nThis vehicle is intended for children from birth up to a maximum user weight of 15kg.
nWARNING: It may be dangerous to leave your child unattended.
nWARNING: Use a harness as soon as your child can sit unaided.
nWARNING: Any load attached to the handle affects the stability of the pushchair.
nWARNING: This product is not suitable for running or skating.
nChildren should be harnessed in at all times and never left unattended. The child should be clear of
moving parts while making adjustments. This vehicle requires regular maintenance by the user.
nDo not use replacement parts or accessories other than those approved by Cosatto as they may
render the pushchair unsafe.
nOverloading, incorrect folding, and the use of non-approved accessories or spare parts may damage
or break this pushchair and could render the product unsafe. Read the instructions.
nDo not overload this pushchair with additional children, goods or accessories. Bags and other items
must not be hung from the handle. A basket is provided for the carriage of 3kg (6.6lb.) of goods,
evenly distributed.
nNever leave raincovers on indoors, in a hot atmosphere or near a heat source as the baby could
overheat.
nEnsure all users are familiar with the products operation. It should always open and fold easy. If it
does not, do not force the mechanism - stop and read the instructions.
nDo not use your pushchair in a manner for which it is not designed.
nEnsure your child wears a correctly fitted and adjusted harness at all times. D-rings are provided on
the existing harness for the attachment of a separate safety harness approved to BS 6684 or BS EN
13210 should this be required.
nDo not allow your child to climb unassisted into, play with or hang onto your pushchair.
nNever leave your child unattended, even for the shortest time.
nAlways apply the brakes when the pushchair is stationary. Hold on to your pushchair when close to
moving road vehicles or trains. Even with the brake on the draught from the vehicle may move the
pushchair.
nExercise caution when mounting or dismounting a kerb. Remove your child and fold the pushchair
when ascending or descending stairs or escalators.
nEnsure the folded pushchair is stored away from children so that it does not fall and cause injury.
nDo not use replacement parts or accessories, e.g. child seats, bags, hooks, trays, raincovers etc. other
than those approved by Cosatto, they may render the pushchair unsafe.
nNever carry a second child on your pushchair.
nDo not use the raincover unless the pushchair is fitted with a hood or sun canopy.

Your pushchair is supplied in one carton and
contains:
1. Pushchair (basket attached)

2attaching the wheels
To attach the rear wheels, push in the small button on the wheel housing and insert the wheel
stem into the wheel housing until it clicks in place and release the button. Check the wheel is
securely attached then repeat the above process on the opposite side. To remove the wheels push
in the small button on the wheel housing and detach the wheel.
Attach the front wheels by pushing the wheel stem into the wheel housing till it locks in place.
Check the wheel is securely attached then repeat the above process for the remaining wheel. To
remove the wheels push in the release button on the wheel housing and detach the wheel.

3opening the buggy
To open the buggy, first release the folding lock (a) then pull up on the handles pushing down on
the foot pedal (a) as you do until the buggy is fully erect.
WARNING: Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use.
4 attaching the basket
Your shopping basket comes partially attached and only needs the final attachment making at the
front of the buggy. Wrap the strap of the basket around the buggy crossbar so that it is located
between the small stud and the wheel and secure with the press stud. Maximum load 3kg (6.6lb).

5 fitting the hood
To attach the hood, slide the hood ends on to the two brackets located on the inside, either side of
the chassis. Finally secure the Velcro ® tabs either side of the hood to the seat unit.
To remove release the Velcro ® and slide the hood back off the two brackets.
6 fitting the raincover
Fit the rain cover over the seat and hood as shown, securing the raincover by inserting the straps
through the “D” rings located above the wheel as shown. Release if your child kicks the rain cover,
otherwise the rain cover may tear. Secure the back and sides using the Velcro ® tabs.
WARNING! Ensure adequate ventilation at all times and remove the rain cover whenever indoors or
in a warm environment.
7 using the footmuff
To fit the footmuff unfasten the harness and pass harness and ‘D’ rings through slots on the back
of the footmuff. To remove the footmuff reverse the above procedure.
8 using the brakes
To apply: Press down on the pedal on either of the rear wheels.
Check the brakes have engaged by trying to push and pull the stroller.
To release: Pull up on the pedal on either of the rear wheels.

9 using the swivel wheels
To lock the front wheels and prevent any swivelling, push up on the lock as shown and push the
buggy forwards until the wheels lock. To unlock the front wheels and allow swivelling, push down
on the lock.

10 using the harness
A five point harness is provided to restrain your child. To fasten the harness push clips into
buckle. To unfasten push clips in and remove from buckle.
Sliding adjusters are fitted on the waist strap and should be carefully adjusted so the harness
fits your child comfortably. To adjust to the smallest size you will need to thread the adjusters
through the “D” ring.
‘D’ rings are fitted at the end of each waist strap should you wish to attach a separate harness
complying to BS 6684.
To adjust the shoulder strap height remove the webbing from the adjuster at the rear of the
seat and reposition the shoulder straps as required. To reduce the length of the shoulder strap
make a larger adjustment at the back and then tighten as required using the smaller adjusters
on the webbing.
The crotch strap can also be adjusted by making a larger adjustment on the underside of the
seat and additional smaller adjustments as required using the adjuster on the crotch strap.
WARNING: Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt
11 adjusting the seat
To lower the seat back, release the locking mechanism and let the seat fall back to the position
desired, once in position lock the locking mechanism.
To raise the seat, release the locking mechanism then pull on the strap raising the seat, once in

WARNING: If adjusting whilst a child is seated in the chair be sure you support
the seat back whilst making any adjustment to the recline.
12 folding the buggy
Before folding always remove the raincover , placing it in the basket and fold the hood
completely back. To fold your pushchair, squeeze the trigger (a) on the primary lock (b). With
the trigger still depressed lift upwards. Release the secondary lock (c) as shown by pushing
down with your foot. Push the handles forward, until the pushchair is folded in half. Always
lock the pushchair whilst in the folded position with the locking catch (a)
There is a carry handle, which can be found on the side of your pushchair, for transportation.

care
Your pushchair has been designed to meet safety standards and with correct use and maintenance will
give many years of trouble free performance.
The chassis is strong but will weaken should the back wheel be bumped down stairs or kerbs.
Continual impact will cause damage.
If your child wears hard shoes these might damage the soft fabric.
Storing a damp pushchair will encourage mildew to form.
After exposure to damp conditions, dry off with a soft cloth, open fully and allow to dry thoroughly before
storing.
Store your pushchair in a dry, safe place.
Do not leave the pushchair in sunlight for prolonged periods - some fabrics may fade.
maintenance
This pushchair requires regular maintenance by the user.
Cosatto products are designed to operate with minimum maintenance, however regular lubrication of
moving parts will extend the life of your pushchair and make opening and folding easier.
Should parts of your stroller become stiff or difficult to operate, apply a light application of a spray
lubricant e.g. silicone. Do not use oil or grease.
Regularly inspect the locking devices, brakes, wheels, harness assembly, catches, seat adjusters, joints and
fixtures to ensure they are secure and in full working order.
These should be free to move at all times.
Brakes and wheels are subject to wear and should be replaced if necessary.
Your pushchair should be serviced and reconditioned before using it for a second baby, or within 18
months, whichever is the sooner.
cleaning
The hood may be cleaned by sponging lightly using warm water and a mild detergent.
Plastic and metal parts may be sponged clean with warm water and a mild detergent.
Never clean with abrasive, ammonia based, bleach based or spirit type cleaners..
