throu h the functions and usa e of Electric scooter. Before usin this Electric scooter, familiarize yourself with how to
operate, so that you can keep the Electric scooter in the best condition possible.
This appliance can be used by children a ed from 14 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowled e if they have been iven supervision or instruction
concernin use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleanin and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

1 Product and Accessories
Important!
This electric scooter must be char ed and stored in a safe way.
For safety reason and protect battery life, never char e the electric scooter in temperatures below 5 °C
or above 45 °C. Equally, always disconnect the electric scooter with the power cable once fully char ed.
Always use the supplied power adapter to char e the electric scooter.

2 Unfolding and folding the scooter
Unfolding the scooter
1) Position the electric scooter on its wheels like below.
2) Push the security lock up, then pull the red unlock clasp as indicated in the arrow below.
3) Raise the handle slowly.
4) The electric scooter is unfolded as soon as you hear the rod clicks into place.
Folding the scooter

1) Push the security lock up, then pull the red unlock clasp as indicated in the arrow below.
2) Press the front tube of the electric scooter downward.
3) The rod clicks audibly into place.

3 Handle bar assembl

2) Chan e display an le: Loosen the screw on the handle bar, and rotate the axle to make
the handlebar meter screen upwards while the and display screen turn inwards in a
horizontal level. Remember to ti hten screws a ain.
3) Before operatin the electric scooter, turn the handlebar rips, and carefully check all the
components to make sure that the steerin is correctly installed as described above, and that all
connectin parts are secure and fully functional.

4 Charging the scooter
Connect the supplied power adapter to the char in port of the electric scooter.

5 Intended Use
The Electric scooter is neither a means of transport nor sports equipment, but a device for personal
entertainment. The Electric scooter for domestic use onl and onl b a person aged at least 14 with a
maximum weight of 100 kg. The other parameters for the permissible operation of the Electric scooter are
defined in the section (“10. List of parameters”) . Importantl , the Electric scooter ma onl be operated in
good visibilit conditions and onl if the ph sical conditions for stabilit on the Electric scooter are met (for
example, not on one leg/not under the influence of drugs or alcohol). When operating the electric scooter,
the operator must wear personal protective equipment specified in the section (“13. Warnings” > 13.2
Preparation”).
6 Safet Instruction
We recommend always wearin helmet and protective ear like elbow, knee and wrist protectors to ensure
your personal safety.
Also make sure you have read the user manual carefully, to ensure you know how to ride it in a safe and
fun way.
The Electric scooter is for domestic use only.
It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all re ulations. If there are no re ulations for this
Electric scooter in your country, please take care of your own safety and the safety of others.
Also pay attention to other people. Always ride safely and only at a speed that allows you to brake safely
at any time. A common thin for such products is that there is a risk that you may fall off the product and
injure yourself. Always ride as safely as possible.
If lendin the electric scooter to friends and family, please make sure they use proper protective ear and
know how to ride it.
Before ridin the electric scooter, please check that all parts are workin as supposed to. If any loose
parts, abnormal noise, reduced battery life etc. are detected, please contact your retailer for product
service and warranty. Do not repair the electric scooter yourself.
Inspect the rear tire, rear brake, and brake pad accordin to Section 7 of the maintenance specification
in this operatin instructions. The electric scooter may become unstable if the rear brake is deformed or
loose. This is because the distance between the brake pad and the rear wheel becomes too small,
possibly leadin to a blocked rear wheel.
Avoid applyin too much force or steppin on the rear fender permanently. This may cause the fender to
loosen or dama e the sprin holdin the fender.
As a result, the brake pad constantly touches the wheel and the motor temperature increases due to the
additional resistance. The rear tire can also et loose if the brake is in constant brakin position.

Avoid constant brakin . As a result, the tires will not only wear off, but also become hot. This will soften
the rubber and it will no lon er have the same rip on the road as usual. Do not touch the tire after
brakin .
If you hear unusual noises or notice friction when switchin on the electric scooter, a bearin may be
dama ed. A worn bearin may even be indicated by stron vibration of the handlebar. In this case,
please contact your retailer since the bearin needs to be replaced and/or the handlebar checked and
adjusted.
Ride the electric scooter only on a dry surface since otherwise the ridin safety and brakin performance
may be impaired and the motor or bearin s may be dama ed.
Please do not ride up or down lon and steep slopes.
Stop ridin when you receive the "Low Battery Warnin ". The electric scooter then moves only slowly
and does not have the same traction as normal and the electric brake does not work. In this case, please
use the rear brake to stop the electric scooter. Get off the Electric scooter as soon as the speed allows to
do that safely.
Do not use the electric brake and the throttle at the same time.
A normally workin Electric scooter operates safely and quietly. If you hear noises or notice bumpy
operation, please check wheels, bearin s, and brakes. Contact your customer service for repair and
maintenance, if necessary.
7 Maintenance
●Stora e and cleanin
If your Electric scooter ets dirty, please clean it with a damp cloth. (you can use a stiff brush first to et
the worst dirt off and then use a cloth afterwards to clean it.). It is also possible to use a little
toothpaste if the dirt is stuck. Remember to clean with damp cloth after this.
Please make sure to keep the electric scooter turned off while cleanin it, and make sure to cover the
char in input to avoid problems with the electronics.
Please notice : Do not use alcohol, as, kerosene or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents. This
can dama e both the appearance and the internal structure of the electric scooter. You may not use
pressured water‐ un or runnin water either.
Please store your Electric scooter in a dry and cool environment when not in use. Avoid leavin it
outdoors, as it is not made for use in wet areas. Nor is it ood to expose to hi h temperatures
caused by direct sun for a lon time.
●Maintenance of batteries
Please make sure the batteries do not et over 50° Celsius, or minus 10° Celsius for a lon er period of
time. (e. don’t leave the electric scooter in a hot car in summer, do not put batteries into fire etc.) Low
temperature (e. . subzero temperature) can dama e the battery cells.
Keep the Electric scooter away from open flame or other sources of heat to prevent the battery from
ettin too hot. Also make sure not to leave the electric scooter at freezin temperatures. Both heat and
excessive cold can cause the battery to dischar e.
Please avoid drainin the batteries 100%. It is best to char e them while there is still power on them.
This will extend battery life. Also if ridin the electric scooterin cold or very hot areas, the battery time
can be lower than when ridin in temperatures from 15‐25° Celsius. This is not a failure on the
batteries, but normal behavior.

Do not overchar e and dischar e the battery.
Make sure that the battery is char ed at re ular intervals, even if you do not use the electric scooter for
a lon time. This is to prevent dama e to the battery caused by low volta e over an extended period.
Please notice: Even fully char ed batteries will run out of power if the electric scooter is not used
for a period of time. Expect between 90 and 120 days in off mode if batteries are fully dischar ed. If
only partially char ed, this period of time is lower.
Please make sure to char e the batteries before they are 100% out of power, to avoid dama in the
battery cells. (dama ed battery caused by wron handlin are not covered by the warranty)
It is forbidden to disassemble battery packa e. This is only to be handled by official service repair
centers and professionals.
●Maintainin bearin s
The electric scooter has sealed and dustproof bearin s so that no lubrication is required. Check the
bearin s for wear at re ular intervals to avoid unsafe ridin . Do not jump on and off and do not apply
excessive force otherwise to avoid dama e to the bearin s. This is not a sports electric scooter.
●Maintainin wheels
Check the wheels for wear at re ular intervals to avoid unsafe ridin .
●Maintainin the brake
The brake pad is made of metal. Check the brake pad for wear at re ular intervals to avoid unsafe ridin .
Do not apply excessive force to avoid dama e to the brake.
●Maintainin screws and other fasteners
Make sure that all screws are properly ti htened to avoid unsafe situations.
WARNING
●Please make sure to check that the steering s stem is correctl adjusted and that
all connection components are firml secured and not broken before riding, refer to
handlebar assembl and safet instruction.
●Please read operation guide and warnings of correct techniques for use and
braking
●Alwa s wear shoes.
●When self-locking nuts and other self- locking fixings ma lose their effectiveness.
●All parts and materials of electric scooter cannot be changed, modifications are not
allowed.

7.1 Button
There are three buttons in the display, Power button, Speed up button and Speed down button.▲ ▼

Power On: Lon press the power button until the display li hts up.
Power Off: Lon press the power button until the display oes out and the system is off.
1. Battery power display: it shows the current remainin battery capacity.
2. Power off automatically: After the display is idle for more than 5 minutes, the Electric scooter
automatically turns off.
Chan e display information: When the Electric scooter is on, short press the power button , chan e
the showin data on the display, TIME, ODO, DIS and other characters respectively. When it is showin
time, it indicates the runnin time after switchin on. The time will be cleared after switchin off. When
it is showin DIS, it indicates the drivin distance after switchin on, and it will be cleared after power
off. When it is showin ODO, it indicates the total milea e, which will be retained unless it is manually
cleared.

Chan e the ear: Short press or button to chan e the ear level (Gear 3 is fast speed, Gear 2 is▲ ▼
medium speed, and Gear 1 is slow speed).
Acceleration: Gently press the accelerator button to speed up (The depth of the press is related to the
ear level you have set).
Deceleration: Gently press the deceleration dial to slow down. The deeper the press, the reater the
deceleration (the deceleration is relevant to the formation of the press, and pushin too hard can not
increase the brakin force and may cause dama e to the brake dial).
Clear total milea e: Press and buttons at the same time, then press the power button ▲ ▼ to switch
on the Electric scooter, and the total milea e will be cleared.
Important: Press and buttons at the same time, then press the power button ▲ ▼ and select P3
mode, when parameter value is 0, it will start with zero. When parameter value is 1, it will start with
non-zero.
(Zero start: When startin , the Electric scooter in a stationary case, press the accelerator to start drivin .)
(Non-zero start: When startin , the Electric scooter is static, press the accelerator and the Electric
scooter does not work, push the Electric scooter manually to start drivin , the Electric scooter works.
factory default is non-zero start. )
You have to manually move the Electric scooter with your foot before the accelerator button works.
8 Electric scooter riding
Rear brake
1. Press and buttons to adjust speed level.▲ ▼
2. Press the accelerator button to accelerate, so you can drive.
3. Press the brake button to brake.
4. When you press the accelerator and electric brake button at the same time, the Electric scooter will
automatically brake
5. For safety, the rear wheel brake system must be used when drivin at hi h speed.
6. When drivin at ni ht, press the headli ht switch button to turn on the headli ht.
8.1
8.1 Front and Back LED Light

1) Front LED light
The scooter is equipped with a front LED li ht. Power on the scooter, then press and hold the button▲
(speed up button) for 3 seconds to turn on the front LED li ht. Press and hold the button (speed up▲
button) for 3 seconds a ain to turn off the front LED li ht.
2) Rear LED lamp
The scooter is equipped with a rear LED lamp. The rear LED lamp is powered by 2 AA batteries (not
included).
1) Detach the LED lamp from the scooter as indicated in the fi ure below.
2) As indicated in the fi ure below, open the LED housin by usin a coin, and load 2 AA batteries
accordin to correct polarity, then close the housin .

3) After loadin the batteries, attach the LED lamp back to the scooter.
Press “PUSH” to turn the LED lamp on or off.
Press “PUSH” a first time to make the LED lamp flash.
Press “PUSH” a second time to make the LED lamp li ht up constantly.
Press “PUSH” a third time to turn the LED lamp off.

10 Electric scooter safe parking
Once you have stopped the Electric scooter, et off it and press the side stand down with your ri ht foot
to support the Electric scooter. The side stand is located on the left-hand side of the Electric scooter
below the foot board.
Before you ride a ain, push the side stand back up so that it is parallel to the foot board.
11 Safe transportation
Pack the Electric scooter flat, don’t drop the Electric scooter durin the transportation, don’t to put the
Electric scooter near fire or explosive materials.
12 Warnings
12.1
12.1 Risks of riding
WARNING
First, learn safe ridin before you ride the Electric scooter fast.
- Failure to observe, loss of control, falls, and violations of the rules can cause injuries.
- Speed and ran e depend on the rider's wei ht, terrain, temperature, and ridin style.
- Wear a helmet and protective clothin when ridin the Electric scooter.
- Read the operatin instructions carefully before ridin the Electric scooter.
- For use only in a dry environment.
- The Electric scooter may not be used on public roads.
- Make sure that this product complies with local re ulations.
- For domestic use only
12.2
12.2 Preparation
- First, char e the battery completely.
- Wear a helmet, knee and elbow pads, as well as earmuffs/earplu s.
- Do not wear loose clothin or open laces that can et cau ht in the Electric scooter wheels.
12.3
12.3 Weight restriction
Reason for the wei ht restriction:

12.4 Range per charge
The ran e depends on several factors:
●Topo raphy: On level paths you have a reater ran e than on uneven round.
●Wei ht: The ran e depends on the rider's wei ht.
●Temperature: Extreme temperatures reduce the ran e.
●Maintenance: If the Electric scooter is char ed properly and the battery is kept in ood condition,
the ran e will be extended.
●Speed and ridin style: The ran e is reater at constant speed than at frequent stops and starts,
acceleration and brakin .

12.5 Safe riding
This chapter focuses on safety, experience, and warnin s. Before operatin the vehicle, please read all
installation and operatin instructions carefully.
WARNING
Familiarize yourself with the vehicle before you use it so that you can keep the Electric scooter in sound
condition.
●Observe all safety instructions when ridin the Electric scooter.
●The Electric scooter is desi ned only for personal entertainment. Avoid operatin it on public
roads/in road traffic.
●Children, elderly people, and pre nant women are not allowed to ride the vehicle.
●People with limited sense of balance are not allowed to ride the Electric scooter.
●Avoid ridin the Electric scooter under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
●Do not carry any objects while ridin .
●Make sure you have a clear vision in front of you to ride the Electric scooter safely.
●While ridin , your feet must always be on the foot board.
●The Electric scooter can accommodate only one person.
●Do not start or stop abruptly.

●Avoid ridin on steep slopes.
●Stop ridin the Electric scooter if you hit a solid object (such as a wall or other structure) with it.
●Do not ride in dimly lit or dark places.
●Ride the Electric scooter at your own risk, we assume no liability for accidents or dama e.
●Ride at a safe speed that allows you to stop at any time.
●Keep the Electric scooter at a sufficient distance from other people and avoid collisions.
●Steer throu h balance shiftin , fast movement can result in falls.
●Do not ride in rain or under other wet conditions. Ride only in dry weather.
●Avoid ridin over obstacles, if possible, and avoid snow, ice, and slippery surfaces.
●Avoid ridin over textiles, small branches, and stones, if possible.
●Avoid ridin in narrow places or in places with obstacles, if possible.
●Jumpin on and off the Electric scooter will cause dama e that is not covered by the warranty. There
is a risk of injury. Injuries and dama e due to "trick ridin " are not covered by the warranty.
12.6
12.6 Charging
●Make sure that the Electric scooter, char er, and DC power input of the device are always dry.
●Note: To char e this Electric scooter, use SOLELY the supplied XHK-970-42020 char er with the
followin output: 42 V -2 A.
●Usin a different char er may cause dama e to the device and other potential risks.
●Use the mains adapter to plu the DC input of the device into a conventional socket.
●Make sure that the reen indicator on the mains adapter is on.
●The red indicator li hts up when properly char ed; if this is not the case, please check the
connections.
●If the indicator on the char er switches from red to reen, the battery is fully char ed.
●Now you can stop the char in cycle. Overchar e shortens the battery life.
●The char in process takes up to 3 hours. Do not char e the battery for more than 3 hours. After 3
hours, disconnect the char er from the device and the power supply. Overchar e reduces the
battery service life.
●The product must not be char ed over extended periods.
●Always keep an eye on the device throu hout the char in cycle.
●Char e the device only at temperatures between 0 °C and +45 °C.
●When char in at lower or hi her temperatures, there is a risk that the battery performance will be
reduced. Therefore, there is a potential risk of injuries and material dama e.
●Store and char e the device in an open, dry area away from combustible materials.
●Do not char e the device in direct sunli ht or in the vicinity of open flames.
●Do not char e the device immediately after use. Allow the device to cool down for an hour before
char in it.
●If the device is left to other people, it must be char ed partially (20 - 50%), not fully.

●Do not remove the device from its packa e to fully char e it and then put it back in the packa e.
●The device is enerally partially char ed as shipped from the factory. Keep the device partially
char ed until it is used.
●Allow the Electric scooter to cool down for at least 1 hour before it can be put in the packa e.
●Do not leave the device exposed to sunli ht in a car.
CAUTION
The Electric scooter must not be used durin the char in cycle!
●The LED indicator on the battery char er li hts red durin the char in process.
●The LED indicator on the char er will li ht reen when the char in process is complete.
●After char in , disconnect the char er from the mains and the Electric scooter.
CAUTION
Connect the DC cable supplied with the Electric scooter only to the DC input!
●Do not insert forei n objects into the DC input.
CAUTION
●Do not remove the protective cap from the DC input!
●Remove the cap only when char in the Electric scooter!
●After char in , disconnect the DC plu and close the DC input a ain with the cap!
WARNING
Make sure that neither water nor other liquids penetrate into the inner components of the Electric
scooter; otherwise, the electronics/batteries of the device could be permanently dama ed. There is a
risk of injury.
CAUTION
●Do not open the electric scooter casin , otherwise the warranty is invalidated.
WARNING
●Make sure to wear helmet and protective clothin before usin the Electric scooter.
●Make sure to read manual carefully before usin the Electric scooter.
●The Electric scooter is not intended for use on public roads nor in traffic
