WARRANTY
CORE NINE’s 7700 Massage Chair provides a standard one year parts and one
year in-home service warranty. A five year extended warranty for this chair may
be purchased on our website at www.corenineusa.com within 90 days of
purchasing your chair.
To register your massage chair, visit our website at www.corenineusa.com. Go to
the “Support” page and click on “Product Registration.” Complete the required
fields, including your chair’s serial number which is located on the back of your
chair near the power switch, and press SEND.
Consumers may contact their retailer for additional warranty and service
information.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
WARNING: Turn of the power switch and disconnect the power plug from the
electrical outlet before cleaning to reduce the risk of electric shock.
• Use a damp cloth with a 3-5% neutral detergent to clean the leather and
upholstery of your massage chair, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
• Do not use a damp cloth to clean the remote control or the power cord. Use
only a clean dry cloth.
• Do not use benzene, thinner, alcohol, or any other solvent or abrasive cleansing
agent on the remote control, upholstery or leather.

• This massage chair should only be used for its intended purpose as
described in this manual.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify any electrical or mechanical functions
in this chair.
• This chair should only be connected to a properly grounded outlet. See
grounding instructions.
• Do not operate this chair where flammable products are being used such
as aerosol sprays or oxygen.
• Do not place the power cord under any heavy objects or in high traffic
areas.
• Unplug this chair from the electrical outlet immediately after using and
before cleaning to reduce the risk of electric shock.
• To disconnect, turn all controls to the OFF position, then remove the plug
from the outlet.
• Never operate this chair with a damaged power cord or if the plug is not
working.
Only a qualified technician should replace a damaged power cord.
• Do not remove the plug from the outlet while the chair is operating.
• Do not use the chair if the electrical outlet is loose.
• Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
• To avoid electric shock, never use wet hands to connect or disconnect the
power plug from the electrical outlet and never use the massage chair when
your body is wet or damp. If you spill liquid onto the chair, immediately turn
off the chair and unplug the power cord.
• Do not use the chair if the covering shows any sign of deterioration, such as
peeling or cracking or if the fabric is torn or the internal components exposed.
Connect this chair to a properly grounded outlet. Grounding provides
a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric
shock if the product malfunctions or breaks down. This chair is equipped
with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding
plug.
• The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly
installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
• The chair must be connected to an outlet having the same configuration
as the plug. No adapter should be used with this chair.
• An improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result
in risk of electric shock.
• If you are in doubt as to whether this product is properly grounded, do not
modify the plug provided with this chair. Contact a qualified electrician to
install a proper outlet.

read the contents of this manual before using your chair and refer to it when needed.
• Any modification, disassembly or maintainence of the chair by anyone other
than an approved service professional will void the warranty. Contact your
retail provider if your chair is in need of service.
• Do not use any attachments that are not included with this massage chair.
• Do not remove the seat cushion or tamper with the massage mechanism.
• Do not allow children or pets to play near the chair during operation.
• Close supervision is necessary when this chair is used by children or
disabled persons.
• Only one person at a time should use the massage chair. The maximum
weight load for this chair is 265 lbs.
• Do not use this chair outdoors or in excessively hot, humid or dusty
environments.
• Do not place this chair directly in the sun or near a fireplace.
• Do not place this chair near damp or moist areas such as swimming pools
or bathrooms.
• Do not stand on the chair or place heavy objects on the chair.
• Do not stand or sit on the armrest or legrest.
• Do not exert force on the massage rollers when the massage mechanism
is operating.
• Do not operate under a blanket, pillow or electric blanket.
• Do not use this chair while smoking.
• This massage chair is only intended for in-home use and not for commercial
purposes.

FOR A LESS INTENSE CALF MASSAGE:
Press the INTENSITY button (the light turns off) to decrease the intensity of the calf massage. If you
are still uncomfortable, you can place your feet into the leg/foot wells for a foot massage instead of a
calf massage, or you can press the AIRBAG button to stop the foot/calf massage.
FOR A LESS INTENSE BACK MASSAGE:
Make sure the back pillow is in place to cover the massage mechanism and soften the massage. You
can also unzip the back cushion at the top of the chair and peel back the cushion from the velcro
attachments. Locate the zippered pocket in the middle of cushion, then locate the zipper pull that is
on the lower left side of the pocket. Unzip and remove the softening pad.
MUSIC FUNCTION:
To connect your music to the massage chair speakers via Bluetooth, press the MUSIC button on
the remote control to activate the chair’s Bluetooth connectivity. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings
and select “MASSAGE CHAIR.” At this point you will hear your music through the chair’s speakers.

MANUAL
Press this button to toggle through three shiatsu
massage modes: knocking (default mode), pummel
(combines knocking & kneading) and kneading. Press
HEIGHT to return to auto massage mode.
USB
Use the USB port to charge your devices.
HEIGHT
Press this button to adjust the height of the back
massage mechanism to tall (default position),
medium or low.
MUSIC
Press this button to connect your Bluetooth to the
chair’s speakers. Press again to disconnect your
Bluetooth.
INTENSITY
Press this button (light off) to decrease the intensity of the
massage. Press again (light on) to increase the intensity.
UP
Press and hold this button to move the massage
mechanism up your back to a specific area of focus.
Release the button when it reaches your desired position.
Press MANUAL to exit the focus massage mode.
FEET UP
Press and hold this button to move the legrest
ottoman up. Release the button when it reaches
your desired position.
FEET DOWN
Press and hold this button to move the legrest
ottoman down. Release the button when it reaches
your desired position.
DOWN
Press and hold this button to move the massage
mechanism down your back to a specific area of focus.
Release the button when it reaches your desired position.
Press MANUAL to exit the focus massage mode.
AIRBAG
Press this button to stop the airbag massage function.
Press again to start the airbag massage function .
ON/OFF
Press this button to turn on the massage chair.
Press again to turn off the massage chair (light will
turn off). The default massage time is 15 minutes.
If you continue to have problems, turn off the chair, unplug the power and contact
your retailer’s service department.
* The FEET UP, FEET DOWN and MUSIC buttons can be
used when the ON/OFF button is turned ON or OFF.
