STEP 1: SET LOCKBODY
The Fork at the rear of the lockbody should be
oriented so that it is closest to the internal side of
the door (i.e. toward the snibbed furniture side).
If the fork is in the incorrect orientation for your
door application:
Remove the M3 fixing screw,
Rotate the fork 180 degrees,
and re-tighten fixing screw.
Depending on your selected configuration
you will need to place the furniture in
either the locked or unlocked position.
Double/Single Cylinder
Configuration
Cylinder on Internal & External

Cylinder on Internal
Furniture needs to be placed in
the locked position as indicated
by the arrows aligning.
No Cylinder Configuration
Latching only, no cylinders
Furniture needs to be placed
in the unlocked position as
indicated by the arrows
being misaligned.

Fit internal and external furniture onto the
extrusion ensuring that the cutout in the
gear aligns with the boss of the lockbody.
4a. Fix with the supplied M4 fixing screws
(supplied based on extrusion width).
Refer to table below as a reference for
the correct length of fixing screw.
4b. Operate both internal and external
cylinder to ensure correct operation.
Operate sliding snib to ensure correct
operation.

5a. Ensure the furniture and
the lockbody are in the
unlocked position:
The sliding snib is in the
bottom position (A)
The lockbody tongues are in
the retracted position (B)
5b. Then insert the lockbody
into the extrusion.
5c. Fix with the 2x 10G screws.
1. Mill the jamb using the cutout details provided
2. Fit keeper in using the 2 x screws
3. Adjust the keeper position through the use of
packers, and/or the adjustment screws.
4. Close the door and test the operation.

STEP 5: FITTING THE
LOCKBODY

6. Screw the keeper into the fixing holes.
7. Adjust the keeper position through
the use of packers, and/or the
adjustment screws.
8. Remove the jig from the lockbody.
9. Close the door and test the operation.
4. Open the door and note
the marked positions
provided by the screws.
5. Pre drill the keeper
fixing holes.
1. Insert the 2 x countersunk
screw into the provided jig.
2. Insert the provided jig
into the lockbody and over
the anti-crash button.
3. Close the door with firm
but not excessive force.
