CONDTROL IR-T1
Принцип работы
Прибор измеряет температуру поверхности оптически непрозрачных
предметов.
Принцип действия основан на измерении энергетической яркости
части инфракрасного излучения, прошедшего через оптическую си-
стему прибора, которая собирает ИК-энергию, излучаемую объектом,
и направляет ее в фоточувствительный детектор. Эта информация пе-
ресчитывается микропроцессором в значение температуры, которая
выводится на дисплей прибора. Лазер используется только в целях
наведения на объект.
Предостережение:
использование прибора не по назначению может привести к неблаго-
приятному воздействию излучения.
• Лазер 2 класса, < 1 мВт, длина волны 630-670 нм
• Не направляйте лазер в глаза во избежание нанесения вреда здо-
ровью.
• Не убирайте и не повреждайте наклейки, в противном случае это
увеличивает риск воздействия лазерного излучения.
• Не работайте с прибором рядом с детьми, не позволяйте детям брать
его во избежание серьезного повреждения.
• Не используйте для медицинских целей или измерения температуры
тела. Используйте только для бытовых целей.
• Не используйте инструмент как высокоточный термометр.
• Не используйте инструмент в легковоспламеняющейся среде, т. е.,
при наличии воспламеняющихся жидкостей, газов, субстанций.
• Не направляйте лазер на блестящие отражающие поверхности.
• Прибор должен использоваться только в соответствии с инструк-
цией.
• Не направляйте луч на человека или на другой объект, кроме поверх-
ности, с которой снимаете показания.
• Не следует использовать инструмент без установленной крышки
батарейного отсека.

• Обращайтесь с инструментом осторожно, как с любым другим опти-
ческим прибором (камера, бинокль и т. п.)
• Не подвергайте прибор действию экстремально высоких или низких
температур, ударов, продолжительной вибрации, иначе прибор может
выйти из строя или может быть нанесен вред пользователю.
• Используйте прибор в соответствии с инструкцией, использование
прибора для целей, не определенных в данном руководстве, может на-
нести вред.
• Изучите инструкцию, ее приложения и ограничения, также потен-
циальный вред от данного прибора. Следование правилам уменьшает
риск поражения электрическим током, возгорания и др. повреждений.
• Не помещайте элементы питания возле огня, источников тепла. Это
уменьшит риск взрыва и получения повреждения.
• Батарейки могут взрываться при наличии очага возгорания, напри-
мер, горелки.
• При использовании инструмента в экстремальных условиях или при
очень высоких/низких температурах, батарейки могут протечь. Если
жидкость попала вам на кожу, немедленно смойте ее с водой и мылом.
Если жидкость попала в глаза, промойте глаза чистой водой в течение
10 минут, затем обратитесь к врачу.
• Сохраните данную инструкцию. При передаче прибора во временное
пользование, прилагайте к нему данное руководство.

РАБОТА С ПРИБОРОМ
• Точность измерений в диапазоне 10 - 30°С (50 - 86°F) плюс/минус
1,5°С (3°F) истинной температуры. Другие показания плюс/минус 1,5%
от измерения.
• Показания на расстояниях больше чем 0,61 м могут быть менее точ-
ными. Прибор не предназначен для измерений на больших площадях.
Чистые поверхности дают более точные показания.
Измерение температуры:
• Нажмите и удерживайте кнопку включения А ( Рис. 1), чтобы полу-
чить температуру поверхности объекта нацеливания, при этом под-
светка дисплея включается автоматически
• Лазерный целеуказатель показывает центр округлой площади, с ко-
торой снимаются показания.
• На дисплее появляются показания температуры поверхности и макси-
мальное значение температуры.
• При отпущенной кнопке А лазер выключается. Появляется иконка
HOLD (рис. 4 - F). Показания прибора сохраняются на дисплее в течение
10 секунд.
• Подсветка выключается через 8 секунд . Нажатие любой кнопки снова
включает подсветку.
Не проводите замер с дальних расстояний. Помните, что чем больше
расстояние – тем с большей площади поверхности снимаются показания
(см. Рис. 3).
Например: при расстоянии до поверхности 500 мм – диаметр окружно-
сти поверхности, с которой снимаются показания, составляет 50 мм; при
расстоянии 1000 мм – диаметр окружности составляет 100 мм.
Важно: Прибор измеряет температуру только на поверхности.
Дополнительные функции
Использование памяти
(см. Рис. 4)
Прибор сохраняет в памяти 10 значений. Чтобы сохранить измерение в
памяти, нажмите кнопку записи (•). Отобразится иконка LOG, показы-
вающая, что измерение записано в память.
Примечание: если память переполнена, то старые измерения удаляются
для добавления новых измерений.
Чтобы отобразить измерение из памяти, нажмите кнопку Play ( ).
Повторное нажатие кнопки прокручивает все 10 измерений.
Для очистки памяти, нажмите кнопки Record и Play одновременно и
удерживайте 4 секунды.
Функция MIN/MAX
- с помощью кнопки min/max производится просмотр минимального и
максимального значения.
Установка единиц измерения
Записанные показания температур могут быть отображены как по шка-
ле Цельсия, так и Фаренгейта.
Для переключения между шкалами Цельсия и Фаренгейта нажмите
кнопку °С/F°.
Назначение и область применения
ИК термометры измеряют поверхностную температуру объекта на рас-
стоянии, не касаясь его. Они определяют температуру на основе ИК из-
лучения, испускаемого нагретым телом.
Благодаря способности измерять температуру поверхности неконтак-
тно, такие термометры без труда позволяют определить температуру
недоступных или движущихся объектов – достаточно направить пиро-
метр на объект и нажать на кнопку А. Показания температуры мгновен-
но выводятся на дисплей.

Оснащенные высокоинформативным дисплеем, ИК термометры соче-
тают в себе удобство использования с точностью измерений. Лазерный
целеуказатель облегчает наведение на объект.
ИК термометр CONDTROL IR-T1 удобен в использовании благодаря
малому весу и размерам. Он легко помещается в нагрудном кармане.
Портативный ИК термометр CONDTROL IR-T1 имеет широкую сферу
применения:
1. Обслуживание электрического оборудования.
2. Определение точек перегрева подшипников, трансмиссий и двига-
телей.
3. Определение температуры движущихся объектов в производствен-
ных процессах.
4. Определение теплопотерь изоляции.
5. Определение критических точек на транспортных средствах.
Установка источников питания
• Поверните крышку батарейного отсека (см. Рис. 2).
• Установите источники питания указанным способом соблюдая поляр-
ность. Убедитесь, что ребро батареи совпадает с выемкой батарейного
отсека.
• Завинтите крышку.
Не используйте прибор, если крышка батарейного отсека закрыта не до
конца.
ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ И ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИЯ
Предупреждение: Во избежание вреда для здоровья всегда убирайте
батарейки из прибора при чистке или техническом обслуживании.
Общие положения
Не используйте растворители при чистке пластиковых частей прибора,
т. к. пластик может быть поврежден. Периодически протирайте прибор
от грязи сухой фланелью.
Предупреждение: Не позволяйте тормозной жидкости, бензину, не-
фтяным субстанциям, пропиточному маслу и т. д. контактировать с
пластиковыми частями. Химикаты могут повредить пластик, что может
привести к вреду для человека.
Предупреждение: Не пытайтесь изменить конструкцию прибора или
использовать аксессуары, не подходящие прибору. Это может приве-
сти к повреждениям и вреду для здоровья.
Предупреждение: Всегда убирайте батарейную кассету из прибора при
сборке, регулировке, чистке, когда не пользуетесь прибором.
Срок службы прибора 36 месяцев.
Гарантия
Предприятие-изготовитель гарантирует соответствие выпускаемых
приборов CONDTROL IR-T1 требованиям технических условий. Гаран-
тийный срок – 12 месяца с момента продажи прибора.
Гарантия не распространяется на элементы питания. Их выход из строя
не является поводом для претензий.
Предприятие-изготовитель обязуется в течение гарантийного срока
безвозмездно производить ремонт прибора.
Гарантийные обязательства теряют силу, если пользователь нарушал
заводские пломбы или прибор подвергался сильным механическим
или атмосферным воздействиям.

IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to follow all
instructions listed below, may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious
personal injury.
CAUTION:
Use of controls or adjustments or perfor mance of procedures other than
those specified herein may result in hazardous radiation exposure.
- The laser guide radiation used in the thermometer is Class II with < 1mW
and 630-670nm wavelengths.
- Avoid direct eye exposure when using the laser and do not project the
laser beam directly into the eyes of others. Serious eye injury could
result.
- Do not remove or deface any prod uct labels. Removing product labels
increases the risk of exposure to laser radiation.
- Do not place the instrument in a position that may cause anyone to stare
into the laser beam intentionally or unintention ally. Serious eye injury
could result.
- Do not operate the thermometer around children or allow children to
operate the tool. Serious eye injury could result.
- Do not use for medical evaluations or to measure body temperature. This
product is meant for household use only.
- Do not use this product as a precision thermometer.
- Do not operate the instrument in com bustible areas such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gasses, or dust.
- Always ensure the laser beam is aimed at a surface without reflective
proper ties. Shiny reflective materials are not suitable for laser use.
- The laser shall be used and maintained in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.
- Never aim the beam at a person or object other than the target surface.
- This product should not be used without the battery cap installed.
- Handle the instrument with care. Treat it as you would any other optical
device such as a camera or binoculars.
- Avoid exposing the instrument to shock, continuous vibration, or extreme
hot or cold temperatures. Damage to the product and/or serious injury to
the user could result.
- Do not use on a ladder or unstable support. Stable footing on a solid
surface enables better control of the product in unexpected situations.
- Do not use the product if the trigger does not turn it on and off.
- Use the product in accordance with these instructions and in the manner
intended for the product, taking into account the working conditions and the
work to be performed. Use of the product for operations different from
those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
- When servicing a battery product, use only identical replacement parts.
Follow instructions in the Maintenance section of this manual. Use of
unauthorized parts or failure to follow Maintenance instructions may create
a risk of shock or injury.
- Know your battery product. Read operator’s manual carefully. Learn its
applications and limitations, as well as the specific potential hazards related
to this power tool. Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock,
fire, or serious injury.
- Do not place battery products or their batteries near fire or heat. This will
reduce the risk of explosion and possibly injury.
- Batteries can explode in the presence of a source of ignition, such as a
pilot light. To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, An exploded battery
can propel debris and chemicals. If exposed, flush with water immediately.
- Under extreme usage or temperature conditions, battery leakage may
occur. If liquid comes in contact with your skin, wash immediately with soap
and water. If liquid gets into your eyes, flush them with clean water for at
least 10 minutes, then seek immediate medical attention. Following this rule
will reduce the risk of serious personal injury.
- Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to instruct
others who may use this product. If you loan someone this instrument, loan
them these instructions also.

on the product and in this operator’s manual. Before use of this product,
familiarize yourself with all operating features and safety rules.

DATA MEMORY
Up to 10 temperature readings may be stored in memory.
FAHRENHEIT AND CELSIUS READINGS
Your infrared thermometer can be switched from F° to C° readings by
pressing the °C/F° key. Accurately measures temperatures ranging from
-4°F to 590°F (-20 °C to 310 °C).
LCD DISPLAY
The LCD display features a backlight that remains on while you are taking
measurements.
LASER POINTER
The laser pointer will show you the center of the target area that is being
read.
LOW BATTERY INDICATOR
The low battery indicator shows when the battery should be replaced.

UNPACKING
This product has been shipped completely assembled.
- Carefully remove the product and any accessories from the box. Make
sure that all items listed in the packing list are included.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if it is not completely assembled or if any parts
appear to be missing or damaged. Use of a product that is not properly
and completely assembled could result in serious personal injury.
- Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or damage
occurred during shipping.
- Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully inspected and
satisfactorily operated the product.

WARNING:

parts, making adjustments, cleaning, or when not in use

OPERATION
INSTALLING/REMOVING BATTERY CONSOLE:
See Figure 2, page 17 .
To install the battery console:
- Turn ON the battery compartment cap.
NOTE: Do not remove the gasket inside the cap.
- Insert the battery pack in the direction shown. Make sure the raised rib on
the battery console aligns with the groove in the battery compartment.
- Place the cap over the battery console and push down until the cap meets
the threads at the end of the battery compartment.
- Screw the cap on securely.
To remove the battery pack:
- Unscrew the cap. The battery console will disconnect and be easy to
remove.
- Do not attempt to use this product if the battery cap is not securely
closed.

For the most accurate readings, follow these hints:
NOTE: Temperature readings can only be measured on a target surface.
- Place the unit less than two (2) feet from the item you wish to read.

OPERATION
- Accuracy of readings of 10 - 30°С (50 - 86°F) is plus (+) or minus (-)
1.5°C (3°F) of the actual temperature. All other readings are +/- 1.5% of the
reading.
- Readings at distances greater than two (2) feet may be less accurate due
to external light sources, surrounding air temperature and reading of larger
surface areas not intended to be measured.
- Cleaner surfaces will give more accurate readings.
To take a temperature reading:
- Press and/or hold the trigger to scan the surface temperature of a target
object.
- The backlight and laser icon will come on.
- The laser pointer indicates the center of the circular area being scanned
for reference only.
- The surface temperature and maximum temperature readings are
displayed.
- When the trigger is released, the laser will turn off. The HOLD icon will
stay on.
- The backlight will turn itself off after a period of no use. Pressing any
button will turn the backlight on again when the LCD is still in use.
To take a maximum/minimum reading:
- Hold the trigger to scan the surface temperature of a target object.
- Move the laser beam from one target point to another desired target point
while holding the trigger.
- Release the trigger. The maximum temperature is displayed. To display the
minimum reading, press the min/max button.
- If desired, record the minimum/maximum reading.

USING THE FUNCTION BUTTONS
See Figure 4, page 18.
- To store a reading into memory, press the Record button ( • ). The LOG
icon will light up to show the reading has been logged into memory. Up to 10
readings can be recorded.
NOTE: If the memory is full, the oldest reading will be deleted to add the
new reading.
- To recall a reading stored in memory, press the Play button ( ). Pressing
the button repeatedly will scroll through all 10 readings.
- To clear the memory, press and hold Record and Play together for 4
seconds.
- The min/max button switches the display from the minimum reading to the
maximum reading.
- To switch back and forth from Celsius to Fahrenheit, press the °C/F° button.
Recorded temperatures can be read as both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
Always wear eye protection with side shields marked to comply with ANSI
Z87.1 during maintenance. If operation is dusty, also wear a dust mask.
WARNING:
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the battery pack from the
product when cleaning or performing any maintenance.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are
susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents and
may be damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil,
grease, etc.
WARNING:
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based products,
penetrating oils, etc., come in contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can
damage, weaken or destroy plastic which may result in serious personal
injury.
