1.LED bars are not replaceable by the end user by construction; only a technical operator at the production site can repla-
ce these bars. In order not to compromise the functionality and performance of the luminaire, the light sources used in it
can be handled only in environments protected from possible contamination of dust and / or external chemical agents and
with safety measures to prevent possible electrostatic discharge caused by the handling of the same.The connection of the
light sources to the body of the luminaire is also made by means of double-sided thermo-conductive which, if not properly
installed, could cause incorrect thermal management of the light sources.
For Control Authority (CA) LS-CA
1.Follow points a-b-c-d of the PS-EU paragraph
2.Unscrew screws 2 of the optics 1
3.Remove gasket 3
4.Unscrew grains 4 that fix LED bar 5 on plate 7
5.Remove LED bar 5 without damaging the thermal pad 6 and taking the
utmost care not to bend or damage the LED bars

Warning: Before opening the appliance, remove voltage from the mains line

Disassembly Instructions
Power Supply (PS)
For End User (EU)
PS-EU
a.Detach the retrofit plate 8 from the lantern structure (if any) by
unscrewing the four screws 9
b.Unscrew 10 screws to open wiring compartment 11
c.Unscrew the cable press 12
d.Disconnect the LED plate cables connected to driver 13 on its
terminal block 14
e.Unscrew screws 17 between the driver plate 15 and the plate
16 paying attention to the notched washers
f.Replace the old wiring plate with a new one
g.Screw screws 17 back on driver plate 15 and plate 16 via a tor-
que of 1 Nm
h.Reconnect the cables on driver 13 terminal block 14 (see atta-
ched wiring diagrams)
i. Close the wiring compartment 5 by tightening the screws 10 to
the torque of 1.2 Nm
j.Screw the cable press 12 back

A.Follow points "a-b-c-d" in paragraph PS-EU
B.Unscrew screws 18 that attach driver 13 to plate 15
C.Extract the driver
