Before o erating this vehicle, read all the instructions for safe assembly and o erations. User’s manual can guide you
through the functions and usage of Electric scooter. Before using this Electric scooter, familiarize yourself with how to
o erate, so that you can kee the Electric scooter in the best condition ossible.
This a liance can be used by children aged from 14 years and above and ersons with reduced hysical, sensory or
mental ca abilities or lack of ex erience and knowledge if they have been given su ervision or instruction
concerning use of the a liance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not lay with the a liance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without su ervision.

1 Product and Accessories
Important!
This electric scooter must be charged and stored in a safe way.
For safety reason and rotect battery life, never charge the electric scooter in tem eratures below 5 °C
or above 45 °C. Equally, always disconnect the electric scooter with the ower cable once fully charged.
Always use the su lied ower ada ter to charge the electric scooter.

2 Unfolding and folding the scooter
Unfolding the scooter
1) Position the electric scooter on its wheels like below.
2) Push the security lock u , then ull the red unlock clas as indicated in the arrow below.
3) Raise the handle slowly.
4) The electric scooter is unfolded as soon as you hear the rod clicks into lace.
Folding the scooter

1) Push the security lock u , then ull the red unlock clas as indicated in the arrow below.
2) Press the front tube of the electric scooter downward.
3) The rod clicks audibly into lace.

3 Handle bar assembl
1) Parts inside the ackaging: two handlebars
2) Change dis lay angle: Loosen the screw on the handle bar, and rotate the axle to make
the handlebar meter screen u wards while the and dis lay screen turn inwards in a
horizontal level. Remember to tighten screws again.
3) Before o erating the electric scooter, turn the handlebar gri s, and carefully check all the
com onents to make sure that the steering is correctly installed as described above, and that all
connecting arts are secure and fully functional.

4 Charging the scooter
Connect the su lied ower ada ter to the charging ort of the electric scooter.

5 Intended Use
The Electric scooter is neither a means of transport nor sports equipment, but a device for personal
entertainment. The Electric scooter for domestic use onl and onl b a person aged at least 14 with a
maximum weight of 100 kg. The other parameters for the permissible operation of the Electric scooter are
defined in the section (“10. List of parameters”) . Importantl , the Electric scooter ma onl be operated in
good visibilit conditions and onl if the ph sical conditions for stabilit on the Electric scooter are met (for
example, not on one leg/not under the influence of drugs or alcohol). When operating the electric scooter,
the operator must wear personal protective equipment specified in the section (“13. Warnings” > 13.2
Preparation”).
6 Safet Instruction
We recommend always wearing helmet and rotective gear like elbow, knee and wrist rotectors to ensure
your ersonal safety.
Also make sure you have read the user manual carefully, to ensure you know how to ride it in a safe and
fun way.
The Electric scooter is for domestic use only.
It is your res onsibility to be aware of and com ly with all regulations. If there are no regulations for this
Electric scooter in your country, lease take care of your own safety and the safety of others.
Also ay attention to other eo le. Always ride safely and only at a s eed that allows you to brake safely
at any time. A common thing for such roducts is that there is a risk that you may fall off the roduct and
injure yourself. Always ride as safely as ossible.
If lending the electric scooter to friends and family, lease make sure they use ro er rotective gear and
know how to ride it.
Before riding the electric scooter, lease check that all arts are working as su osed to. If any loose
arts, abnormal noise, reduced battery life etc. are detected, lease contact your retailer for roduct
service and warranty. Do not re air the electric scooter yourself.
Ins ect the rear tire, rear brake, and brake ad according to Section 7 of the maintenance s ecification
in this o erating instructions. The electric scooter may become unstable if the rear brake is deformed or
loose. This is because the distance between the brake ad and the rear wheel becomes too small,
ossibly leading to a blocked rear wheel.
Avoid a lying too much force or ste ing on the rear fender ermanently. This may cause the fender to
loosen or damage the s ring holding the fender.
As a result, the brake ad constantly touches the wheel and the motor tem erature increases due to the
additional resistance. The rear tire can also get loose if the brake is in constant braking osition.

Avoid constant braking. As a result, the tires will not only wear off, but also become hot. This will soften
the rubber and it will no longer have the same gri on the road as usual. Do not touch the tire after
braking.
If you hear unusual noises or notice friction when switching on the electric scooter, a bearing may be
damaged. A worn bearing may even be indicated by strong vibration of the handlebar. In this case,
lease contact your retailer since the bearing needs to be re laced and/or the handlebar checked and
adjusted.
Ride the electric scooter only on a dry surface since otherwise the riding safety and braking erformance
may be im aired and the motor or bearings may be damaged.
Please do not ride u or down long and stee slo es.
Sto riding when you receive the "Low Battery Warning". The electric scooter then moves only slowly
and does not have the same traction as normal and the electric brake does not work. In this case, lease
use the rear brake to sto the electric scooter. Get off the Electric scooter as soon as the s eed allows to
do that safely.
Do not use the electric brake and the throttle at the same time.
A normally working Electric scooter o erates safely and quietly. If you hear noises or notice bum y
o eration, lease check wheels, bearings, and brakes. Contact your customer service for re air and
maintenance, if necessary.
7 Maintenance
●Storage and cleaning
If your Electric scooter gets dirty, lease clean it with a dam cloth. (you can use a stiff brush first to get
the worst dirt off and then use a cloth afterwards to clean it.). It is also ossible to use a little
tooth aste if the dirt is stuck. Remember to clean with dam cloth after this.
Please make sure to kee the electric scooter turned off while cleaning it, and make sure to cover the
charging in ut to avoid roblems with the electronics.
Please notice : Do not use alcohol, gas, kerosene or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents. This
can damage both the a earance and the internal structure of the electric scooter. You may not use
ressured water‐gun or running water either.
Please store your Electric scooter in a dry and cool environment when not in use. Avoid leaving it
outdoors, as it is not made for use in wet areas. Nor is it good to ex ose to high tem eratures
caused by direct sun for a long time.
●Maintenance of batteries
Please make sure the batteries do not get over 50° Celsius, or minus 10° Celsius for a longer eriod of
time. (e.g don’t leave the electric scooter in a hot car in summer, do not ut batteries into fire etc.) Low
tem erature (e.g. subzero tem erature) can damage the battery cells.
Kee the Electric scooter away from o en flame or other sources of heat to revent the battery from
getting too hot. Also make sure not to leave the electric scooter at freezing tem eratures. Both heat and
excessive cold can cause the battery to discharge.
Please avoid draining the batteries 100%. It is best to charge them while there is still ower on them.
This will extend battery life. Also if riding the electric scooterin cold or very hot areas, the battery time
can be lower than when riding in tem eratures from 15‐25° Celsius. This is not a failure on the
batteries, but normal behavior.

Do not overcharge and discharge the battery.
Make sure that the battery is charged at regular intervals, even if you do not use the electric scooter for
a long time. This is to revent damage to the battery caused by low voltage over an extended eriod.
Please notice: Even fully charged batteries will run out of ower if the electric scooter is not used
for a eriod of time. Ex ect between 90 and 120 days in off mode if batteries are fully discharged. If
only artially charged, this eriod of time is lower.
Please make sure to charge the batteries before they are 100% out of ower, to avoid damaging the
battery cells. (damaged battery caused by wrong handling are not covered by the warranty)
It is forbidden to disassemble battery ackage. This is only to be handled by official service re air
centers and rofessionals.
●Maintaining bearings
The electric scooter has sealed and dust roof bearings so that no lubrication is required. Check the
bearings for wear at regular intervals to avoid unsafe riding. Do not jum on and off and do not a ly
excessive force otherwise to avoid damage to the bearings. This is not a s orts electric scooter.
●Maintaining wheels
Check the wheels for wear at regular intervals to avoid unsafe riding.
●Maintaining the brake
The brake ad is made of metal. Check the brake ad for wear at regular intervals to avoid unsafe riding.
Do not a ly excessive force to avoid damage to the brake.
●Maintaining screws and other fasteners
Make sure that all screws are ro erly tightened to avoid unsafe situations.
WARNING
●Please make sure to check that the steering s stem is correctl adjusted and that
all connection components are firml secured and not broken before riding, refer to
handlebar assembl and safet instruction.
●Please read operation guide and warnings of correct techniques for use and
braking
●Alwa s wear shoes.
●When self-locking nuts and other self- locking fixings ma lose their effectiveness.
●All parts and materials of electric scooter cannot be changed, modifications are not
allowed.

7.1 Button
There are three buttons in the dis lay, Power button, S eed u button and S eed down button.▲ ▼

Power On: Long ress the ower button until the dis lay lights u .
Power Off: Long ress the ower button until the dis lay goes out and the system is off.
1. Battery ower dis lay: it shows the current remaining battery ca acity.
2. Power off automatically: After the dis lay is idle for more than 5 minutes, the Electric scooter
automatically turns off.
Change dis lay information: When the Electric scooter is on, short ress the ower button , change
the showing data on the dis lay, TIME, ODO, DIS and other characters res ectively. When it is showing
time, it indicates the running time after switching on. The time will be cleared after switching off. When
it is showing DIS, it indicates the driving distance after switching on, and it will be cleared after ower
off. When it is showing ODO, it indicates the total mileage, which will be retained unless it is manually
cleared.

Change the gear: Short ress or button to change the gear level (Gear 3 is fast s eed, Gear 2 is▲ ▼
medium s eed, and Gear 1 is slow s eed).
Acceleration: Gently ress the accelerator button to s eed u (The de th of the ress is related to the
gear level you have set).
Deceleration: Gently ress the deceleration dial to slow down. The dee er the ress, the greater the
deceleration (the deceleration is relevant to the formation of the ress, and ushing too hard can not
increase the braking force and may cause damage to the brake dial).
Clear total mileage: Press and buttons at the same time, then ress the ower button ▲ ▼ to switch
on the Electric scooter, and the total mileage will be cleared.
Im ortant: Press and buttons at the same time, then ress the ower button ▲ ▼ and select P3
mode, when arameter value is 0, it will start with zero. When arameter value is 1, it will start with
non-zero.
(Zero start: When starting, the Electric scooter in a stationary case, ress the accelerator to start driving.)
(Non-zero start: When starting, the Electric scooter is static, ress the accelerator and the Electric
scooter does not work, ush the Electric scooter manually to start driving, the Electric scooter works.
factory default is non-zero start. )
You have to manually move the Electric scooter with your foot before the accelerator button works.
8 Electric scooter riding
Rear brake
1. Press and buttons to adjust s eed level.▲ ▼
2. Press the accelerator button to accelerate, so you can drive.
3. Press the brake button to brake.
4. When you ress the accelerator and electric brake button at the same time, the Electric scooter will
automatically brake
5. For safety, the rear wheel brake system must be used when driving at high s eed.
6. When driving at night, ress the headlight switch button to turn on the headlight.
8.1
8.1 Front and Back LED Light

1) Front LED light
The scooter is equi ed with a front LED light. Power on the scooter, then ress and hold the button▲
(s eed u button) for 3 seconds to turn on the front LED light. Press and hold the button (s eed u▲
button) for 3 seconds again to turn off the front LED light.
2) Rear LED lamp
The scooter is equi ed with a rear LED lam . The rear LED lam is owered by 2 AA batteries (not
included).
1) Detach the LED lam from the scooter as indicated in the figure below.
2) As indicated in the figure below, o en the LED housing by using a coin, and load 2 AA batteries
according to correct olarity, then close the housing.

3) After loading the batteries, attach the LED lam back to the scooter.
Press “PUSH” to turn the LED lam on or off.
Press “PUSH” a first time to make the LED lam flash.
Press “PUSH” a second time to make the LED lam light u constantly.
Press “PUSH” a third time to turn the LED lam off.

10 Electric scooter safe parking
Once you have sto ed the Electric scooter, get off it and ress the side stand down with your right foot
to su ort the Electric scooter. The side stand is located on the left-hand side of the Electric scooter
below the foot board.
Before you ride again, ush the side stand back u so that it is arallel to the foot board.
11 Safe transportation
Pack the Electric scooter flat, don’t dro the Electric scooter during the trans ortation, don’t to ut the
Electric scooter near fire or ex losive materials.
12 Warnings
12.1
12.1 Risks of riding
WARNING
First, learn safe riding before you ride the Electric scooter fast.
- Failure to observe, loss of control, falls, and violations of the rules can cause injuries.
- S eed and range de end on the rider's weight, terrain, tem erature, and riding style.
- Wear a helmet and rotective clothing when riding the Electric scooter.
- Read the o erating instructions carefully before riding the Electric scooter.
- For use only in a dry environment.
- The Electric scooter may not be used on ublic roads.
- Make sure that this roduct com lies with local regulations.
- For domestic use only
12.2
12.2 Preparation
- First, charge the battery com letely.
- Wear a helmet, knee and elbow ads, as well as earmuffs/ear lugs.
- Do not wear loose clothing or o en laces that can get caught in the Electric scooter wheels.
12.3
12.3 Weight restriction
Reason for the weight restriction:
●Ensuring the rider's safety;
●Avoiding damage due to overload.

12.4 Range per charge
The range de ends on several factors:
●To ogra hy: On level aths you have a greater range than on uneven ground.
●Weight: The range de ends on the rider's weight.
●Tem erature: Extreme tem eratures reduce the range.
●Maintenance: If the Electric scooter is charged ro erly and the battery is ke t in good condition,
the range will be extended.
●S eed and riding style: The range is greater at constant s eed than at frequent sto s and starts,
acceleration and braking.

12.5 Safe riding
This cha ter focuses on safety, ex erience, and warnings. Before o erating the vehicle, lease read all
installation and o erating instructions carefully.
WARNING
Familiarize yourself with the vehicle before you use it so that you can kee the Electric scooter in sound
condition.
●Observe all safety instructions when riding the Electric scooter.
●The Electric scooter is designed only for ersonal entertainment. Avoid o erating it on ublic
roads/in road traffic.
●Children, elderly eo le, and regnant women are not allowed to ride the vehicle.
●Peo le with limited sense of balance are not allowed to ride the Electric scooter.
●Avoid riding the Electric scooter under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
●Do not carry any objects while riding.
●Make sure you have a clear vision in front of you to ride the Electric scooter safely.
●While riding, your feet must always be on the foot board.
●The Electric scooter can accommodate only one erson.
●Do not start or sto abru tly.

●Avoid riding on stee slo es.
●Sto riding the Electric scooter if you hit a solid object (such as a wall or other structure) with it.
●Do not ride in dimly lit or dark laces.
●Ride the Electric scooter at your own risk, we assume no liability for accidents or damage.
●Ride at a safe s eed that allows you to sto at any time.
●Kee the Electric scooter at a sufficient distance from other eo le and avoid collisions.
●Steer through balance shifting, fast movement can result in falls.
●Do not ride in rain or under other wet conditions. Ride only in dry weather.
●Avoid riding over obstacles, if ossible, and avoid snow, ice, and sli ery surfaces.
●Avoid riding over textiles, small branches, and stones, if ossible.
●Avoid riding in narrow laces or in laces with obstacles, if ossible.
●Jum ing on and off the Electric scooter will cause damage that is not covered by the warranty. There
is a risk of injury. Injuries and damage due to "trick riding" are not covered by the warranty.
12.6
12.6 Charging
●Make sure that the Electric scooter, charger, and DC ower in ut of the device are always dry.
●Note: To charge this Electric scooter, use SOLELY the su lied XHK-970-42020 charger with the
following out ut: 42 V -2 A.
●Using a different charger may cause damage to the device and other otential risks.
●Use the mains ada ter to lug the DC in ut of the device into a conventional socket.
●Make sure that the green indicator on the mains ada ter is on.
●The red indicator lights u when ro erly charged; if this is not the case, lease check the
connections.
●If the indicator on the charger switches from red to green, the battery is fully charged.
●Now you can sto the charging cycle. Overcharge shortens the battery life.
●The charging rocess takes u to 3 hours. Do not charge the battery for more than 3 hours. After 3
hours, disconnect the charger from the device and the ower su ly. Overcharge reduces the
battery service life.
●The roduct must not be charged over extended eriods.
●Always kee an eye on the device throughout the charging cycle.
●Charge the device only at tem eratures between 0 °C and +45 °C.
●When charging at lower or higher tem eratures, there is a risk that the battery erformance will be
reduced. Therefore, there is a otential risk of injuries and material damage.
●Store and charge the device in an o en, dry area away from combustible materials.
●Do not charge the device in direct sunlight or in the vicinity of o en flames.
●Do not charge the device immediately after use. Allow the device to cool down for an hour before
charging it.
●If the device is left to other eo le, it must be charged artially (20 - 50%), not fully.

●Do not remove the device from its ackage to fully charge it and then ut it back in the ackage.
●The device is generally artially charged as shi ed from the factory. Kee the device artially
charged until it is used.
●Allow the Electric scooter to cool down for at least 1 hour before it can be ut in the ackage.
●Do not leave the device ex osed to sunlight in a car.
CAUTION
The Electric scooter must not be used during the charging cycle!
●The LED indicator on the battery charger lights red during the charging rocess.
●The LED indicator on the charger will light green when the charging rocess is com lete.
●After charging, disconnect the charger from the mains and the Electric scooter.
CAUTION
Connect the DC cable su lied with the Electric scooter only to the DC in ut!
●Do not insert foreign objects into the DC in ut.
CAUTION
●Do not remove the rotective ca from the DC in ut!
●Remove the ca only when charging the Electric scooter!
●After charging, disconnect the DC lug and close the DC in ut again with the ca !
WARNING
Make sure that neither water nor other liquids enetrate into the inner com onents of the Electric
scooter; otherwise, the electronics/batteries of the device could be ermanently damaged. There is a
risk of injury.
CAUTION
●Do not o en the electric scooter casing, otherwise the warranty is invalidated.
WARNING
●Make sure to wear helmet and rotective clothing before using the Electric scooter.
●Make sure to read manual carefully before using the Electric scooter.
●The Electric scooter is not intended for use on ublic roads nor in traffic
