do not connect the equipment to an electric system that does not comply with the related current
regulations.
−Make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the voltage specified in the equipment's technical data.
−Do not insert body parts in the areas indicated by labels as subject to movement and / or adjustment.
−The equipment must be used on a stable surface and with its feet adjusted.
−Retractable wheels make it possible to move the table without any additional load.
−The radiating therapeutic lamps may damage the upholstery leatherette.
−Corrosive and / or abrasive detergent products may damage the upholstery leatherette.
−Two or more people are required to carry the equipment.
3. USE
−Height adjustment: connect the power cable to the mains and press the leg section controls (hand switch on model 12172)
−Head / back section adjustment: use the gas-spring lever (see drawing).
−Split leg section adjustment: use one of the two gas-spring lateral levers (see drawing).
−Retractable wheel insertion: push the lower lever using the sole of your foot;
to disengage, lift the upper lever using the back of your foot.
Height adjustment for hydraulic version 01070:
To adjust the table height, press the hydraulic piston lever several times using your foot, until reaching the height desired. To go
down, hold the lever up using your foot until reaching the height desired.
Height adjustment for foot rail adjustment version 01441:
To adjust the table height, press and hold down the foot rail, until reaching the height desired. To go down, hold the lever up using
your foot until reaching the height desired.
Warning:
•Do not sit down on the head section.
•The board handling may cause pinching near the hinges.
•Do not release head and leg section adjusting devices when loaded.
•To use the table under proper hygienic conditions, it is advisable to periodically disinfect the leatherette and use
disposable rolls.

6. WARRANTY
GENERAL AFTER-SALES SERVICE CONDITIONS FOR CHINESPORT ITEMS
The warranty is valid 36 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover expendable items, rechargeable batteries, and generally all the material subjected to wear, breakdowns caused by knocks, falls, misuse or improper use, accidental
events and damaged caused by transportation. The warranty will automatically be forfeited if the equipment is tampered with.
Repairs on the equipment will be carried out in relation to the breakdown stated.
An estimate must be specifically requested.
Any payment is intended cash on delivery, unless other agreements are made.
For any controversy, the only place of jurisdiction shall be UDINE (ITALY).

REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY
Repairs under warranty must be specifically requested.
Repairs under warranty are intended at our laboratory and upon previous authorization.
The return shipment for products sent in their original packaging will be made free of carriage.
A fiscal document is required for repairs under warranty; the purchase date indicated must fall within the warranty time period (bill of sale, purchase invoice or receipt).
If the product results perfectly operational when it is checked, the charges for breakdown identification will be debited to the customer in any event.
REPAIRS NOT UNDER WARRANTY
The transportation charges relating to previously-authorized repairs made in our laboratory that are not under warranty, are at the expense of the customer.
We will provide a written quote only for services priced at least € 50 +VAT.
The warranty on a repair, limited to parts replaced during the intervention, is 12 months from the moment the machinery is collected.
If the product results perfectly operational when it is checked, the charges for breakdown identification will be debited to the customer in any event.
REPAIRS MADE AT HOME
In the event repairs are made at the customer’s home, a written request is required indicating the complete details of the person making the request, the type of machine and the breakdown.
The cost per kilometre for the transfer of the technician will be agreed upon in relation to the urgency of the customer.
In the event the machine involved is under warranty, only the cost for the transfer will be charged to the customer.
Time is calculated from the moment the technician leaves our laboratory until he/she returns. The time of his/her return will be estimated based on the time required to get there.
SALE OF SPARE PARTS AND EXPENDABLE ITEMS
The orders must arrive in writing and specify the customer, item and shipping modality as well as the precise fiscal data of the customer.
The minimum order charge is € 26 + VAT. No sales invoices are issued for amounts lower than € 26 + VAT
The order processing time can vary depending on the availability of the material.
Returned parts will not be accepted.
Payment shall be cash on delivery, unless other agreements are made.
