1.Follow points “a”:”b” of the instructions in the paragraph PS-EU
2.Unscrew screws 7, then remove optics 6 and gaskets 5 and 4
3.Unscrew the screws 3
4.Remove damaged LED bars 2
5.Replace damaged LED bars and, if necessary, wire replacement LED
bars such as damaged ones
6.Follow point "i" of paragraph PS-EU
7.Reapply the insulating paste on the holes 8
8.Assemble the new LED bars on housing 1 using screws 3 at a torque of
2.7 Nm
9.Reapply gaskets 4 and 5 in order
10.Reapply 6 lenses using 7 screws to a torque of 3 Nm

Disassembly Instructions
Power Supply (PS)
For End User (EU)
PS-EU
a.Access the wiring compartment by
unscrewing the two 10 screws on door 9 of
the appliance
b.Disconnect the red and black cables of the
LED bars from the connectors 14
c.Unplug connector 11
d.Unscrew the screws 12 of the metal plate 13
e.Remove the drivers below plate 13
f.Replace broken drivers with new ones
g.Apply a connector compatible with the con-
nector 11 on the plate to the cables of the
new drivers and reattach the socket with the
plug
h.Screw back 12 to reposition plate 13
i. Reconnect the red and black cables of the LED
bars to the respective connectors 14
j.Close cover 9 on housing 1 screwing the
screws 10 with a torque of 3 Nm
