Atención
Al instalar el equipo de aire acondicionado en el techo
se debe proteger la parte superior de la cabina con un
paño o manta protectora para evitar posibles arañazos.
Al instalar LITE en el techo hay que tener en cuenta
que, normalmente, las cabinas que vienen provistas de
escotilla, tienen una estructura suciente para soportar
el peso del equipo. Sin embargo, cuando no ocurra así y
sea necesario realizar corte en el techo o incluso si en el
caso de llevar escotilla el material no es lo sucientemente
resistente (caso de techo de bra, plástico, etc...) es el
instalador el que debe decidir, bajo su responsabilidad,
sobre la necesidad de reforzar el techo para evitar
posibles deformaciones, roturas, entradas de agua, etc...
habilitando los medios para que esto no ocurra.

Atención
Si durante el montaje el equipo se inclina o se abate
la cabina con el equipo montado, se deberá esperar
un mínimo de 60 minutos, desde que el quipo quede
horizontal, antes de ponerlo en marcha.

Recomendaciones
Para el montaje
• Antes de iniciar el montaje leer las instrucciones y
seguirlas durante el proceso de instalación.
• Usar las herramientas adecuadas para cada operación.
Electricidad
• Desconectar la llave de contacto.
• Desconectar la batería antes de empezar el montaje.
• Asegurar el conexionado de los componentes
eléctricos, vericando su correcto encaje.

Desmontar tapa escotilla, los elementos de jación
y entregar éstos al cliente.
Posicionar equipo LITE en el hueco de la escotilla
en posición indicada.

Roscar en cada espárrago M8/125x110 una
tuerca M8 y colocar una arandela plana Ø 8 y una
arandela de goma.
Roscar espárragos M8 en los insertos de la base
dejándoles a la medida indicada y apretar tuercas
contra la base del equipo.

Roscar una tuerca M8 en cada espárrago y colocar
una arandela plana Ø 8, posicionar soportes sobre
espárragos y sujetarlos con (4) arandelas planas
Ø 8 y (4) tuercas M8 autoblocantes sin apretar
éstas.
Roscar (4) separadores hexagonales en las roscas
originales e la cabina indicadas (*).

Presentar consola y centrar equipo haciendo
coincidir taladros de la consola con las roscas
de los separadores hexagonales previamente
montadas.
Atención: La parte ancha de la consola en la parte
de atrás de la cabina.
Apretar tuercas de los soportes hasta que quede
a la medida indicada, entre la base del equipo y la
parte inferior del soporte.
Apretar tuercas (*) contra el soporte.

Atención: El cableado que se debe instalar debe ser de 6 mm de sección, el cable (+) debe ir protegido
con un fusible de 30A.
Importante: Debido al complejo sistema de regulación electrónica del equipo, la toma de corriente debe
realizarse directamente a la batería o a un punto autorizado, no a cualquier otro punto que de servicio a
otros accesorios del vehículo, teniendo la precaución de no invertir la polaridad al realizar la conexión.
Importante: Para la puesta en marcha consultar el manual de usuario.

Llevar cables de alimentación hasta escotilla y
grapar en éstos los terminales suministrados y
colocar caja de 2 vías suministrada.
Atención: Hacer coincidir cables según se indica
R= (+) y R= (-).

Warning
When installing air conditioning equipment on roof, the
upper cabin part must be protected with a cloth or a
protective blanket to avoid possible scratches. When
installing LITE on roof, take into account that, normally,
cabins equipped with a hatch have a strong enough
structure to hold equipment weight. However, if it is not
the case and it is necessary to carry out a cut in the roof
or, although it has a hatch, the material is not resistant
enough (if roof is made of bre, plastic, etc...), it is the
installer who will have to decide, under his responsibility,
if it is necessary to reinforce the roof to avoid possible
deformations, breaks, water entries, etc., habilitating the
means required to stop it from ocurring.
!
Warning
If the unit slants during assembly, wait for at least
60 minutes with the unit in horizontal position before
starting it up.

Dismantle hatch cover, fasteners and give them to
the customer.
Position LITE equipment in the hatch gap in the
position indicated.

Screw in each M8 / 125x110 stud, an M8 nut and t
a at washer Ø 8 and a rubber washer.
Screw M8 studs into the inserts of the base
leaving them at the measurement indicated and
tighten nuts against the base of the equipment.

Screw a M8 nut on each stud and place a at
washer Ø 8, position brackets on the studs and
fasten with (4) at washers Ø 8 and (4) M8 self-
locking nuts without tightening them.
Screw (4) hex spacers on the original threads and
the cabin (*) indicated.

Place console and centre equipment matching the
console holes with the threads of the preassembled
hex spacers.
Caution: The widest part of the console to the
back of the cab.
Tighten bracket nuts until they are at the
measurement indicated, between the equipment
base and the bottom of the bracket.
Tighten nuts (*) against the bracket.

Caution: The cable to be installed must be 6 mm in diameter, the (+) cable should be protected with a
30A fuse.
Important: Due to the complex system of electronic control for the equipment, the power outlet should
be made directly to the vehicle battery or an authorised point, not any other point serving other vehicle
accessories, taking precaution not to reverse the polarity when connecting (2).
Important: For the start up consult the user manual.

Attention
Lors de l’installation de l’appareil d’air conditionné sur le
toit, il faudra protéger la partie supérieure de la cabine
avec un linge ou une couverture de protection an
d’éviter les éventuelles égratignures.
Durant l’installation du LITE, tenir compte du fait que
normalement les cabines pourvues d’écoutille possède
une structure sufsamment solide pour supporter le
poids de l´appareil. Cependant, si ce n’est pas le cas
et qu’il est nécessaire de découper le toit ou même si
disposant d’écoutille, la structure n’est pas sufsamment
rigide (si elle était en bre, plastique, etc.) il appartiendra
à l’installateur de décider s’il faut renforcer le toit pour
éviter toute déformation, rupture ou voie d’eau, etc., et
prendre les mesures nécessaires à cet effet.
!
Attention
Si pendant le montage l’équipement est incliné,
il faudra attendre au moins 60 minutes avant de le
mettre en marche une fois qu’il aura été remis sur sa
position horizontale.

Positionner l’appareil LITE dans l’espace de la
trappe dans la position indiquée.

Visser sur chaque goujon M8/125x110 un écrou
M8 et placer une rondelle plate Ø 8 et une rondelle
en caoutchouc.
Visser les goujons M8 dans les inserts de la base
en les plaçant à la mesure indiquée et serrer les
écrous contre la base de l’appareil.
