the control knob.
oAll operation positions must be selected between the maximum and
minimum position.
oNever select a knob position between the maximum and off
position.
oThe symbol on the control panel, next to the control knob will
indicate which gas burner it operates.

damp cloth that has been put into warm soapy water. The cloth
should be wrung out after being taken out of the soapy water.

oRemove the hob burners by pulling them upwards and away
from the hob top.
oSoak them for about ten minutes in hot water and a little
detergent.
oAfter cleaning and washing them, wipe and dry them carefully.
oBefore placing the burners back on the hob top, make sure
that the gas jet is not blocked.
oIMPORTANT: Make sure that you reassemble the burners in the
original way.
Maintaining the cast iron pan stands
oIMPORTANT: Make sure that the hob surface and pan stands
have cooled before you attempt to touch them.
oWipe the pan stands over with a soft, damp cloth that has been
put into warm soapy water. The cloth should be wrung out after
being taken out of the soapy water.
oUsing a paper towel, thoroughly dry the pan stands.
oTo maintain the appearance of the cast iron pan stands, we
would recommend that you rub a small amount of olive oil into
the pan stands, after you have finished cleaning them.
The installation must be carried out by a licensed

minimum temperature rise of 85°C above the ambient
temperature of the room it is located in, during use.

14
oThis appliance can be located in a kitchen.
IMPORTANT: The appliance must not be installed in a bathroom or
shower room.

15
This appliance is classified as Class 3 and therefore is to be built into a
kitchen unit (depending on size) or 600mm worktop, providing the
following minimum distances are allowed:
oThe edges of the hob must be a minimum distance of 55 mm from
a side or rear wall.
o700 mm between the highest point of the hob surface (including the
burners) and the underside of any horizontal surface directly above
it.
o400 mm between the hob surface, providing that the underside of
the horizontal surface is in line with the outer edge of the hob. If
the underside of the horizontal surface is lower than 400 mm, then
it must be at least 50 mm away from the outer edges of the hob.
o50 mm clearance around the appliance and between the hob
surface and any combustible materials.
All models
oIMPORTANT: You must have a gap of at least 25 mm between
the underneath of the appliance and any surface that is below it.
oCarefully turn the hob upside down and place it on a cushioned
mat.
oApply the sealing strip (A) provided around the edge of the
appliance.
oThe protective covering must be removed from both sides.

16
oDo not leave a gap in the sealing agent or overlap the thickness.
oNOTE: It will be difficult to remove the hob from the aperture in
case it needed, if a silicon sealant used to seal the appliance
against the aperture.
(A) Sealing strip
(B) Clamp
(C) Screw
oPlace the clamp (B) over the holes that match the size of the
screws. There are one set of screw holes in each corner of the
hob. Slightly tighten a screw (C) through the clamp (B) so that
the clamp is attached to the hob, but so that you can still adjust
the position of it.
oCarefully turn the hob back over and then gently lower it into the
aperture hole that you have cut out.
oOn the underneath of the hob, adjust the clamps into a position
that is suitable for your worktop. Then fully tighten the screws
(C) to secure the hob into position.

17
Important information
oThis hob is supplied to run on natural gas and cannot be used
on any other type of gas without modification.
oConversion for use on LPG and other gases must only be
undertaken by a licensed professional.

air vent of 50cm² (effective area). Unless it has a door which
opens directly to the outside.
oIf the room has a volume of less than 5m³, it will require an air
vent of 100cm² (effective area).
oIf it is installed in a room with a volume that exceeds 11m³, then
no air vent is required.
oConsideration must be taken if there are any other fuel burning
appliances in the same room.
oEnsure that the room containing the hob is well ventilated, keep
natural ventilation holes or install a mechanical ventilation device
(mechanical cooker hood).

oProlonged intensive use of the appliance may call for additional
ventilation, either by the opening of a window, or by increasing
the level of the mechanical ventilation device (where present).
oThis hob is not fitted with a device for discharging the products
of combustion. Ensure that the ventilation rules and regulations
are followed.
oThe walls behind and near the hob should be resistant to heat,
steam and condensation.
oRemember that the quantity of air necessary for combustion
must never be less than 2m³/h for each kW of power (see total
power in kW on the appliance rating plate).
Dual gas regulator valve introduction
Product Features:
oThis product has a low-pressure pipeline regulator valve, built-in
voltage regulator for gas products.
Gas connection
Install in accordance with relevant gas standards and/or codes of practice applicable.
Connect the elbow fitting to the appliance gas manifold connection, and check that
seals between the elbow and manifold connection are in place and in good condition.
For NG or LPG you need to install the regulator ( picture below) supplied with the
appliance. There regulator has a test point to enable an anthourised licenced
plumber / gasfitter to check for gas leaks after the cooktops installation.

Installation Method:
Users to install the external threads coated with an appropriate amount of sealant to seal
can also choose other sealing methods.
Out of gas regulator valve thread must match the connecting thread with the gas.
Regulator valve installation location must be perpendicular.
After installation, open the gas source switch, and check valvebody with soap and water
connections for leaks.
The gas kinds of conversion method:
Regulator valve factory set to natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas for conversion of
gas species, with special tools counterclockwise to open the top cover (Figure 1).
Remove the adapter from the top cover (Figure 2).
Ripped out the adapter inverted Replace the top cover (Figure 3).
Inverted the assembled adapters top cover, replace the regulator valve (Figure 4) .

oNatural gas and liquefied petroleum gas conversion function,
need to be set manually.

20
Please note:
Do not adjust the regulator valve body piece in the above procedure, otherwise it
will affect the performance parameters set in the factory.
WARNING:
·Regulator valve outlet pressure is set at the factory, please do not adjust in order
to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
·Use gas with assessment remember to turn off the gas source.
·If you find any abnormality of the regulator valve, stop use and contact your
dealer or manufacturer processing.
·Do not demolished their own maintenance.
After connecting to gas, check for leaks using soapy solution, never a naked flame.
p
test point ada tor. Adjust regulator to the required pressure as
shown on data plate, check burner ignition & and the flame is
burning correctly.
Fit the duplicate data plate (supplied in separate bag) on a surface adjacent to the
hotplate, for example, the inside of the cupboard door so it is clearly visible for any
service technician.
