indication.

Setting the time and calendar
Setting the time
• Do not adjust the time between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Otherwise, the date
indication may change incorrectly thereafter.
1.
Pull the crown out to position 2when the second hand points
0 second.
The second hand stops.
2.
Rotate the crown to set the time.
• Change of date indication shows it just became AM. Take care the time set
is AM or PM.
• Move the hands 4 or 5 minutes forward and move them back to the right
time to set the time more precisely.
3.
Push the crown in to position 0in accordance with a reliable
time source.
The second hand starts moving.
Setting the calendar
The calendar of this watch does not have to be adjusted manually until February
28, 2100 including leap years. (perpetual calendar)
1.
Pull the crown out to position 1.
2.
Rotate the crown to adjust the date indication.
• Change of date indication shows it just became AM. Take care the time set
is AM or PM.
• Rotate the crown to move the hour hand fully for each portion of hours.
3.
Press and hold the recessed button for 2 seconds or more.
The second hand moves to indicate the current setting of the month and year.
4.
Press and release the recessed button to adjust the month and
year.
• Each time you press the button, the hand moves by 1 step.
• Year and month are set by adjusting the position of the second hand.

Displaying the local time
You can move the hour hand in the 1-hour increments to indicate a time of
another place.
1.
Pull the crown out to position 1.
2.
Rotate the crown to set the hour.
• Change of date indication shows it just became AM. Take care the time set
is AM or PM.
• Rotate the crown to move the hour hand fully for each portion of hours.
3.
Push the crown in to position 0to finish the procedure.
Checking the reference position
1.
Push the crown in to position 0.
2.
Press and hold the recessed button for 5 seconds or more.
The hands and indication start to move to
the current reference positions stored in
memory.
3.
Checking the reference positions
Correct reference positions:
• Hour, minute and second hands:
0 hour 00 minute 0 second
• Date indication: "1"
• Power reserve indication hand: level 3
When the current reference position is
different from the correct one, it must be repaired.
• The position of the minute hand may be corrected by setting the time again
following “Setting the time” when its incorrectness is not so large.
4.
Press and release the recessed button to finish the procedure.
The hands returns to time indication.
• It returns to normal indication automatically in about 2 minutes without
pressing the button.
Resetting the watch - All Reset
1.
Pull the crown out to position 2.
2.
Press and hold the recessed button for 10 seconds or more.
The date indication moves to “1” and the power reserve indication hand
moves to level 3 and returns to current power reserve and all reset is executed.
3.
Push the crown in to position 0to finish the procedure.
After All Reset
After All Reset, set the time and calendar.
