Introduction
Thank you for choosing this Dimplex electric re. Please read this information guide carefully to
be able to safely install, use and maintain your product.
Important Safety Advice
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the
risk of re, electrical shock and injury to persons, including the following:
1. WARNING
Do not place material or garments on, or obstruct the air circulation around the appliance.
This appliance carries a DO NOT COVER warning
2. DAMAGE
Do not use this appliance if it has been dropped
If the appliance is damaged, check with the supplier before installation and operation.
If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or service agent or a
similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
3. LOCATION
Do not use outdoors.
Do not use in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower or swimming pool.
Do not locate the re immediately below a xed socket outlet or connection box.
Ensure that furniture, curtains or other combustible material are positioned no closer than 1
metre from the appliance.
Use this appliance on a horizontal and stable surface, or x it to a wall, if applicable.
4. PLUG POSITIONING
The appliance must be positioned so that the plug or point of isolation is accessible.
Keep the supply cord away from the front of the appliance.
5. UNPLUGGING
In the event of a fault unplug or isolate the device.
Unplug or isolate the device when not required for long periods.
6. OWNER/USER
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by Children without supervision.
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/o the appliance provided that it
has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understanding the
hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate
and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
7. ELECTRCITY
WARNING - THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED.
This appliance must be used on an AC ~ supply only and the voltage marked on the appliance
must correspond to the supply voltage. Before switching on, please read the safety advice and
operating instructions.
CAUTION - Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
WARNING - In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the appliance.

General Information
Only use ltered water in this appliance.
Always ensure that the appliance is sitting on a level surface.
Please note: Used in an environment where background noise is very low, it may be possible to hear a sound which is
related to the operation of the ame eect. This is normal and should not be a cause for concern.
If this product experiences a power surge for whatever reason the product may cut-out. This is a normal safety feature
and the product will resume operation after 30 seconds.
Once installed, never move this appliance or lay on its back, without draining the water from sump and water tank.
If you intend not using the appliance for longer than 2 weeks, drain the water from sump and water tank and dry the
sump.
The water tank, sump, sump lid, tank cap and air lters must be cleaned once every two weeks, particularly in hard
water areas.
The sump and the water tank in this product are treated with a biocidal product, Silver Biocide. This conforms with the
latest relevant ISO standard
Installation Instructions
BEFORE YOU START
1. Ensure that all packing items are removed (read any warning labels carefully) and retain all packing for possible
future use e.g. in the event of moving house or returning the appliance to your supplier.
2. Before connecting to the mains supply, check that the supply voltage is the same as that stated on the appliance.
INSTALLATION
This appliance has been designed to be housed in separately designed structures – e.g. furniture, replace surrounds etc.
To incorporate this appliance into another structure, it should be securely tted, following these guidelines:
ESSENTIAL VENTING
A suitable air vent is essential to ensure that air can circulate into the appliance - otherwise the Opti-myst ame
eect will not operate correctly. A cavity of at least 100cm² is required for this air vent. This pathway for air must
not be obstructed. For examples of air vents see (Fig 10) The air vent should be free from drafts.
3. Construct an opening for the appliance LxWxH 390x205x170mm (+3-0mm)
4. Ensure that there is sucient room to thread through the mains cable
5. A cavity of at least 100cm² is required to ensure air can circulate into the appliance. - See ESSENTIAL VENTING.
6. Lower the appliance into the opening.
7. Remove the water sump, to enable access to the screw holes.
8. Screw the appliance into the structure by using suitable screws, not supplied.
Filling the Water Tank
1. Place Water Tank in sink and remove cap (turn anti-clockwise to open)
2. Fill Water Tank with ltered tap water only. This is necessary to prolong the life of the ame and smoke eect
producing unit. The water should be ltered through a conventional domestic water lter unit and the lter should
be replaced regularly. Distilled water must not be used.
3. Screw the cap back on – do not overtighten.
4. Place the Water Tank in the Sump, with the tank cap facing down and the at side of the tank facing outward
5. Place the Fuelbed on top of the Water Tank
Connect the power cable to the appropriate power connector at the back of the appliance and
Plug the power cable into a 13amp/240volt outlet. The appliance is now ready for use.

Operating the Fire
This section describes how to activate your re using either the manual controls or remote control.
MANUAL CONTROLS
The manual controls are located beneath the fuelbed
(See Fig.4 for Manual Control layout)
Switch‘A’:- Controls the electricity supply to the Fire.
Note: This switch must be in the‘ON’( I ) position for the Fire to operate.
Switch‘B’:- Press to turn on the ame eect. This will be indicated by an audible beep. Although the main lights
operate immediately it will take a further 30 seconds before the ame eect starts.
Press to put re in to standby mode. This will be indicated by one beep.

The remote control is supplied with 2xAA batteries. Remove the battery cover from the underside of the remote control
and t them into place, taking note of the correct orientation of the batteries. Replace the battery cover, once the
batteries have been inserted. The remote control has already been paired to your product during factory assembly. In
the unlikely event that the remote control disconnects from the product, or you obtain a spare remote control, you will
need to complete the pairing process. Follow the steps below to pair the remote control to the product.
Pairing the Remote Control
Please follow the steps below to pair the remote control with the product.
1. Switch on the main switch of the product (Fig 4A). An audible beep will be heard and the product will start advertising
its Bluetooth signal for a period of 30 seconds.
2. Within this 30 second period, press and hold ‘Button 6 - Enter’ on the remote until ‘Pair’ appears on the display
(Fig A, below).
3. Bring the remote near the product and the product will begin ashing its lights and beeping. If this does not
happen, the 30 second advertising period may have elapsed. This can be started again by switching the product’s
main switch (Fig 4A) o for 15 seconds and back on again.

4. While the product is ashing and beeping, press ‘Button 6 - Enter’ to pair the remote to the product. When paired,
the product will stop ashing and beeping and you will be presented with the time setup screen on the remote (Fig
B, below). Please follow the steps below to set up the time and date for the remote. This is important for the correct
functioning of the 7-day 24-hour timer.

Setting the Date and Time for the First Time
When rst setting up the remote control, you will be presented with the time and date set up screen before you can
begin to use the remote control. Follow the steps below to set up the time and date for the remote control. (Note, the
time on the remote control will be represented in the 24-hour clock format and cannot be changed.)
1. Press and hold ‘Button 6 - Enter’ on the remote until the‘00:00’is shown on the display (Fig A).
2. The rst ‘0’ of the time will be ashing. Using ‘Button 5 - Arrows’, navigate to the correct number for the rst digit
of the current time. When the correct number is ashing on the display, press‘Button 6 - Enter’.
3. Once the rst digit of the time has been set, the second ‘0’ of the time will begin to ash. Navigate to the correct
number for the second digit of the time. When the correct number is ashing on the display, press‘Button 6 - Enter’.
4. (Note, if an incorrect number is selected for a particular time digit, press ‘Button 3 - Back’ to return to the previous
digit).
5. Complete the same steps for the third and four digits of the time.
6. Once the time is set, you will be presented with the menu to set the correct date (Fig B).
7. ‘Day’ will ash on the screen for two seconds and then you will be presented with the default day gure of ‘01’.
Using the same process as above, navigate and select the correct number corresponding to the rst digit of
today’s day number in the calendar month (eg.‘3’for the 30th day of the month).
8. Complete the same steps for the second digit of today’s day number in the calendar month (eg ‘0’ for the 30th day
of the month).
9. Once the day has been set, you will be presented with the menu to set the correct month (Fig C).
10. ‘1 – 12’ will ash on the screen for two seconds and you will then be presented with the default month gure of
‘01’. Using the same process as above, navigate and select the correct number corresponding to the rst digit of
the current month number (eg. ‘0’for January to September and‘1’for October to December).
11. Once the day and month are set, ‘Year’ will ash for two seconds and you will be presented with the menu to set
the correct year (Fig D).
12. Select the correct four digits of the year using the same steps as the ones above.
13. Once the year has been set, you will be presented with the menu to select whether your region observes Daylight
Savings Time.
14. ‘DST’will be shown on the screen with a ashing‘OFF’beneath it (Fig E). Using‘Button 5 - Arrows’toggle between‘OFF’and
‘ON’and press‘Button 6 - Enter’to conrm your selection.
15. Once the date and time has been set up, you will be presented with the ‘Fire’ menu which can be used to switch
the product on (Fig F). Press‘Button 6 - Enter’to switch on the product.
If you wish to access the date and time setup menu at a later date.
1. Ensure the product is switched on and operating (ie. not in standby mode).
2. Press and hold ‘Button 6 - Enter’ on the remote until the main‘Fire’menu appears on the display (Fig G).
3. The‘O’option will be ashing on the display. Using‘Button 5 – Arrows’navigate to the Calendar Icon.
4. Once selected, follow steps 2-14 above to set the day and time.

Operating the Remote Control
Note, in order to lengthen battery life, the remote control will enter sleep mode if no button is pushed for 15 seconds.
In order to‘wake’ the remote, press and hold‘Button 6 - Enter’ for two seconds.
- Switching the Product On/O
1. When the product’s main switch (Fig 4A) is switched on, the product will be in standby mode.
2. To turn the product on using the remote control, wake the remote and select the ashing ‘On’ icon from the on-
screen menu (Fig A, below).
3. When the product is operating, you will be presented with the default home screen (Fig B, below).
4. Select the ashing ‘O’icon using‘Button 6 - Enter’ from the on-screen menu to switch the product o.

- Setting the Flame Height
1. When on the home screen, push‘Button 5 – Arrows’to navigate up to the ‘Fire’icon at the top of the screen (Fig A).
2. When the‘Fire’icon is ashing, press‘Button 6 - Enter’to enter the ame height adjustment menu (Fig B).
3. The ame height can be adjusted from F1-F6 using the ‘Button 5 – Arrows’.
Note, once the ame height setting has been changed, the command will automatically be sent to the product and a
conrmation beep will be heard. Give the product time to react to changes you may make.

- Setting the Volume Level
1. When on the home screen, push ‘Button 5 – Arrows’ to navigate down to the Speaker icon at the bottom of the
screen (Fig A).
2. When the Speaker icon is ashing, press‘Button 6 - Enter’ to enter the volume level adjustment menu (Fig B).
3. The volume level can be adjusted from ’01 - 06’using the ‘Button 5 – Arrows’.
4. The product can be muted by pushing the left hand ‘Button 5 – Arrows’ when the volume level is at setting ‘01’.
‘O’ will display on the screen to conrm that the volume has been muted (Fig C).
Note, once the volume setting has been changed, the command will automatically be sent to the product and a
conrmation beep will be heard.

- Setting up the 7-day timer
The product can be set up to turn on/o over four dierent time periods over seven days of the week.
1. When on the home screen, push ‘Button 5 – Arrows’ to navigate to the Timer icon at the bottom left of the screen
(Fig A).
2. When the Timer icon is ashing, press‘Button 6 - Enter’to enter the timer menu
3. Push‘Button 5 – Arrows’to navigate to the ‘Edit’ icon at the top of the screen (Fig B).
4. You will be presented with the numbers 1-7 at the top of the screen which represent the days of the week (1=Monday,
7=Sunday) (Fig C).
5. Using‘Button 5 – Arrows’navigate to the day of the week that you want to edit.
6. When the number at the top of screen is ashing, press‘Button 6 - Enter’to edit this day.
7. You will be presented with the option to edit four time periods within that one day, P1-P4 (Fig D).
8. Using‘Button 5 – Arrows’navigate to the time period you wish to edit and press‘Button 6 - Enter’ to select it.
9. The rst ‘0’ of the ‘On’ time for the selected time period will be ashing (Fig E). Using ‘Button 5 – Arrows’, navigate
to the correct number for the rst digit of the ‘On’ time for the selected time period. When the correct number is
ashing on the display, press ‘Button 6 - Enter’.
10. Once the rst digit of the time has been set, the second ‘0’ of the time will begin to ash. Navigate to the correct
number for the second digit of the ‘On’ time for the selected time period. When the correct number is ashing on
the display, press ‘Button 6 - Enter’.
11. (Note, if an incorrect number is selected for a particular time digit, press ‘Button 3 - Back’ to return to the previous
digit).
12. Complete the same steps for the third and four digits of the ‘On’time for the selected time period.
13. When the four digits of the ‘On’ time for the selected time period have been set, you will be then given the option
to select the ‘O’ time for the selected time period (Fig F).
14. Repeat steps 9, 10 & 11 to set the‘O’time for the selected time period.
15. An audible beep will be heard when the‘On’and ’O’times have been written to the product’s memory.
16. Repeat steps 7-13 to set the ‘On’ and ‘O’ times for the remaining time periods for that day. If only one ‘On/O’
time period is required for a particular day, set up the single time period using above steps and leave the remaining
time periods set to ’00:00’ as both their ‘On’ and ‘O’ times. This will ensure the product will only follow the single
time period that was set up.

- Copying On/O Timers to Dierent Days
The four time periods that have been set for a particular day can be copied to other days.
1. When on the home screen, push ‘Button 5 – Arrows’ to navigate to the Timer icon at the bottom left of the screen
(Fig A).
2. When the Timer icon is ashing, press‘Button 6 - Enter’to enter the timer menu.
3. Push‘Button 5 – Arrows’to navigate to the ‘Edit’ icon at the top of the screen (Fig B).
4. You will be presented with the numbers 1-7 at the top of the screen which represent the days of the week (1=Monday,
7=Sunday) (Fig C).
5. Using‘Button 5 – Arrows’, navigate to the day you would like to copy.
6. When the correct day is ashing, push and hold ‘Button 4 - Advance’ for 3 seconds. ‘Copy’ will ash on the screen
twice along with the day of the week that has been selected (Fig D).
7. Using‘Button 5 – Arrows’, navigate to the day you would like to paste the four copied time periods.
8. When the correct day is ashing, press and hold ‘Button 6 - Enter’ to paste the four time periods to that day. ‘Paste’
will ash twice on the screen along with the day of that has been selected (Fig E).

- Operating the Product in Timer Mode
1. Once the time periods have been set up, the timer must be activated. This can be done by navigating to the Timer
icon at the bottom left of the screen (Fig A) using ‘Button 5 – Arrows’ and selecting the ashing ‘On‘ icon in the
timer menu (Fig B) using ‘Button 6 - Enter’.
2. If the current time corresponds to an active time period, the current ame setting (F1-F6) will be shown along with
a ashing ‘O‘ symbol. Use ‘Button 5 – Arrows’ to change the ame setting. Select the ashing ‘O’ symbol using
‘Button 6 - Enter’ to switch o the timer.
3. If the current time corresponds to an inactive time period, the current time will be shown along with a ashing ‘O’
symbol (Fig D). The product will switch on at the next preset ‘On‘ time period. Select the ashing ‘O’ symbol using
‘Button 6 - Enter’ to switch o the timer.

GENERAL TIPS
Only use ltered tap water in this appliance.

FILLING THE WATER TANK
When the water tank is empty, the ame and smoke eect shuts o and you will hear two audible beeps. Additionaly,
the remote control will display a low water error (Cd51). Follow the steps below to rell your product with water.
1. Press Switch‘A’ to (0) (See Fig.4)
2. Gently lift out the fuelbed and carefully set aside.
3. Remove the water tank by lifting upwards and outwards.
4. Place the water tank in sink and remove cap, turn anti-clockwise to open.
5. Fill tank with ltered tap water only. This is necessary to prolong the life of the ame and smoke producing unit.
The water should be ltered through a conventional domestic water lter unit and the lter should be replaced
regularly.
6. Screw the cap back on, do not over tighten.
7. Return the tank to the sump, with the tank cap facing down
8. Gently place the fuelbed back into position.
9. Press Switch‘A’ to‘ON’(I) position (See Fig.4)
CLEANING
Warning – Always press Switch ‘A’ to the ‘OFF’ (0) position (See Fig.4) and disconnect from the power supply before
cleaning the re.
We recommend cleaning the following components once every 2 weeks, particularly in hard water areas:-
Water Tank, Sump, Nozzle, Tank cap and seal, Air lter.
For general cleaning use a soft clean duster – never use abrasive cleaners.
To remove any accumulation of dust or u, the soft brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner should occasionally be
used.
Water Tank
1. Remove water tank, as described earlier, put into sink and empty water.
2. Using the supplied brush gently rub the inside surfaces of the cap paying particular attention to the rubber ring in
the outer groove and the centre rubber seal.
3. Put a small quantity of washing up liquid into the tank, ret the cap and shake well, rinse out until all traces of
washing up liquid are gone.
4. Rell with ltered tap water only, replace the cap, do not overtighten.
Sump
1. Gently lift out the fuelbed and place carefully on the ground.
2. Press Switch‘A’ to the‘OFF’(0) position
3. Remove the water tank by lifting upwards.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector, located on the back of the product under the rating label. (See Fig.5) .
5. Pinch open the red clips.
6. Gently lift up the orange nozzle and set aside.
7. Lift out the sump being careful not to spill any water left inside it.
Maintenance

8. The transducer is secured in the sump by a small clip. Pull back the clip to allow the transducer to be removed from
the sump. Carefully tilt, so that the liquid drains out of the sump.
9. Put a small amount of washing up liquid into the sump, and using the supplied brush, gently clean all surfaces in
the sump and gently clean the transducer including the metal discs located in the top grooved surface. (See Fig.7)
10. When cleaned, thoroughly rinse the sump with clean water to remove all traces of washing up liquid.
11. Clean the Nozzle with the brush and ush out thoroughly with water. (See Fig.8)
12. Reverse the above steps to reassemble.
Air Filter
1. Gently lift out the fuelbed and place carefully on the ground.
2. Gently slide the air lter upwards out of its plastic holder. (See Fig.9)
3. Gently rinse with water in the sink and dry with fabric towel before returning.
4. Replace the lter making sure that the coarse black lter is facing the front of the re.
5. Replace the fuelbed.

exchange this product free of charge (excluding lamps & subject to availability) provided it has been installed and
operated in accordance with these instructions. Your rights under this guarantee are additional to your statutory

For electrical products sold within the European Community - At the end of the electrical products useful life
it not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your Local

Informations générales
Utilisez uniquement de l’eau ltrée dans cet appareil.
Assurez-vous toujours que l’appareil repose sur une surface plane.
Veuillez noter : Utilisé dans un lieu où le bruit de fond est très faible, il peut être possible d’entendre un son correspondant
à l’eet de amme. Ceci est normal et ne devrait pas être un sujet de préoccupation.
Si ce produit est soumis à une surtension pour une raison quelconque, il peut s’arrêter. Il s’agit d’une fonction de
sécurité normale, et l’appareil se remet à fonctionner au bout de 30 secondes.
Une fois installé, ne déplacez jamais cet appareil et ne le retournez pas sans vider l’eau du réceptacle et du réservoir
d’eau.
Si vous prévoyez de ne pas utiliser l’appareil pendant plus de 2 semaines, vidangez l’eau du réceptacle et du réservoir
d’eau, et faites sécher le réceptacle.
Le réservoir d’eau, le réceptacle, son couvercle, le bouchon du réservoir et les ltres à air doivent être nettoyés toutes
les deux semaines, en particulier dans les zones d’eau dure.
Le réceptacle et le réservoir d’eau de ce produit sont traités à l’aide un produit biocide, Silver Biocide. Il est conforme
à la dernière norme ISO concernée par le sujet.
Instructions d’installation
AVANT TOUTE PRISE EN MAINS
1. Assurez-vous que tous les emballages soient retirés (lisez attentivement toutes les étiquettes d’avertissement) et
conservez tous les emballages à titre d’éventuelle utilisation ultérieure, par exemple en cas de déménagement ou
de renvoi de l’appareil à votre fournisseur.
2. Avant de brancher l’appareil sur la prise secteur, vériez que la tension d’alimentation soit la même que celle
indiquée sur celui-ci.
INSTALLATION
Cet appareil a été conçu pour être logé dans des structures individuelles - par exemple dans des meubles, des cadres de
cheminée, etc.
Pour incorporer cet appareil dans une autre structure, il doit être solidement installé, en suivant ces directives :
VENTILATION ESSENTIELLE
Une bonne ventilation est essentielle an que l’air puisse circuler dans l’appareil - sinon l’eet de amme Opti-
myst ne fonctionnera pas correctement. Une cavité d’au moins 100 cm² est nécessaire pour cette ventilation.
Cette voie de circulation de l’air ne doit pas être obstruée. Pour découvrir des exemples d’aérations, consultez
(Fig. 10) L’aération doit être exempte de courants d’air.
3. Faites une ouverture pour l’appareil L x P x H 390 x 205 x 170 mm (+ 3 - 0 mm)
4. Assurez-vous qu’il y ait susamment d’espace pour pouvoir y passer le l d’alimentation
5. Une cavité d’au moins 100 cm² est nécessaire pour assurer la circulation de l’air dans l’appareil. - Cf. VENTILATION
ESSENTIELLE.
6. Abaissez l’appareil pour l’amener dans l’ouverture.
7. Retirez le réceptacle à eau pour permettre l’accès aux trous des vis.
8. Vissez l’appareil dans la structure à l’aide de vis, non fournies.
Remplissage du réservoir d’eau
1. Placez le réservoir d’eau dans l’évier et retirez le bouchon (tournez dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une
montre pour l’ouvrir)
2. Remplissez uniquement le réservoir avec de l’eau du robinet ltrée. Cela est nécessaire pour prolonger la durée
utile de l’appareil dégageant des ammes et de la fumée. L’eau doit être ltrée à travers un ltre à eau domestique
conventionnel, et ce ltre doit être remplacé régulièrement. L’eau distillée ne doit pas être utilisée.
3. Revissez le capuchon - ne pas trop serrer.
4. Placez le réservoir d’eau dans le réceptacle, en orientant le bouchon du réservoir vers le bas et le côté plat du
réservoir vers l’extérieur.
5. Placez le lit de fausses braises en haut du réservoir d’eau.
Branchez le l d’alimentation sur la prise se trouvant à l’arrière de l’appareil et branchez le l d’alimentation sur une
prise de 13 amp / 240 volts. L’appareil est à présent prêt à l’emploi.

Comment utiliser le foyer électrique
Cette section décrit comment allumer vote foyer à l’aide des touches ou de la télécommande.
TOUCHES
Les touches se trouvent sous le lit de fausses braises
(Cf. Fig.4 pour découvrir l’agencement des touches)
Bouton A: - Contrôle l’alimentation électrique du foyer.
Remarque : Ce bouton doit être sur « ON » ( I ) pour que le foyer puisse fonctionner.
Bouton B : - Appuyez sur pour activer l’eet de amme. Un bip sonore l’indiquera. Bien que les principales
lumières s’allument immédiatement, il faudra encore 30 secondes avant que l’eet de amme ne commence.
Appuyez sur pour mettre le foyer en mode veille. Un seul bip sonore l’indiquera.

UTILISATION DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE

La télécommande est livrée accompagnée de 2 piles AA. Retirez le couvercle du compartiment des piles situé sous la
télécommande, et mettez-le en place en installant les piles du bon côté (polarité à respecter). Remettez le couvercle
des piles en place une fois installées. La télécommande a déjà été appariée à votre produit lors du montage en usine.
Dans le cas peu probable où la télécommande se déconnecte du produit, ou si vous obtenez une télécommande de
rechange, il vous faudra apparier les deux. Suivez les étapes ci-dessous pour apparier la télécommande au produit.
Appariement de la télécommande
Veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour apparier la télécommande au produit.
1. Allumez l’interrupteur du produit (Fig 4A). Un bip sonore retentira et le produit avertira de son signal Bluetooth
pendant 30 secondes.
2. Au cours de cette durée de 30 secondes, maintenez la touche « Touche 6 - Validation » de la télécommande
enfoncée, jusqu’à ce que « Pair » apparaisse sur l’écran (Fig A).
3. Amenez la télécommande près du foyer, et il commencera à faire clignoter ses témoins et à émettre un bip sonore.
Dans le cas contraire, il se peut que la période d’avertissement de 30 secondes se soit écoulée. Elle peut être
reprise en éteignant l’interrupteur du produit (Fig 4A) pendant 15 secondes, puis en le rallumant.
4. Pendant que le produit clignote et émet un bip, appuyez sur la « Touche 6 - Validation » pour apparier la

télécommande au produit. Une fois apparié, le produit cesse de clignoter et d’émettre un bip sonore, et l’écran
de réglage de l’heure de la télécommande s’ache (Fig. B ci-dessous). Veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour
régler l’heure et la date de la télécommande. Ceci est important si la minuterie fonctionnant 24 heures 24 et 7 jours
sur 7 doit fonctionner correctement.

Réglage de la date et de l’heure pour la première fois
Lorsque vous réglez pour la première fois la télécommande, l’écran de réglage de l’heure et de la date s’ache avant
que vous puissiez commencer à utiliser la télécommande. Veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour régler l’heure et
la date de la télécommande. (Remarque, l’heure de la télécommande sera représentée au format en 24 heures et ne
peut pas être modiée.)
1. Appuyez sur la touche « Touche 6 - Validation » de la télécommande, jusqu’à ce que « 00;00 » apparaisse sur
l’écran (Fig A).
2. Le premier « 0 » de l’heure clignotera. En utilisant la «Touche 5 - Flèches », allez jusqu’au chire correspondant
au premier chire de l’heure actuelle. Lorsque le chire correct clignote à l’écran, appuyez sur la « Touche 6 -
Validation ».
3. Une fois que le premier chire de l’heure a été saisi, le deuxième « 0 » de l’heure commencera à clignoter. Allez
jusqu’au second chire de l’heure actuelle. Lorsque le chire correct clignote à l’écran, appuyez sur la « Touche
6 - Validation ».
4. (Remarque : si un chire incorrect est sélectionné, appuyez sur la touche 3 - Back / retour pour revenir au chire précédent).
5. Suivez les mêmes étapes pour les troisième et quatrième chires de l’heure.
6. Une fois l’heure réglée, le menu vous sera présenté pour régler la date (Fig. B).
7. « Day » clignotera à l’écran pendant deux secondes, puis le chire du jour par défaut, « 01 », vous sera présenté.
Grâce à la même procédure que celle ci-dessus, sélectionnez le chire correspondant au premier chire du jour du
mois (par exemple, 3 pour le 30e jour du mois).
8. Suivez les mêmes étapes pour le deuxième chire du numéro du jour du mois (par exemple, 0 pour le 30e jour du
mois).
9. Une fois le jour réglé, le menu vous sera présenté pour régler le mois (Fig. B).
10. « 1-12 » clignotera à l’écran pendant deux secondes, puis le chire du mois par défaut, « 01 », vous sera présenté.
En suivant la même procédure que ci-dessus, sélectionnez le chire correspondant au premier chire du numéro
du mois en cours (par exemple, « 0 » pour les mois de janvier à septembre et « 1 » pour les mois d’octobre à
décembre).
11. Une fois le jour et le mois réglés, « Year » clignote pendant deux secondes et le menu vous permet de régler l’année
(Fig. D).
12. Sélectionnez les quatre chires de l’année en suivant les mêmes étapes que celles décrites ci-dessus.
13. Une fois l’année réglée, le menu vous permettra de choisir si votre région respecte l’heure d’hiver et d’été.
14. « DST » apparaît à l’écran accompagné du symbole « O » clignotant en dessous (Fig. E). En utilisant la « Touche 5 - Flèches » ,
passez de « O » à « On » et appuyez sur la « Touche 6 - Validation » pour conrmer votre sélection.
15. Une fois la date et l’heure réglées, le menu « Fire » (Foyer) vous permettra d’allumer le produit (Fig F). Appuyez sur
la touche 6 - Validation pour allumer le produit.
Si vous souhaitez accéder au menu de réglage de la date et de l’heure ultérieurement.
1. Assurez-vous que le produit soit allumé et fonctionne (c.-à-d. pas en mode veille).
2. Appuyez sur la « Touche 6 - Validation » de la télécommande, jusqu’à ce que le menu « Fire » apparaisse sur l’écran
(Fig A).
3. L’option « O » clignotera à l’écran. À l’aide de la « Touche 5 - Flèches », accédez à l’icône du calendrier.
4. Une fois sélectionné, suivez les étapes 2 à 14 ci-dessus pour régler le jour et l’heure.

Utilisation de la télécommande
Veuillez noter que pour prolonger la durée de la batterie, la télécommande passera en mode veille si aucune touche
n’est enfoncée pendant 15 secondes. Pour « réveiller » la télécommande, maintenez enfoncée la « Touche 6 - Validation
» pendant deux secondes.
- Mise en marche / arrêt du produit
1. Lorsque l’interrupteur du produit (Fig 4A) est enfoncé, le produit est en mode veille.
2. Pour allumer le produit à l’aide de la télécommande, réveillez la télécommande et sélectionnez l’icône « On »
clignotant sur le menu à l’écran (Fig A ci-dessous).
3. Lorsque le produit est en marche, l’écran d’accueil par défaut (Fig. B ci-dessous) s’ache.
4. Sélectionnez l’icône « O » clignotante à l’aide de la « Touche 6 - Validation » sur le menu à l’écran pour éteindre le produit.

- Réglage de la hauteur de la amme

- Réglage du volume sonore
1. Lorsque l’écran d’accueil est aché, appuyez sur la « touche 5 - Flèches » pour accéder à l’icône « Speaker »
(haut-parleur) en bas de l’écran (Fig. A).
2. Lorsque l’icône « Speaker » clignote, appuyez sur la « touche 6 - Validation » pour accéder au menu de réglage du
volume sonore (Fig. B).
3. Le volume sonore peut être réglé de 01 à 06 à l’aide de la « touche 5 - Flèches ».
4. Vous pouvez mettre le produit en sourdine en appuyant sur la touche gauche« 5 - Flèches » lorsque le volume est
réglé sur « 01 ». « O » s’ache à l’écran pour conrmer que le volume a été mis en sourdine (Fig. C).
Remarque : une fois que le volume a été modié, l’instruction est automatiquement envoyée au produit et un bip de
conrmation est émis.

- Réglage de la minuterie sur 7 jours
Le produit peut être réglé pour être activé / désactivé en quatre plages horaires diérentes, sept jours par semaine.
1. Lorsque l’écran d’accueil est aché, appuyez sur la « touche 5 - Flèches » pour accéder à l’icône « Timer »
(minuterie) en bas à gauche de l’écran (Fig. A).
2. Lorsque l’icône « Timer » clignote, appuyez sur la « touche 6 - Validation » pour accéder au menu de la minuterie.
3. Appuyez sur la « touche 5 - Flèches » pour accéder à l’icône « Edit » (modication) en haut de l’écran (Fig. B).
4. En haut de l’écran, les chires 1 à 7 vous seront présentés. Ils représentent les jours de la semaine (1 = lundi, 7 =
dimanche) (gure C).
5. À l’aide de la « touche 5 - Flèches », allez jusqu’au jour de la semaine que vous souhaitez modier.
6. Lorsque le numéro en haut de l’écran clignote, appuyez sur la « touche 6 - Validation » pour modier cette journée.
7. Vous aurez la possibilité de modier quatre plages horaires au cours de cette journée P1-P4 (Fig. D).
8. À l’aide de la « touche 5 - Flèches », allez jusqu’à la plage à modier et appuyez sur la « touche 6 - Validation »
pour la sélectionner.
9. Le premier « 0 » de l’heure « On » (d’allumage) correspondant à la plage sélectionnée clignotera (Fig E). En utilisant
la « touche 5 - Flèches », allez jusqu’au chire correspondant au premier chire de l’heure « On » correspondant à
la plage horaire choisie. Lorsque le chire correct clignote à l’écran, appuyez sur la « Touche 6 - Validation ».
10. Une fois que le premier chire de l’heure a été saisi, le deuxième « 0 » de l’heure commencera à clignoter. Allez
jusqu’au second chire de l’heure « On » correspondant à la plage horaire choisie. Lorsque le chire correct
clignote à l’écran, appuyez sur la « Touche 6 - Validation ».
11. (Remarque : si un chire incorrect est sélectionné, appuyez sur la touche 3 - Back / retour pour revenir au chire précédent).
12. Suivez les mêmes étapes pour les troisième et quatrième chires de l’heure « On » correspondant à la plage horaire
choisie.
13. Lorsque les quatre chires de l’heure « On » de la période sélectionnée ont été réglés, vous aurez alors la possibilité
de sélectionner l’heure « O » (d’extinction) correspondant à la plage sélectionnée (Fig F).
14. Reprenez les étapes 9, 10 et 11 pour régler l’heure d’extinction (O) correspondant à la plage horaire sélectionnée.
15. Un bip sonore retentit lorsque les heures de déclenchement et de coupure ont été saisies dans la mémoire du
produit.
16. Reprenez les étapes 7 à 13 pour saisir les heures de déclenchement et de coupure correspondant aux plages
horaires restantes de la journée. Si une seule période de déclenchement et de coupure est requise un jour donné,
réglez la plage unique en suivant les étapes ci-dessus, et laissez les plages restantes sur « 00:00 » correspondant
aux heures d’allumage et de coupure. . Cela garantira que le produit ne suive que la seule plage qui a été réglée.
