P1: ICECREAMCONSISTENCY(PRODUCTION)
• press button P and the “P1” message will start flashing on the display;

THREE-PHASE input machines: the manufacturer's setting is 65, if this needs to be adjusted, press the + or
buttons.Theadjustmentrangeis10…90(lowernumbers=thinnerconsistency,highernumbers=thickerconsistency),
but we suggest that a practical range of 60 to 70 is adopted.
MONOPHASIC input machines: the manufacturer's setting is 90, if this needs to be adjusted, press the + or
buttons. The adjustment range is 10…100 (lower numbers = thinner consistency, higher numbers = thicker
consistency), but we suggest that a practical range of 90 to 95 is adopted.
P2: CONSERVING ICE CREAMINTHECYLINDER"OVERNIGHT"
• pressbutton P and the “P2” message will start flashing on the display;
• press buttonP again and a temperature indicatingtheEXTENDED ICE CREAM CONSERVATIONin thecylinder
setting will appear on thedisplay.The factory settingis-5°C. If thisneedsto be adjusted, press the + or buttons
(lower numbers = thicker consistency, higher numbers = thinner consistency). The adjustment range is between
+6°Cand -16°C, but we suggest that a practical range of -4°C to -6°C is adopted.
P3: Reserve mix TUB TEMPERATURE
• press button P and the “P3” message will start flashing on the display;
• pressbuttonPagainandthePROGRAMMEDTUBTEMPERATURE(°C)messagewill appearonthedisplay.Ifthis
needs to be adjusted, press the + or buttons. The factory setting is +5°C. The adjustment range is from +1 to
+30°C, but we suggest this islimited to between +5°C and +6°C.

— To save new settingsandterminatea programmingoperation, press buttonPagain (or wait fora fewseconds).
6.4 Production
— Pressthe PRODUCTION pushbutton. The beater and therefrigeratingsystem
of the cylinder will come into operation.Display shows ice-cream THICKNESS,
which is going to increase;
— wait for the ice-cream to reach set THICKNESS. The beaters and the refrigerator
will stop. Nowthe ice-cream isreadyto be served.
Note: Before serving the ice-cream, it is recommended to check its
quality by pressingthe tap handle andcollectinga little of it. Please
put a container under the tap because of the potential splashes of
the ice-cream.
— Position an ice-cream cone or cup under the tap handle, then press it. After
servingthe ice-cream, BRING the taphandle toitsrest position.
After serving the ice-cream bring the tap handle EXACTLY to
its rest position. Otherwise the beater and the refrigerating
system will not stop automatically and the machine will block
for freezing.
Note: Also when the handle is up, the cylinders refrigerating system and the beater will work until the ice-
cream thickness the programmed substantiality again.
In order to get the most out of your machine:
— check regularly mixture level in the tubs;
In case that you need more than one consecutive release, constantly check the ice-cream
thickness on the Display. In order to avoid serving too soft an ice-cream, wait a few seconds
between releases, and/or alternate flavours. Mod. 320 can supply a maximumof one 75gr cone
every 18 seconds, mod. 336 a maximum of one cone every 10 seconds;
