/Deckel (a) der Enthärtungs- bzw. Vollentsalzungs-
flasche abschrauben.
/Der Deckel der neuen Harzflasche kann zum Ver-
schließen der erschöpften Harzflasche verwendet
werden. Verbrauchtes Harz kann über den Haus-
müll entsorgt und durch entsprechendes Austau-
scherharz ersetzt werden.

/Das Mittelrohr des Anschlusskopfs für Harzfla-
schen (b) bis zum Anschlag auf das Düsenrohr (c)
der Enthärtungs- bzw. Vollentsalzungsflasche ste-
cken (1).
/Danach den Anschlusskopf für Harzflaschen in die
Enthärtungs- bzw. Vollentsalzungsflasche ein-
schrauben (2).

/Die der Füllstation vor- und nachgeschalteten Ab-
sperrventile schließen.
/Den großen O-Ring in die Nut (d) der Füllstation
einsetzen.
/Den kleinen O-Ring auf den Stutzen des An-
schlussadapters (e) schieben.
/O-Ringe auf korrekten Sitz prüfen!

/Den Anschlussadapter mit Panzerschläuchen (g)
an das Außengewinde (f) der Füllstation anschrau-
ben.

/Die Steckverbinder der Panzerschläuche in den
Anschlusskopf der Enthärtungs- bzw. Vollentsal-
zungsflasche stecken. Dabei auf die Fließrichtung
achten, die
• auf dem Anschlusskopf durch Pfeile
• auf den Steckverbindern durch IN bzw. OUT
markiert ist!
Die Steckverbinder sind codiert, daher ist nur der
korrekte Anschluss möglich und ein vertauschtes
Anschließen der Steckverbinder ausgeschlossen.

/Die Sicherungsklammern (h) folgendermaßen auf
die beiden Steckverbinder am Anschlusskopf der
Enthärtungs- bzw. Vollentsalzungsflasche aufste-
cken:
• die Innenstifte der Sicherungsklammern in
die vorgesehenen Öffnungen am Anschluss-
kopf stecken
• dann die Sicherungsklammern über die Run-
dung des Anschlusses schieben, bis sie einras-
ten.

/Die Kugelhähne der Panzerschläuche unterhalb
des Anschlussadapters öffnen.

/ Beide Isolierschalen (i) der Füllstation abnehmen.
/ Vorgeschaltetes Absperrventil öffnen.
/Probenahmeventil (j) der Füllstation mit einem
Schlitzschraubendreher oder Entlüftungsschlüs-
sel öffnen. Wenn Wasser aus dem Entlüftungs-
schlauch tritt, ist die Einheit entlüftet.
/Probenahmeventil (j) der Füllstation wieder
schließen.
/Über die Tastatur der Füllstation den angeschlos-
senen Flaschentyp auswählen und bestätigen (sie-
he Betriebsanleitung der Füllstation).
/Isolierschalen (i) wieder aufsetzen.
/Absperrventil (k) öffnen.
Das Gerät ist nun betriebsbereit.

/ Unscrew lid (a) of softening or desalination bottle.
/ The lid of the new resin bottle can be used to close
the consumed resin bottle. Consumed resin can be
disposed of with household waste and can be ex-
changed by appropriate replacement resin.

/ Insert the central tube of the connection head for
resin bottles (b) onto the nozzle tube (c) of the sof-
tening or desalination bottle (1).
/ Then screw the connection head for resin bottles
into the softening or desalination bottle (2).

/ Close the upstream and downstream shut-off
valves of the heating circuit filling station.
/ Place the large O-Ring into the groove (d) of the
heating circuit filling station.
/ Slide the small O-ring onto the connecting sleeve
of the connection adapter (e).
/ Ensure proper fit of O-rings!

/ Screw the connection adapter with the braided
hoses (g) to the external thread (f) of the heating
circuit filling station.

/ Plug the hose connectors of the braided hoses in-
to the connection head of the desalination or sof-
tening bottle. Pay attention to the direction of
flow marked
• with arrows on the connection head
• with IN/OUT on the hose connectors!
The hose connectors are coded, thus preventing
incorrect connection.

/ Plug the securing clips (h) as follows onto the two
hose connectors at the connection head of the
desalination or softening bottle:
• Plug the inner pins of the securing clips into
the holes provided at the connection head
• Then slide the securing clips over the roun-
ded part of the connection until they snap in-
to position.

/ Open the ball valves of the braided hoses below
the connection adapter.

/ Remove both insulation shells (i) of the heating cir-
cuit filling station.
/ Open upstream shut-off valve.
/ Open the sampling valve (j) of the heating circuit
filling station using a slot-head screwdriver or
venting key. Once water starts running out of the
venting hose, the unit is vented.
/ Close the sampling valve (j) of the heating circuit
filling station again.
/ Select and confirm the connected bottle type us-
ing the keypad of the heating circuit filling station
(see operating instructions of the heating circuit
filling station).
/ Place the insulation shells (i) back on again.
/ Open shut-off valve (k).
The device is now ready for operation.

/ Zamknąć zawory odcinające znajdujące sięprzed
izastacjądo napełniania.
/Włożyćduży o-ring do rowka (d) stacji do napeł-
niania.
/Wsunąć mały o-ring na króciec adaptera przyłą-
czeniowego (e).
/Sprawdzićo-ringi pod kątem prawidłowego osa-
dzenia!

/Przykręcićadapter przyłączeniowy z wężami pan-
cernymi (g) do gwintu zewnętrznego (f) stacji do
napełniania.

/Podłączyćzłącza wtykowe węży pancernych do
głowicy przyłączeniowej butli do zmiękczania
czyli odsalania. Zwrócićuwagęna kierunek prze-
pływu, podany
•nagłowicy przyłączeniowej (strzałki)
•nazłączach wtykowych (IN lub OUT)!
Złącza wtykowe sąkodowane – z uwagi na to
możliwe jest tylko prawidłowe podłączenie. Nie-
prawidłowe podłączenie złączy wtykowych jest
niemożliwe.

/ Klamry zabezpieczające (h) nasunąć na oba złą-
cza wtykowe na głowicy przyłączeniowej butli do
zmiękczania czyli odsalania w następujący spo-
sób:
•włożyćtrzpienie wewnętrzne klamer zabez-
pieczających do odpowiednich otworów na
głowicy przyłączeniowej
•następnie wsunąć klamry zabezpieczające
na zaokrąglonączęść przyłącza, ażsięza-
trzasną.

/Otworzyćzawory kulowe węży pancernych poni-
żej adaptera przyłączeniowego.

/Zdjąć obie obudowy izolujące (i) stacji do napełnia-
nia.
/Otworzyćzawór odcinający znajdujący sięprzed
instalacją.
/Otworzyćzawór do pobierania próbek (j) stacji do
napełniania, używając wkrętaka płaskiego lub klu-
cza do odpowietrzania. Jeśli z węża odpowietrza-
jącego wydostaje sięwoda, zespółjest odpo-
wietrzony.
/ Ponownie zamknąć zawór do pobierania próbek (j)
stacji do napełniania.
/Zapomocąklawiatury stacji do napełniania wy-
braćpodłączony typ butli i potwierdzić(patrz in-
strukcja eksploatacji stacji do napełniania).
/ Ponownie założyćobudowy izolujące (i).
/Otworzyćzawór odcinający (k).
Urządzenie jest teraz gotowe do pracy.
