SIM card(s) should be inserted into SIM sockets as illustrated in the following images.
The Dual SIM feature on the Digi TransPort WR11 provides support for a primary and secondary mobile service provider. The secondary
service can be used as a back-up in the event that the primary service disconnects or starts roaming.

The Digi TransPort WR11 should be positioned on a flat, level surface. The unit is designed for indoor use and should be mounted in a location
with adequate ventilation. Also, do not expose the unit to extremes of heat or cold, strong magnetic fields, or liquids.

sure you use the SIM 1 slot.

Remove the SIM door. Hold the product on a flat surface and using
a screwdriver, firmly pull the cover straight up.

Connect the cellular antenna to the connector (SMA female) on
the unit.
Note: International units come with interchangeable power supply adapters which can be used according to regional needs.

4 Configure the Unit
Connect the plug end of the power supply to the 5 volt power
connector on the device, and plug the other end into a wall
outlet.
Connect to the Web Interface: Open a Web browser (such as
Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome) on your PC and navigate
to http://192.168.1.1. If successful, you will be prompted to enter
a username and password. The default username is username,
and the default password is password.

Connect an Ethernet Cable: Connect one end of the cable to the ethernet port
on the device and the other end to an ethernet port on a PC. Ensure that the DHCP
client is enabled on the PC.
Note: The ethernet cable required for the connection is customer supplied.
The cable is not included in the package.

Note: When the signal strength is less than -101, the Signal-Strength LED is off. Place the device in a location where it gets a better signal.
Configure the APN: Browse to Configuration - Network >
Interfaces > Mobile. Select the SIM1 or SIM2 using the
drop-down box. Go to Mobile Settings, and enter the APN
name assigned to that SIM. Click Apply to apply changes
click here to save all changes.

To verify that the device is connected to the cellular network, check to see that the service LED is blinking as shown in the table.
You will also see the mobile IP address on the home page.
Insert power supply end fully and
rotate clockwise to engage
and lock.
Verify your Connection
After you have logged in, it is strongly recommended that
you immediately change the default username and password.
