Safety Advice
Attention
In some countries approval is needed to set up a marquee/tent larger than 75 m2. It
is your responsibility to comply with local rules and regulations and to ensure that
the marquee/tent is assembled correctly.
In case of bad weather conditions, it is your responsibility to ensure the
marquee/tent is safely secured and that the marquee/tent does not cause damage
to others.

The marquee/tent must be safely secured. We recommend you secure your
marquee/tent with straps and pegs as soon as it is assembled.
Make sure to check if the marquee/tent is covered by your home contents insurance.
Marquees/tents must be evacuated under extreme weather conditions.
In the event of snow always remove snow from the roof of the marquee/tent
regularly to prevent snow from building on the roof as heavy snow can cause the
marquee/tent to collapse.
In the event of rain there is a risk of rain puddles building up on top of the roof of the
marquee/tent. Heavy rain puddles can cause the roof to collapse. It is your responsi-
bility to ensure rain puddles do not build up. As a precaution, make sure theroof of
the marquee/tent is stretched out properly and adequately over the side frames of
the marquee/tent and remove rain water regularly.

Note: Marquees are intended for events and other arrangements and are as such only
meant for short term temporary assembly and the following disassembly. Dancover
warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted,
in accordance with written use instructions or manual. The warranty does not apply to

Installation:
Unroll and unfold the tent roof on the desired location. Keep the tent
roof as square as possible. Pull the perimeter of the tent as tight as
possible. The centre of the tent roof will not be tight or lay at due to
the peak of the tent.
Layout all parts around the tent as show, placed anchors approximately
100cm from the grommet locations. 1 pole to each grommet location.
Connect the 2 corner sidepole parts (item no. 1 & 2).

Insert the corner sidepole pin through "D" ring, and brass grommet. Set two pieces
of adjustable rope on the pole pin after sliding the sidepole into the roof. Push the
corner sidepole to an upright position.
Set the adjustable rope at a 90° degree angle. Repeat at all 4 corners, and tie the
ropes to the anchors. Adjust the handle to strengthen the rope and make all poles
stable.

Connect item parts no. 3, 2x no. 4, no. 5 to make a complete centre pole. Insert
the centre pole tip through the centre "D" ring and brass grommet, make sure
that the tip is not caught on any part of the tent roof. Push the centre pole into
an upright position.
STEP 6
Once the corner sidepoles and centre poles are all upright and vertically
aligned, add the remaining sidepoles. Insert the pole tips at each location,
through the "D" ring and brass grommet and cover with one adjustable rope
for each pole. Push the sidepoles to an upright vertical position. Tie the ropes on
the anchors. Adjust the handle to tighten the rope to make all poles stable.

Centre pole Sidepole
To secure the roof of the tent make sure to tie each string hanging
down from the roof to each pole.
If you have sidewalls included in your pack: Tighten the perimeter
rope (located inside the roof cover along the sides) in each corner
before mounting the sidewalls. Hook your sidewalls onto the perime-
ter rope beginning from the corner.

2. In case of bad weather disassemble the tent immediately.
1. The tent is designed for events and other arrangements.
Not for prolonged periods or storage.
3. Always tie the ropes hanging from the roof securely to each
centre/side pole to help prevent wind from lifting the roof (see step 7)
4. Always hammer the anchors securely into the ground
