DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Light Source (LS)

For End User (EU)

LS-EU

1.Unscrew the screws 1, then remove the frame, the glass and the reflec-

tor

2.Follow points “A- B - C” of PS-CA paragraph

3.Unscrew the optics’ screws 2

4.Remove optics and lightbars

5.Replace the damaged lightbars and assemble with relative optics using

screws 2 at a torque of 0.5 Nm

6.Reconnect the lightbars’ power cables

7.Follow points “i - j” of PS-CA paragraph

8.Replace the diffuser and the glass, making sure not to press or damage

the cables

9.Reposition the frame and fix it with the appropriate screws 1 at a torque

of 1.2 Nm

For Control Authority (CA) LS-CA

Follow points “1 -2- 3- 4” of LS-EU paragraph

Warnings: Before opening the device, disconnect the power from the mains

Power supply (PS)

For End User (EU)

PS-EU

a.Access the wiring compartment by unscrewing the two screws 3

on the appliance door

b.Secure the door with the appropriate support rod 4

c.Disconnect the cables connected to the disconnector 5 by loose-

ning the terminals with a screwdriver

d.Disconnect the remaining cables connected to the luminaire

body if present (NEMA, Zhaga, pink driver cable)

e.Remove the wiring plate by pressing the tab 6 downwards

f.Insert the new plate under the two joints 7 and press the tab 6

upwards

g.Reconnect the cables to the disconnector 5

h.Reconnect the cables disconnected at point “d” (see attached

wiring diagrams)

i. Lower the support rod 4 while keeping the door raised

j.Close the door and tighten the two screws 3 of the door to a

torque of 2 Nm

For Control Authority (CA) PS-CA

A.Open the wiring compartment by unscrewing the two 3 screws

on the appliance door

B.Secure the door with the appropriate support rod 4

C.Disconnect the cables connected to the driver on your terminal

block 8 with a screwdriver

D.Hold the driver still and unscrew the fixing screws 9

E.Extract the driver
