> Instant boiling water heater for continuous supply of boiling water

Dispensing valve
The two-way safety dispensing valve has two positions:
1. Normal position:
for cup filling
The boiling water flows when the
lever be pulled forwards.
The position of the lever deter-
mines the water flow. If the
lever is released, the water stops
immediately in this mode.
2. Locking position:
for convenient jug filling
To do this, turn the lever 180 de-
grees from the normal position.
The boiling water flows when
the lever is pulled towards itself
until it clicks into place. In this
position, a vessel can be filled
without having to hold the lever.

The outlet of the automatic boiling water heater must be located above the sink or the
drip tray. The bottom edge of the outlet should not be less than 200 mm above the
drip tray. If larger vessels are to be filled, the distance must be increased.
The example shows the installation of a Hydroboil®15 as flush installation with visible
collecting funnel. Alternatively, a surface installation with a pipe section is possible.
For maintenance work, a minimum clearance of 150mm above, 120 mm left and
20mm right must be observed.
Assembly and operating instructions must be observed upon installation.

Surface mounting with visible collecting funnel
In this case, a commercial funnel must be set for the overflow.
The safety overflow must be lengthened by means of a pipe, its
end visible outside the appliance leads in the funnel.
Surface mounting with tube
In this case, a ½-inch screw connection is used to connect a
pipe (Ø= min. 12 mm) to the safety overflow. Its other end
leads to the drainage of the sink in a visible place protected
from scalding.
The example shows the water connections when installing a Hydroboil®15,
as flush installation with visible collecting funnel.
