Safety Instrucons
The mounng of a microSDHC*) card may only be carried out by qualied
personnel.
• Only use microSDHC cards that have been tested and approved by
Dallmeier. Inappropriate internal components may cause malfuncons,
damages as well as data loss and may result in the loss of warranty.
NOTICE
Damage to the contacts of RJ45 plugs/jacks caused by electrical arcs
Always switch o the used Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) – PoE
switch or PoE injector (midspan device) – and pull out its power plug
before disconnecng the camera in order to avoid damage to the
contacts of RJ45 plugs/jacks caused by electrical arcs between the
connector and the plug.
• Disconnect the camera from the used PoE switch or PoE injector (mid-
span device) before opening the camera housing.
• Beware not to disconnect the pre-assembled Cat.5e S/UTP RJ45 patch
cable inside the camera during the installaon of a microSDHC card.
• Observe all further safety instrucons that are menoned in the sep-
arately available documentaon “Commissioning” before mounng a
microSDHC card.
Required Tools/Accessories
1× Torx*) key with hollow point (T20 H) for tamper-resistant 6-lobe
security screws with pin (Torx-TR 20)
1× microSDHC card (tested and approved by Dallmeier)
