This manual apply to the air conditioners which has WiFi function.
Please read the manual carefully before using the product and keep it
properly for further review.
For technical update, there is maybe deviation of the actual items from
what is on the manual. We express our apologies. Please refer to your

If there are several WIFI networks in the area where the AC is mounted,
both devices (AC and smart phone / tablet) must be on the same WIFI network.
Step 2:
Close mobile data and open WIFI from smart phone/ tablet.
Open the front panel of the indoor unit, you will soon find the WIFI module. Use a
suitable tool to press WIFI module "Reset" button, until the light continues flashing
and show "CF" on the display. Then re-connect the WIFIAC following steps to ac-
tivate WIFI function.
Method 2
Press "display" button on the remote controller (Some models have not this button)
for 6 times within 20 seconds until the buzzing is heard. Then re-connect the WIFI
AC following steps to activate WIFI function.

If the configurated AC can not be normally controlled by your smart phone,
Or in case you want change smart phone or local router, you can choose the reset
function for re-configuration.
(Note: Make sure your WIFI AC is power ON and in stand-by condition.)

1. When you first time enter the App, it will pop-up activation interface,
you can select scan activation QR code (click “Scan” button and scan the
activation QR code in next page) or input words, click
“activate”button to active it.

Add the device
1. Click “Add device”button (please confirm the mobile have been
connected with WIFI router)
2. Input the router name and password, then choose “Start Config”

3. Air conditioner lock setting. Click “ ” to set the control lock function
and press it again to unlock it. Delete air conditioner.
Extended press “device” button to
rename air conditioner.
Slide left “device” button to delete it.

1. Click the air conditioner name to enter the control interface.
Decrease setting

Trouble shooting
Description Analysis of cause
Air conditioner
can’t be configured
successfully
1. Check the mobile connected WIFI address and
password is correct;
2. Check the air conditioner under configuration
status;
3. There are any firewall or other restrictions have
been set or not;
4. check the router work normally;
5. Make sure air conditioner, router and mobile
work within signal scope
6. Check router shielding App or not
Software display: Identification failed,
It means the air conditioner has been reset, and
the mobile phone lost control permission. You
need to connect WIFI to get permission again.
Please connect the local network and refresh it.
After all still can’t work, please delete air
conditioner and wait its refresh.
Mobile can’t control
