Congratulations on the purchase of your Steam Mop. The new Steam Mop
is an excellent addition to your household equipment. It utilises the
power of steam to clean without the use of chemicals or strenuous
scrubbing. It can be used to clean your tiles, PVC flooring, sealed
hardwood floors, marble, and carpet and works just as well with the
carpet glider soft mop cover. It can also be used to disinfect
surfaces if held in place for eight (8) seconds. We are certain you
will be pleased with this product.
Please read the instructions through carefully before using
this appliance for the first time, and then store them
somewhere safe.
The manufacturer and importer accept no liability if
the user fails to comply with the contents of these
instructions. Please keep the instructions with
the appliance if you give the appliance to
another person.

Assembly
• Remove all the parts from the package. Verify all the listed parts are
included.
• Slide the Handle (b) into the Tube (c). Push the two pieces together until you
hear a click (Fig.1)
• Slide the Upper Handle Tube (the Tube with the Handle) into the Back-saver
Joint (d). Push them together until you hear them click into place. (Fig. 2).
• Slide the lower Handle Tube (e) into the back-saver Joint. Push them
together (Fig.3).
• Insert the assembled handle piece into the steam mop body. Push them
together (Fig.4).
• Slide the assembled handle and body into the steam mop base. Push them
together (Fig.5). Secure with screw (k) until fully tightened (Fig.7). Now the
assembly is done.
IMPORTANT: Never use the Steam Mop without attaching a
micro-fibre cleaning pad to avoid damage to your floor and mop.
Attaching the Micro-fibre Pad
1. Place the micro-fibre cleaning pad on the floor with the quick fastener
strips facing Up. Place the Steam Mop on the top of the pad to
attach (Fig.6 & Fig.8).
IMPORTANT: Only add water to the tank. Chemicals or cleaning
solutions may be unsafe or cause damage.
Note: Your micro-fibre cleaning pads should be replaced every 3
months to maximise cleaning performance.
Filling the Water Tank
IMPORTANT: Unplug the Steam Mop before filling the water tank with water.
1. Twist anti-clockwise to remove the water tank cap (Fig.9).
2. A Measuring cup is included with your Steam Mop to fill the water
tank (Fig.9).
3. Replace the water tank cap.

When you use your steam mop for the first time
or if you have not used the unit for a while, it
may take a minute or two for the water to go
through the pump and into the heater to create
steam. Get it started by pumping the handle a few
times (push the handle up and down and the unit
will pump at point A see diagram). If you have
waited a few minutes and you still do not see any
steam, please refer to the troubleshooting page for
assistance.
IMPORTANT: Your steam mop needs water to
make steam! Never use your steam mop
without water in the tank.
1. Pull and twist the quick release cord holder (B) to
unwrap the power cord completely. Plug in and the light
will turn on. If the light does not turn on, please refer to the
trouble shooting page for assistance.
2. Wait 30 seconds for the boiler to heat the water. Pump the handle
a few times to prime the pump, activate steam and moisten the
micro-fibre pad.
3. Mop with a forward and backward motion to start steam output
automatically.
4. Clean under furniture and tight areas using the Steam Mop locking handle.
Press the handle release button (C) and apply slight pressure to bend the
handle. The back-saver joint (D) will lock at a perfect, access maximizing
angle.
5. Press the release button (C) on the handle again to straighten.
6. Your mop has an additional carpet glider which can be fitted by simply
placing the mop into it This allows steam cleaning of carpets (always test a
patch first).
After use and storage
1. When you have finished using the Steam Mop, unplug the cord form the
outlet and place the mop into the upright position and let the unit cool 2-3
minutes. Release steam by pumping the handle several times.
2. Carefully separate micro-fibre cleaning pad from steam mop, avoiding
contact with the hot pad or dirt.
3. Empty the water tank before storage.
4. To store the cooled Steam Mop, hang on a large hook.
5. To clean the micro-fibre cleaning pad, wash in a gentle machine cycle with
no fabric conditioner. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
6. Check all parts are securely fixed together each time before use.
NOTE: If you want to store the Steam Mop standing upright, make
sure it is leaning against a wall for support.

electrical appliance.

• Read the assembly instructions through carefully before assembling the
appliance. Follow the sequence shown precisely.

handling, damage or repairs attempted by third parties. Nor is there a
guarantee for regular wear on parts.
• The safety standards of this appliance can only be assured if it is checked
regularly for damage and wear.
• The appliance is not suitable for commercial use.
• The appliance is intended for household use only.
• Only use this appliance once it is fully assembled and functional.
• Never attempt to repair damage yourself.
• Never use this appliance outdoors. For indoor use only.
• Never leave this appliance running unattended. Switch the main power of the
appliance off and remove the electrical plug from socket. Unplug the
appliance and turn it off before filling it with water or replacing the floor
cleaning cloth.
• The appliance is not a toy.
• Please pay close attention at all times when using this appliance near
children, animals and plants.
• Never aim the steam directly at any person, animal or plant, or at any
delicate objects.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other fluids.
• Ensure that power cables do not present a tripping risk. Never leave the
appliance near propane or other gas or electric ovens, stoves or cooking
appliances.
• Never place the steam cleaner directly against a heating element or oven.
• Keep the appliance away from curtains and other flammable materials.
• In case of damage/malfunctions unplug and turn off the appliance
immediately.
• ATTENTION: Never attempt to repair any electrical part of the appliance.
Opening the appliance improperly brings a significant risk of death due to
electric shock.
• Do not expose the steam cleaner to extreme sunlight or frost. Never expose
the steam cleaner to the weather or the outdoors.
• Make sure the technical specifications listed here match those of your
household electricity supply. This appliance is only suited for use in the UK
with a 240v correctly earthed wall cocket. Never alter or attempt to change
the appliance plug.
• Never sit or stand on the appliance.
• Turn the appliance off as soon as it ceases to produce steam.
• Never leave the appliance on when the water tank is empty.
• Only clean the appliance after unplugging it and allowing it to cool down.
• If the power supply cable is defective, do not use.
• Never carry the appliance or pull it by its power supply cable, and handle the
cable with care at all times. Avoid shutting the cable in doors, pulling it
across sharp edges or around sharp corners. Never place the cable in close
proximity to hot objects.
• Do not use cable extensions which do not conform with the requirements of the
appliance. This appliance requires a heavy duty extension lead, preferably with a
circuit breaker plug.
• Always remove the electrical plug from the socket once you have finished using
the appliance. Do not pull on the cable when doing so, but instead apply
pressure to the plug housing when unplugging. Use dry hands.
• Always unplug the appliance before installing or replacing the floor cleaning
cloth! The cleaning cloth may remain very hot after use. Wait for the appliance
to cool for a few minutes before replacing the cloth.
• Ensure that you do not have wet hands when switching the appliance on and
when using it. Always wear shoes when using the steam cleaner.
• Never place anything in the appliance orifices/nozzles and ensure that these do
not become blocked.
• Store the device in a cool, dry room.
• Always work in sufficient lighting.
• Never add cleaning fluids or additives to the appliance tank. These may damage
the appliance, cause malfunctions, and will void the warranty.
• In the case of surfaces which have been treated with wax, it is possible that the
wax may be removed due to the application of heat and steam.
• Never fill the appliance with water which exceeds the maximum fill line. When
filling the appliance, always add plain or distilled warm water. Other fluids may
damage the appliance. Never turn on the steam cleaner without first filling with
water.
• Switch the steam cleaner off and disconnect the plug from the wall socket as
soon as the water in the tank is depleted. Allow the appliance to cool for at
lease five minutes before refilling the tank with plain or distilled warm water.
• Never open the lock on the water tank while the appliance is turned on or
plugged in to the wall socket.
• ATTENTION! The large triangular cleaning foot should be kept level with the
floor when using or carrying the appliance. It should not be held upward at an
angle (maximum 5 degrees), or hot water will spray out!
• Store the appliance only after it has cooled down completely.
• Do not use the steam cleaner if the cable or plug are damaged, or if any other
damage to the appliance is apparent, and keep the cable and hoses away from
hot surfaces.
• Only remove the electrical plug from the socket with dry hands.
• Switch the appliance off and disconnect the plug from the power supply when
taking a break from use.
• Do not touch the underside of the appliance when it is operational and for
several minutes after it has been allowed to cool. Do not use the appliance to
clean any glass surfaces as the temperature difference may cause glass to
fracture.
• Once the appliance has been switched off it will continue to create hot steam
for approximately one more minute!
• Attention: The steam should not be aimed directly at any equipment which
contain electrical parts (e.g. interior oven compartments, refrigerators, switches
and lights, microwave ovens, television, stereos, computers and other
electronics, etc.)
• IMPORTANT: Always test the cleaning performance of the appliance on a small
area before general use, e.g. to ensure that it does not affect the colour of a
carpet, etc.
• Not for use on unsealed wooden flooring, soft plastic, leather, glass or heat
sensitive fabric or surfaces.
If you comply with these instructions, you should be able to enjoy using your
new appliance for many years.
Safety instructions

Possible Solutions
Check that the electrical plug has been plugged
into the wall socket correctly.
Switch the appliance on correctly and see that
the display light is illuminated. Test the wall
socket to ensure that it is functioning normally.
Use an alternate wall socket.
See if the water tank red light is illuminated.
Check that the water tank has been filled
correctly. Check that the appliance is turned on.
Allow the steamer to cool down and restart.
The steam cleaner was held in one position for
too long. You will be able to remove the marks
using a vinegar cleaner or a de-scaling agent.
Alternately heat the area for one (1) minute and
then apply the cleaner to remove the marks.
Turn off the appliance and allow to cool. Make
sure a cloth cover is in place. Check to see the
cloth cover is not saturated. If so, change to a
dry cover.
Turn off the appliance and allow to cool. Check
the micro-fibre Cloth Pad for solid debris trapped
in the fibre that could be causing the scratching.
Remove the microfibre Cloth Pad, wash it and
alllow it to dry before re-using.
MAKE SURE the steam pad is attached correctly.
Check to see if the cleaning pad is excessively
dirty. Replace it if the pad is too dirty or wet.
Problem
The steam cleaner will not turn
ON when activated.
The operation light does not
illuminate.
The steam cleaner does not
produce steam.
Light residue marks have
appeared on the floor.
The steamer drips, sputters or
sprays excessive water.
The steamer is making scratch

Packaging
Dispose of the packaging at your local recycling centre.
Dispose of paper and box separately from plastic bags at your local recycling
centre.
Dispose of the item at the end of its lifespan at your local authorised household
waste recycling centre.
Intended use
This device is suitable for cleaning heat-resistant surfaces. It is also suitable for
cleaning laminate flooring if you following the instructions below:
1. The laminate should be properly laid and have no gaps or cracks into which
moisture can penetrate.
2. First test the steam mop at an inconspicuous spot and then check the laminate
for waves or penetrated moisture.
3. If the surface is unblemished, the device can be used to clean the entire laminate
floor.
• The device is not suitable for unsealed wooden flooring, soft plastic, wooden
furniture, leather and sensitive fabric covers.
• Only ever use the device on the floor and not, for example, on sofas, car seats etc.
• The device should not be used on glass as the hot steam can lead to glass
breakage.
• Ask a specialist whether your flooring is suitable for being cleaned with the
device.
• Always first test cleaning with steam on a small spot first.
• The device sweeps dust and loose, light dirt into the collecting container.
Larger/heavier objects are not removed.
• On no account should the device be used to sweep up the following:
1. glowing ash, cigarette ends, matches, etc.
2. inflammable or explosive substances
3. toxic substances, e.g. bleach
• The device is designed for private use and not for commercial use. The device
should only be used as described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed to
be improper.
