To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury to persons:
1. A massage cushion should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from the outlet
when it is not in use and before putting on or taking off parts.
2. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by or near children or disabled
persons.
3. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
4. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if
it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.
5. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
6. Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings . free of
lint, hair, and the like.
7. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not operate where aerosol spray products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
10. To disconnect, turn the power off, then remove the plug from the outlet.
11. Do not stand on the appliance. Use only while seated.
12. The product is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been qiven
supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by al person responsible for their
safety.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
14. Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over insensitive skin
areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or
disabled persons may be dangerous.
Remove all scarves, neckties, necklaces, and jewelry before using this massager.
IMPORTANT: Any individual who may be pregnant, has a pacemaker, suffers from
diabetes, phlebitis and/or thrombosis, is at an increased risk of developing blood clots,
or who has pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical devices implanted in his/her body
should consult with a physician before using a massaging device designed for home use.
Temperatures sufficiently high to cause burns may occur regardless of the control setting.
• Do not use on an infant or invalid or on a sleeping or unconscious person.
• Check the skin in contact with the heated area of the appliance frequently toreduce the
risk of blistering.
• Never remove cover.

1. Never leave the unit unattended, especially if children are present.
2. Never cover the unit when it is in operation.
3. Do not use this unit for more than 15 minutes at a time.
4. Extensive use at any time could lead to excessive heating that shortens the life of this unit.
Should this occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
5. Never use this unit directly on swollen/inflamed areas of the skin or on areas of skin
eruptions. Do not use in the presence of unexplained back pain.
6. This is a non-professional unit designed to provide soothing massage to muscles.Do not
use as a substitute for medical attention.
7. Do not use while in bed or before going to sleep. The massage can create a stimulating
effect and delay sleep.
8. This unit should never be used by any individual suffering from any physical ailment that
would limit the user's capacity to operate the controls.
9. Extreme heat or cold may damage the unit.
10. Place the unit in a safe, cool, dry place when not in use.
11. Do not submerge the unit in liquid.
1. Place Massage cushion into a sturdy chair. You may optionally secure Massage cushion to
your chair with strap. Insert power adapter into power cord. Push until "click" sound isheard.
2. Insert power adapter plug into AC 120V 60Hz electric outlet.
3. Press on the remote to turn the unit on.
4. Press again to turn the unit off.
1. Select and combine massage programs from NECK.BACK and SEAT according to your
preference.
2. The selected massage programs begin.
3. During operation, you can adjust the roller width, neck position, roller options. Activate
dynamic squeeze, heat....etc. depending on the selected massage.
4. After the massage is completed, the rollers will return to the storage position.
5. Unplug its power plug from the electrical outlet when unit is not in use.
Note: The unit shuts off automatically after approximately 15 minutes.
• Wipe dust and dirt off the Massage cushion with a dry, soft cloth after use.
• Keep the Massage cushion clean and away from places of high humidity.

Ensure that the power plug is firmly connected
to the electrical outlet.
Ensure power adapter is firmly connected to
power cordi
Check that the voltage at the electrical outlet is
adequate.
After prolonged use, Massage cushion motors
may need to cool down to protect them.Please
wait 30 minutes and try again.
Problem Possible Cause/Action
When using the massage cushion, basic precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
Read all instructions before using this massage cushion:
• TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. DO NOT REMOVE COVER. THERE ARE
NO SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE.
• TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. DO NOT EXPOSE THIS UNTT TO RAIN
OR MOISTURE.
To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before
cleaning.
2. Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.
3. Keep dry - Do not operate in a water or moist condition.
