2.InserttheSIMcardbygentlyslidingitintotheholder.Makesure
thattheSIMcard’scontactsarefacinginwardsandthatthecut
offcornerispointingupwards.Takecarenottoscratchorbend
thecontactsontheSIMcard.
3.Insertthebatterybyslidingitintothebatterycompartmentwith
thecontactsfacingupwardstotheright.

Charging
CAUTION
Onlyusebatteries,chargerandaccessoriesthathavebeenapprovedfor
usewiththisparticularmodel.Connectingotheraccessoriesmaybe
dangerousandmayinvalidatethephone'stypeapprovalandguarantee.
Whenthebatteryisrunninglow,isdisplayedandawarning
signalisheard.Tochargethebattery,connectthemainsadaptertoa
wallsocketandtothechargingsockety.
isdisplayedbrieywhenthechargerisconnectedtothephone,
andwhenitisdisconnected.Thebatterychargeindicatorwill
beanimatedwhilecharging.Ittakesapproximately3hourstofully
chargethebattery.

phoneisturnedoffwhenthechargerisconnectedtothephoneonly
thebatterychargestatusindicatorwillbeshownonthedisplay.
Note!
TosavepowertheLCDbacklightgoesoffafterawhile.Pressanykeyto
illuminatethedisplay.Fullbatterycapacitywillnotbereacheduntil
thebatteryhasbeencharged3–4times.Batteriesdegradeovertime,
whichmeansthatcalltimeandstandbytimewillnormallydecrease
withregularuse.
Saveenergy
Whenyouhavefullychargedthebatteryanddisconnectedthecharger
fromthedevice,unplugthechargerfromthewalloutlet.

Keylock
Youcanlockthekeypadtopreventthekeysbeingaccidentally

TheEmergencykeyallowsyoueasyaccesstocontactpredetermined

Tomakeanemergencycall,pressandholdtheEmergencykeyonthe
backofthephonefor3seconds,orpressittwicewithin1second.The
phonewillsendamessagetoallphonenumbersinthenumberslist.
Thephonewillthendialtherstnumberonthelist.Ifthecallisnot
answeredwithin25seconds,thenextnumberisdialled.Diallingis
repeated3timesoruntilthecallisanswered,oruntilispressed.
TheEmergencyfunctionmustbeactivatedbeforeuse.See
