Warranty:
This product is warranted to the Original Purchaser against all defects in material and or workmanship
for the period herein. The purchaser must activate the warranty, either at the time of purchase or within
ten calendar days after the purchase. Completing the warranty card, enclosed in the box with the product,
activates this warranty. The warranty card must be completed and delivered to Core SWX by the
above-mentioned period of time.
The warranty period shall be, 3 years for parts and labor, unless otherwise noted. Core SWX
agrees to pay equal return freight costs to return the product the same method it was received. Customer
must take this procedure stated below for Core SWX to acknowledge warranty.
Procedure:
1. Complete and send in warranty card at time of purchase.
2. If service is needed on a product, at the time contact Core SWX and request a return
authorization number.
3. Ship defective product to Core SWX with return authorization number on outside of package.
Core SWX reserves the right to repair or replace any defective product under warranty after Core SWX
determines which is more practical.
If Core SWX receives defective product for warranty repair and they are found to be defective as a result of
misuse or other damage, not caused by normal wear and tear, Core SWX will notify the customer of an
estimate of repair. Customer will incur costs. There are no further warranties, either expressed or implied,
including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that has any bearing upon this
transaction.

DIGITAL LCD Functionality:
Press the Selection button on the front panel of the charger to
choose the battery pack you want to access information from.
You may than scroll through the information by pressing the
Function button. The information shown is:
Name(Battery ID), Serial Number, Charge Current,
Battery Temperature, Chemistry, Count(charge/discharge cycles),
Designed Battery Capacity, Date of Manufacturing.

Thank you for your choice in purchasing a Core SWX Brick Style Battery
Charger. The charger is designed to improve and assist you in your
battery charging requirements. The charger is also equipped with a
Camera Power Supply to provide up to 50W of continuous DC power.
Please read this manual to help you understand and capitalize on the
features of this charger.
Features:
•ALL PRO-X line chargers can charge the three most popular
battery chemistries today (NiCD, NiMH, Li-Ion).
•The charger employs VERSAchem technology, which
automatically recognizes the battery chemistry and charges
the batteries simultaneously.
•Built in 50W Camera Power Supply.
•Rugged, sleekly styled, charger chassis.
•Automatic Universal AC input for world-wide use.
•Automatic detection of damaged or misused batteries for
added safety.
•Multi-function, backlit LCD, to display stored battery
information.
Charging Operation:
•Insert the AC power cord into the AC receptacle in the back of
the charger.
•Connect all batteries needing charge into the charger.
•Turn the front panel power switch to the ON position. At this
time the switch will light and the LED lights on the front panel
of the charger will blink green when charging. The integrated
LCD with show all batteries connected and display the voltage
and charge capacity of the battery connected.
• If the battery does not meet quick charging conditions(i.e.
temperature or deeply discharged) the charger will precharge
the battery and go into a trickle charge mode until it is safe to
enter quick charge mode.
•The LED corresponding with the charging bay will turn solid
green when the battery is fully charged.
Camera Power Supply Operation:
•Insert the AC power cord into the AC receptacle in the back
of the charger.
•Remove all batteries from the charger.
•Insert the SUPPLIED XLR CABLE into the XLR receptacle on the
back/side of the charger. ANY OTHER XLR CABLE INSERTED, THE
CHARGER WILL NOT RESPOND TO, AND THE AC ADAPTOR WILL
NOT ACTIVATE.
•Turn the front panel power switch to the ON position. At this
time the switch will light and the LED lights on the front
panel will blink green and the LCD will acknowledge that the
AC adapter is activated.
Notes On Use:
•While operating the charger do not place anything on the
charger or block the ventilation slots.
•An increase in temperature is normal during charging.
•Make sure to firmly connect batteries to the charger mounts
and that the contacts are clean.
•The product must be earthed.
•Do not attempt to disassemble the charger, please contact
Core SWX for any service issues.
•The fuse within the AC receptacle can be replaced only with
one of the same type and rating. (A spare fuse is included for
your convenience)
•Do not operate this device near equipment susceptible to
noise(i.e. TV).
